A large crew showed up and got the entire roof shingled in one day. They divide and coordinate the work and get it done efficiently. Doyle is very good about staying in touch and keeping us in the loop. He responded promptly to our concerns and made sure we are happy. The gutters were installed on the next weather-friendly day. The workers cleaned up and left our yard in good shape. We look forward to our next home improvement project with TRock.

My experience with TRock has been excellent. I can't say enough for the service and professionalism of the project manager, Mark Strong. He capably managed the entire project, including insurance company interfacing and subcontractor communication. He stayed in continual touch with me to give progress updates, ask for input when needed, and answer my questions. Finished product was excellent. Experience with workers on my property was excellent. Services from the admin office were competent, pleasant and timely as well. Great experience.

Brandon Overby came to my home to inspect for wind and hail damage and found that there was none. While on the roof he pointed out that leaves and tree debris had accumulated in the roof valley. He asked for a broom and hose. Then cleaned it away all at no charge. Thanks Brandon for being a honest and caring person. I will call T Rock when I need repairs in the future.

It went very well. T-Rock Roofing knows roofs and all the other parts that are part of the structures around a typical residential property. We had hail and wind damage that was covered by insurance on part of the structure. There was also normal wear and aging of the soffit trim and gutters. Squirrels had done some damage on the trim trying to sublet part of the attic. One of the windows with a complex arch needed replacing, including the curved trim. The cedar fence was damaged by the hail and needed pressure washing and a new coat of stain. There was also damage that was not found until the roof was removed. At the start it seemed like I would have a lot of work to find the different companies that would be required to complete the work. A friend recommended a company he trusted that could look at all the problems which would simplify the work because timing coordination would happen by one company. For me firsthand experience and a recommendation from my friend is similar to what you get from reviews on this site. Trust worthy. The company, T-Rock Roofing and Construction and the team lead, Brandon Overby This combination made all the logistics and coordination a much smaller task. This company has 12 years’ experience bringing order to complex problems. Brandon organized the work so that it was accomplished with very little wait time between different trades and crews. The crews had proper staffing along with experience working together. This improved the quality of the finished project. I recommend T-Rock Roofing and Construction, they should be on your short list when looking for a roofing contractor.

He offered to be present when the adjuster came out to document the damage to help ensure everything was captured. When it came time for the repairs, his crew was on-time and super fast! A recent visit to my home by Bob Nankervis @ T Rock Roofing made me understood their business values are driven by: Customer Relation/Focus -Be honest, reliable and establish sustainable relation with customer -Do not oversell-> Fix what really need to be fixed- nothing more. As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company's to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the "whole unit" versus reusing the "old cover". Honestly, I didn't not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who's word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$'s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue.

I am so pleased with the work done by T Rock company and Mark Strong who was in charge of the entire process. I had my roof replaced, chimney repair and exterior and interior house painting. Mark is a consummate, honest professional who really knows his stuff. He did a thorough assessment of my roof with pictures and went over what needed to be done in detail. He met with my insurance adjuster and went over his findings to make sure I got the most out of my claim. He coordinated the jobs to accommodate my schedule. I have been very impressed with his team and how efficient and thorough they were in completing the job, along with excellent cleanup. They were very experienced and knew their profession well. Mark oversaw the progress to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. The subcontractor used to paint my house were equally as impressive. I am so pleased with the way my house looks and have gotten compliments from my neighbors. It’s not easy to go through the process of getting your house repaired but Mark Strong and T Rock made sure the process went smoothly without cutting corners. I highly recommend this company if you want the work needed for your house to be done professionally, thoroughly and honestly. They did an awesome job and are great to work with. They will also make sure the customer is 100% satisfied which is very important to me when choosing a company to work with.

Aaron was ease and helped me scheduled next Monday with very reasonable quote which I really needed because am very needed. Monday, Brian came and worked on all of my projects. Excellent! Sam Rogers was very professional and responsive to my calls and texts. He was prompt to show up to my emergency call and stayed on top of all of the work throughout the entire process. All the crews were very trustworthy, worked very clean and never left a mess in my home. Sam was very knowledgable about everything that needed to be repaired and replaced.
