Sam Rogers was very responsive and was able to beat the competition's price estimate, as well as upgrade from a 20 year to a 30 year roof within the budget allocated. Within 24 hours they had already inspected, measured quoted, ordered and agreed to the work. And the materials arrived at the house the next day so that work can begin in the morning.

We suffered a significant leak to our roof after the most recent heavy storm that blew through Dallas. T-Rock quickly came out the next day after I called and found and fixed the leak quickly at a very reasonable cost. Doyle was particularly helpful in explaining everything he found and what he needed to do to fix it and what to expect. I also spoke with Bob and Orlando who were also very helpful. The entire company seems very professional. I will not hesitate to use this roofing company in the future! Thank you

Purchased the deal for $50 roof repair estimate that stated they would repair a leaky pipe boot for the price of the $50 for the gas to come out. I was contacted by someone from their company that came out and charged me $400 for the repair even after printing out the Angie's list deal and handing it to him. The next day I received an email from the company to send my contact information so the can set up an appointment to come out and give me a estimate. After sending the company the receipt and the Angie's list deal to find out what was going on they stopped responding.

T Rock was a blessing from god. I have lived in my house with water that pours in but i havent had enough money to fix it. I met Aaron Sadler when he came to my house to see my son. I saw his truck and asked him for a bid to fix my roof. It wasn't even a week after that he sent one of his crew leads to fix my roof. I tried to pay him and he just said please just pass the favor on. I have been blessed with the abillity to help you, now its your turn to help someone else. Javier was great and stopped all my leaks on our flat roof. The kindness didn't stop there. They have since brought and done many other thoughtful gifts for me and my son. Rachelle even brought over a couple boxes of toys for my boy. They truly are a blessing to us.

We had a leak in the front room and so we called our insurance company and they recommended we call T Rock. I called at 11:30 at night to leave a message and was pleasantly surprised that Aaron Sadler answered the phone and addressed my concerns. They sent a gentleman that came out and measured the moisture content in my walls and ceiling, put fans and machines to get rid of the water and then repaired the leak in my chimney, roof. They took care of the issue without having to call the insurance.

POOR FOLLOWUP, LOW PROFESSIONALISM, AND A WASTE OF TIME For an insurance claim for hail damage, John from T Rock met with insurance inspector on May 20. On June 3, we met with John to review work scope. We didn't hear back from anyone at T Rock for a few weeks, and after we called the T Rock office, on June 24 we received the outline of work via email. We sent a few questions about the work via email, and we received no response. After many calls, emails, and texts from us regarding the status of the work, we heard from Doyle from T Rock, and he indicated that they would be back in contact with us because they definitely wanted to do the work. NEVER heard from anybody again. We called, emailed, and texted ... NO RESPONSE. Now we have to start with a different contractor.

This is an update from my 12/22/15 review. I had T Rock come out to fix 3 leaks in my roof in December. Only 1 leak was fixed, 2 others continued to leak. I called them back and the rep told me he has no idea why it would still be leaking. After back and forth phone calls (3 weeks), I finally got them to agree to come back out and take a look. They never came out and never called to schedule anything. Honestly, after that, I was so annoyed that I just ignored it. In early June, I called back telling them my roof was still leaking. A new rep told me he would review the notes on my account and call me back. 3 weeks later, no call back. I called back last week and spoke to a 3rd person. That person has not called me back either! I will never use this company again. They basically just took my money and my roof still leaks. This is the worst home repair experience I've had since purchasing my home. BE CAREFUL!

I would not use them in the future.

In May 2015 our roof and one of our chimneys suffered storm damage and needed to be replaced. Allan Hammond from T Rock roofing installed a new roof in June 2015 and that included fixing the damage to the chimney. The roof installation went fine and has held up well through the severe hailstorm we went through earlier this year. However, a few weeks back, in early June 2016, we noticed water leaking down our living room chimney. Not a few drops, but a steady steam that had to be collected in several large plastic bins. We had water in the fireplace box, on the floor around the fireplace brickwork, swollen wood flooring and water stain on the ceiling. We called the same contractor from T Rock, who after inspection, reported that there was no problem with the flashing and the leakage was due to holes in the grout in the chimney masonry and aging bricks that were soaking in water. When asked why that was not taken care of with the chimney repair the past year, he said their job had been to only build the broken part of the chimney. He visited our property on Friday, June 01 2016, and we were promised a price estimate for grout repair and brick waterproofing by that evening. A week and several phone calls later he sent an estimate for $2000 to grind out the old mortar in the chimney and replace with new mortar. The estimate was for both chimneys, upon our request, as he reported that the other chimney had started showing signs of wear as well. In the meantime, we inspected the chimney ourselves and also got it inspected by chimney professional and noticed holes in the flashing through which rain water was leaking. Clearly the flashing was not replaced when the new roof was installed, as is the typical practice. We got in touch with T Rock after we found the leaks and the contractor said that he would come by and take a look, but he has not visited us in the four days since we spoke. No emails, messages nothing. We waited for 4 days and decided to get it repaired by an Angie’s List certified chimney company, paying for repairs within a year of paying for a new roof and chimney installed by T Rock. Roof flashing replacement is part of any reputable roofing contractor’s job when a complete tear off is done. When we asked him to check the leaking chimney he reported the flashing to be in good condition. After providing substandard work, we were quoted a significant amount of money for something that would not have fixed the problem. The chimney company that installed the new flashing, gave us the damaged flashing with numerous holes and cracks. To add to this, after our new chimney as installed, we found the contractor on our roof the next afternoon, without any prior communication with us. When he was informed that the chimney had been repaired, and that he was not supposed to be on the roof, he said it was good we got the repair done, and that the flashing was not the problem. We went with T-rock after reading good reviews but we will never use T-Rock for anything or ever refer this company to anyone. T-rock roofing got in touch with us after we posted the review. They offered to repair our other chimney free of cost. We have declined the offer. Pricing: B because pricing was competitive. Quality: C because the chimney leaked. Not giving anything lower because the rest of the roof withstood the bad hailstorms we went through in spring. Responsiveness: F - See above. Punctuality: A - they were on time and started and finished the work when they said they would. Professionalism: F - See above.

