They came on time, were very responsive to my questions, completed on schedule and then did a tremendous job cleaning up, I found ZERO nails anywhere

Sam Rogers has been excellent! He is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed about what's going on. He is very punctual and informative.

They came out quickly. I needed chimney flashing repair, but they performed sub-par work. They also did shingle repair but did not replace shingles as needed, and only attempted to repair them. They used silicone on holes in roof instead of replacing shingles. I had another company come out after T Rock, and I was charged an extra $100 to fix what was damaged, and that company was appalled at the work performed by T Rock.

I contacted T-Rock Roofing and told them I was looking for a contractor, we set an appointment for a Friday for a walk thru (when t-rock had time, not on my schedule) I had to reschedule due to work and never heard back from them. I left message at the office I called John Jones and left him a voice mail, and even sent him a text AFTER sending in all my paper work from my insurance company on the work I needed and dollar amount. Never heard back from anyone associated with T-Rock. I would never call these guys back for anything. Worst customer service. It worked out for me as I found a honest, responsible contractor that has kept me in the loop with the work being done on my house. Not sure why T-Rock was not interested in the $16K job I needed, good luck to anyone that calls these guys.

The roofer was very professional and courteous and reviewed everything that needed to be done.

T-Rock came by to fix a shingle and saw that there was extensive hail damage. Sure enough, the insurance inspector came out and agreed. T-Rock had a crew out very soon and did a full replacement of my roof. I have a crazy pitch on my house so it added some time but they did a complete and thorough job. When my skylights accidentally got scraped up, they took care of it and put in new ones for me. They worked with me until I was completely satisfied. Professional group of guys and the do a quality job.

From start to finish this was a pleasant experience. Allan and his crews were very professional and a joy to work with. All areas were cleaned up before they left and I still haven't found the first nail in the yard and believe me, I have looked. We love the finished product and would definitely use them again.

Service was excellent. All workers performed quality work and were extremely courteous. Work was performed quickly and met all expectations.

They contacted me immediately and initially was very optimistic. But after the initial positive contact there was confusion about applying the deal bought on Angie's list and at one point were going to charge us more, it was a difficult task to get them to come out and work on the house, and when they finally did come out to do the work they didn't have the right colored shingles. Because we were moving and could not accommodate further delays, we instructed them to go ahead a put the wrong colored shingles on the roof.

They were very nice to deal with. Very prompt. I already knew where the leak was occurring and they had it fixed within an hour. We had been getting tons of rain for months and they squeezed us in the first dry days we had.

I used Jon Wright Industries, instead of T Rock, and was very pleased with the estimate, the price, the quality of work, the materials used and the clean-up.

I turned to T-Rock after researching them on Angie's List. My prior contractor failed to show up after several calls. The prior roofer also suggested that I needed a new roof. I had T-Rock out and they said it was a matter of some simple roof maintenance. Some of the plastic vents had cracked and were leaking as well as some silicone was cracking around some vent pipes. They also found 2 sections of shingles that were loose. They replaced the vents, cleaned and then resealed the vent pipes, and repaired one bad shingle section and replaced the other. When they left they said to let them know if anything leaks again and they'll come out take care of it. They were prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain what they saw. What really impressed me was all the photos they took to show me the problem areas on the roof. It was easy to see what the issues were and that they needed to be fixed. I didn't feel like I was possibly getting ripped off.

Great experience they called us right away to come estimate the work to be done then repaired it a few days later. Very nice and professional, we would use them again in the future.

Not good, I got wet one night because leak is over my bed

I had my roof replaced by another contractor and was not confident in the quality of their work. I contacted T Rock and they gave me an honest review of the roof. Would use again.

It went fine. I didn't spend more than the deal. They had to come back another time so they can get it really fixed. They left the area fine when they were done.

Alan and Jeremy were pleasant to work with. They had to delay my appointment a few days and we rescheduled with no problem. They worked with me on price and gave me a fair idea of when I'll eventually have to replace my roof. The work was done in less than a day and it looks like they did a great job. All in all had a good experience.

