T Rock Roofing & Construction

Sam Rogers of T Rock roofing came out and inspected my roof. I knew I had some minor shingle damage. He arrived and proceeded to do the inspection. He provided pictures of the damaged areas and what would be needed to repair those. He gave me a verbal estimate which I accepted. He had to go to Home Depot to get the correct shingle color and did so. He said he would be back at 7:30 the next morning to complete the job. He arrived right on time and completed the job. He was very professional the whole time and never tried to "upsell" me on anything. I have used them twice and will use them again. Thanks.

Had an intermitant leak above entryway to a bedroom upstairs. Only leaked in heavy rains. Had two other roofers out. They looked but could not find leak. The supervisor looked at the roof the one day. The next day his crew came out. A woman and 2 men. They looked on the roof and in the attic and along the side of the rooms in a very narrow part of the attic. The one guy actually got above the room and between the ceiling and the roof in a tiny very difficult location. From there they were able to deduce that the leak was from the roofing vent a considerable way away from the leak. We replaced all the roofing vents as there were signs of water penetration around several of the other vents. We are truly happy with their work.

A.J. was punctual and professional, and after examining our roof explained thoroughly what he thought the issues were and how to resolve them. He took care of the problem and I will contact him as agreed in case the problem persists so he can determine how else to approach it.

Great. I thought the roofing company was great. They were punctual and responsive, and prepared to do the work whenever I wanted at a really reasonable price. The only reason I didn't end up having them do the work is that a tree fell on my house a few weeks later, and my insurance company ended up choosing a general contractor who selected a different roofing company to replace my entire roof.

The individual inspected the roof, corrected some minor items and took pictures of items that needed to be addressed by the contractor that installed the new roof.

They provided an honest service.

We moved into this house in August. We had an inspection and were told there were no problems with the roof but when we had some major rain storms in October we found otherwise. We noticed the wall between the two garage doors was wet. Upon further inspection we found that some flashing was not flush with the wall allowing water to get in. When I checked the attic it was obvious that this situation was quite old. A section of the wood under the shingles was crumbling. I called T Rock Roofing and Construction on Monday. Allan was able to come out that afternoon to give me an estimate. He told me that it would probably be the next week, but they might be able to squeeze me in later that week. I told him we were planning on leaving mid-day Friday for a camping trip, but he said they would be able to make the repair even if we weren?t home. As it turned out they were able to get out Friday morning and they had completed the repair before we left for our trip. The replaced the damage wood under the shingles, replaced the shingles and flashing, touched up the paint. I was very happy with their work, promptness, and price.

When one thinks about what "Exceptional Customer Service", this is what should be used as the template. Every single element of the experience exceeded my expectations. I will CERTAINLY use this provider again.

This was my best home owner repair experience yet. Purchase a deal on Angie's List and was contacted within hours. Made the service appointment for the same week. Sam showed up right on time and was in and out within 1 hour! We had three leaks in the roof and he sealed up those plus a few other spots that looked ready to blow. Of course, we haven't had any rain since then so I can't say for sure that everything is fixed, but I'm sure it's fine. Hopefully I will not need repairs again soon, but if I do, I know who to call.

The team at T-Rock are courteous, friendly, and responsive. They did a great job of getting the work done.

Excellent response time. Next business day. Set me up with a project manager that called another guy after the assessment. Came out two days later and repaired the area. Shingles are a little off color but good job over all.

AJ Garza was our contractor, and he did an excellent job. He stepped us through the estimates and the repair process, including working with our insurance company on additional items need which were not originally noted by the claims assessor. T-Rock worked around our schedule and accomplished all repairs in a timely manner and performd a great cleanup of the site after completion. AJ was also very patient with us as we had to satisfy all the documentation and inspection requirements of both the insurance company (which was good) and the mortgage company (which was a real pain).

I bought a roof maintenance package to get a leak repaired and get the rest of the roof inspected. After Dalles took a look he noticed significant hail damage and was able to convince out insurance company that it needed to be replaced. He was able to work with my insurance directly which kept me from having to be a go between, they settled everything and I just had to pass checks back and forth. The crews arrived on time and finished their work quickly and professionally. The only problem I had is their gutter guy decided to route my gutters differently without consulting me. This resulted in an ugly dark line down the side of my house where the original gutter was. Additionally the new routing removed a downspout and routed it into another raising concerns about capacity which T-Rock wouldn't address. After discussing it with me, T-Rock said there's nothing that can be done other than replacing the siding on my house which they would be happy to send me a quote on.

Talk about service! I contacted them on 12/1 gave Alan a call on 12/2 and repairs were done the SAME DAY even though the initial estimate of time would be about a week out.

I thought I needed to replace my fire sprinklers because they weren't working properly. I used these guys for a roof repair so I figured they could refer someone and instead these guys sent one of their awesome experts. Not only was this during the holidays but it was short notice and their availability rocks!!!! The person they sent was very polite and knowledgeable, he carefully inspected the sprinklers and a little general maintenance did the trick and he even took the time to answer all my questions. Great guys to work with and they made me feel like as if they are always looking out for their customers. Fascinating work performance and very professional, my go-to people for any future work my home may need.

Stella was the sub-contractor assigned to us. We agreed on a list of repairs and a cost, though I never could get anything in writing. Shame on me because not all of the repairs that were agreed upon were done. A variety of excuse came about as to why: 1) They decided that one of the turtle shells didn't need replacing, but didn't reduce the cost. 2) They decided not to paint the rusty flashing, because, "It looked closer to the color of the shingles than our paint." Again, no discount. 3) Shingles to be glued down, simply weren't. Long story short, after several phone calls and texts I talked her into remedying the first two items. However, I still have curling shingles and my time managing them was lost, of course.

This provider was wonderful. I could not say enough good words about him. We had squirrels that had gone on the roof and gotten in attic. he inspected the roof and made recommendations for repair. Since my appointment was just for a inspection, he had another appointment after us. He came back that same day to do the repair, so that it could be done before it rained later in the week. I highly recommend him and plan to use him if we have a storm and end up needing a new roof in the future.

Original issue was moisture leaking from roof. Part of the package was a roof inspection. They found some issues in the chimney siding for which they gave me a quote and came back to work on it. Overall very good experience.

Went great. Bought home with garage leaks. Had 4 roofers come out to find the problem and to give estimates. The crew of T Rock was the only one to look hard enough to find a tennis ball stuck in the down gutter. If I had gone with one of the others, I still would have had roof problems. I dealt with Dallas Wiellenga who I felt was very respectful and would definitely recommend him and his crew.

We were concerened about our roof due to the flying debris caused by the storms. The person that came out was vey professional and friendly, he arrived on time and he answered all of our questions. We will definitely keep them in mind for anything we may need.