Went very well. I was under the gun as I was about to list the house and then we had a bad storm. Work was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them and use them again.

Highly professional company. Everything from the phone call to set the appointment to the crew that arrived to do the work was top notch, honest, and exceeded expectations. The repairs were performed quickly and a thorough explanation was given afterward about the work they did and the over-all condition of my roof (which they said was great, by the way).

With all the rain this spring, we had leaking in our roof. T-Rock came and put tarp on our roof to keep more water from getting in. AJ was great. He walked us through the process and helped us understand what we needed to get all the parts of our roof replaced. We felt like he really had our best interest in mind and appreciated that he was so thorough. He helped us make sense of our insurance paperwork, and went to bat for us in getting what we needed replaced. We walked away from the whole process with great roof, with a great warranty, and a new friend. I would highly recommend T Rock to anyone needing any type of repairs done on their home. They are a full service contractor. We will use them in the future for projects we need done.

My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I have had the opportunity to have several of the Project Manager's out to my home, as well as the owner, Aaron. They have taken time to answer my questions and concerns and help me understand the process of what each project will entail. They are very knowledgeable in their field and put the customer first always, regardless of the day or time. The storm season has been very active this year, and although they are very busy, they always have time to answer my questions. The Project Manager has taken care of all the details of getting my project done right and their office has helped me understand the process with my insurance and helped to make sure that my insurance company is covering everything I need to have the best roof. I know with their warranty that if I have a problem, they are only a phone call away and I will be well taken care of.

Alan met me the same day to review the damage and actually came back a few days later to walk the job along with our insurance adjuster. After it was determined our home needed a full roof replacement and full power washing/re-staining of our fence, among other things, I decided to let T Rock/Alan manage all of the repairs. ...Thus far, it appears my decision was a good one! Alan and his team/s have been great to work with. We had the roof and fence repairs scheduled within days and they actually completed the work in less time than was originally estimated (gotta love when someone underpromises and overdelivers). We still have a few more minor items, Alan/team are working on, but everything looks great and we will definitely use them in the future. In fact, I've even asked Alan to provide some quotes on other items we would like to improve around our home/yard. All in all, Alan and T Rock have made a difficult process (storm repair and insurance claims) much easier than I expected going in. I wrote a review on T Rock 5/1/16 and he called me early on 5/2/16 (Sunday) said he'd seen my review and offered to come out that day to personally inspect my roof free of charge. And at his request I'm updating my review. First I want to say I appreciate that Mr. Sadler stepped up after my initial experience with his company. He and a couple of his men showed up and did an comprehensive inspection of my roof, fence, air conditioning unit, and quite a few other things. They took pictures and Orlando went over most of the things they'd be asking my insurance to fix or replace (but they included removing & replacing my garage door which I just had replaced last year). Because Mr. Sadler had come though and given me a free inspection after my bad experience. I initially agreed to have them do the work, a contract was opened and I signed it. Because I'd made other plans I was unable to actually read it until today. It wasn't an actual estimate because there were no amounts included and my son adamantly insisted I get a second opinion since an amount of $8000.00-$1200.00 was mentioned in passing, so I called and told Orlando I'd need a second opinion and wanted to cancel the contract. There was no hassle about it so an email was sent to the company email address and Mr. Sadler's email address to advise.

The service was excellent. Remington explained the process and schedule with us.

I received an email asking me to call to set up an appointment, even though I'd given my phone number etc. when I purchased the inspection on 4/9/16. Since I don't check my emails all day it was several hours before I saw the email. I immediately emailed Mr. Sadler asking what they're business hours were sine it was after 4pm on a Saturday, I called & there was no answer, I called several times with the same results. Mr. Sadler called me while at work on 4/12/16 & during the conversation seemed to be upset he told me he couldn't hear me & would have his project manager call me. I waited for a call for several days & then emailed Mr. Sadler on 4/15/16, advised him I hadn't received a call. His response was " I can offer another company as our project manager was married last week and has been gone with those details for a week. He will be back in 2 weeks. I don't want you to wait that long as I know you have been waiting" Since I'm new to Angies' List and had heard such good things about it, this left me with a bad impression of all the claims made about the quality of the contractors and I considered canceling my subscription completely, I didn't I just called customer service and asked for a refund of the money I'd paid for T Rock Roofing which I received promptly. I just wanted was to have my roof inspected after our recent storms. Although the guy in customer service I spoke with asked if I wanted another referral I declined because I was so mad at the time, and to date I still haven't found anyone to inspect my roof, but I'm still looking.

Sometimes when people make a job look so simple, we take them for granted. However, I truly appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by Doyle and team. You need a professional to see the crack and know how to fix it. More importantly, a true professional doesn't nickel & dime or up-sell you. They build a business based on references and call backs. I feel as if this is how T Rock has built its business over the years. i would highly recommend giving T Rock a call for your construction needs.

He did good. Its just that I tried contacting him later on for something else and I couldn't get a hold of him.