Starting in late October I worked with T Rock to solve rain leaks into my house in three locations. While the person who did respond and visit several times was very friendly and helpful and seemed to want to solve the problems (recommended a smart approach to try simplest things first), it was very difficult to get a response as to when he would be coming by. After the initial repairs done in late October were not successful, I spent over two months trying to get them back to the house to give recommendations and estimates for next steps. In early December he did come with a person to make an estimate for stucco repairs. I tried repeatedly in December to get the estimate and in early January asked for at least the courtesy of knowing whether T Rock was not going to pursue the job. I got no response. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional in my view, and resulted in me wasting over two months during which the leaks continued.

The gentleman showed up right on time, got right to work, surveyed the entire roof and made analysis that showed he knew what he was doing. Found spots where I had water seeping in from separated caulking, and seams that were open in flashing and on vents. He quickly recaulked them using color matching caulk. After a recent VERY heavy downpour, I am happy to report that I had absolutely no leak evident. Couldn't have asked for better.

This started all right. I needed two roof leaks fixed on a tile roof. Allan Hammond from T Rock came to the house, looked at areas on the roof at my direction after describing where the internal leaks were, and wrote an estimate for the work. I agreed to it on September 18. The workman could not make it the next week as we had agreed because tiles were difficult to locate. He arrived the following week--ok with me, I understand schedules do not always go according to plan. However, he showed up on a Saturday to completed some of the work after I specifically asked Allan not to work on Saturdays. He completed the work in 3 days, Allan returned and I asked him to paint the new roof vent as it stood out being new and shiny. He took care of it. A few weeks later we began to have rains, and, during the first rain, the roof leaked in exactly the same two places that were supposed to be fixed. I called the next day, and he said that he would "take care of me" and he did come out to inspect (over 2 hours late from the scheduled appointment time). He pointed blame at me for directing where to fix the leaks which I did by telling him where the internal leaks where and my estimates of where they might be coming from. I have consulted to a highly-regarded roof consulting firm and I know from their experience and anecdotes that tracking down roof leaks can be tricky, so I did not fault him or T Rock for missing it. During the same visit, Allan went into the house and attic, and I showed him where the leaks were. He then went outside, went up on the roof, came down and told me where he thought the issues were. He told me that he would have his workman return within a few days. After about 10 days, I called Allan to let him know that I had not seen the workman and he said, "He didn't come out there?" I said, "No" and he said that he would call him and schedule a visit. After another week, no workman, and I called again on a Monday morning. He said that his workman was right there and that he would schedule a visit. No workman. I recalled numerous times (from my phone log as far back as it goes): 11/25, 12/10, 12/11 (after my call was not returned), and 12/18. Each time, he promised me that he would send his workman out. On the last call, following the tornadoes in Garland, I expected to hear that as an excuse but Allan said: "You're an important customer, too." The workman did not show up. I feel that I fulfilled my obligations to T Rock--I was here on time every time an appointment was scheduled. I tolerated the weekend work, the delays, the late arrivals for appointments (I left work early to meet some of the appointments), I did not haggle about price, I paid when asked, etc. I do not feel T Rock or Allan honored their obligations to me. Consequently, I do not recommend using them as they do not do what they say they will do.

Honestly, he did try to fix something and it was not the right spot so he had to come back the second time when it rained and then he ended up charging me something that we had to pay for in the second trip. He said that we had to replace a vent or a cover and he charged $150. The first time he came he did some caulking, repair and maintenance type of thing and he didn't even cover the right spot. Then it rained again and we found out the water is still coming down and then he had to come back again. After the second time it does not leak again so the issue is resolved and it should be okay.

Not very well! The guy came and he was up there for about two minutes literally and came back down and nothing was done. So we called his boss, they came back out and basically it was the same thing. He didn't do anything and we hadn't had rain in a long time and we got rain and he said the leak was fixed and of course we didn't get what we paid for and the leak is still big. We just kind of blew it off and we said we won't use that anymore. We weren't happy all. I didn't get any of the services that he promised. The first time he responded very well to my call and the second time he responded very well but the work was never done.
