Great. They did a super job. They were great people to work with. Jeff was especially helpful. Can't be more pleased with the T Rock.

We called T Rock and they sceduled an inspection for later the same day. They completed the work same day and assured me it was fixed. He even checked back with me to make sure everything was good after the next rain came. It was. Huge rain and no leak.

Great! If you need roof work AJ is your guy. Quick response for inspection and repair. Spent time with us describing what happened and why shingles ripped off or were damaged. Talked us through extra things that were done to ensure future issues would not occur (as a result of original installation). Great price for work that had to be done. Unusual to find somebody that actually gets it right the first time. AJ's your guy.

The representative from T-Rock came out and assessed damage. I told the representative that I wanted T-Rock to complete my job. The representative took multiple pictures and promised to send me an estimate as well as the State Farm Representative working my claim. After a week went by, I had not received a written estimate. My State Farm Representative had not received anything from T-Rock. I called the company and the representative stated that he was getting an error with the email address I gave him for State Farm. I double checked the email for State Farm and it was correct. The T-Rock representative stated that he would resend the information. Another week went by, and State Farm nor I had received the information as promised. I called the T-Rock representative again and he was very unprofessional and sarcastic regarding my estimate. Due to his attitude and the way he spoke to me, clearly gave me the impression that he could not be bothered with the work I needed done. Not only did I find T-Rock on Angie's List, but several of my friends had given me this roofing company has a great business to use. I reported this business to the BBB.

I had a small section of ridge cap come off and Doyle Story was out the next day. Great Customer Service!

The entire process went VERY well. I had contacted TRock prior to talking to my insurance company. I wasn't sure what kind of damage I had sustained and needed some expert advise. Aaron came out the day after I called and did a very thorough inspection of my property. He indicated that there was sufficient damage to warrant a claim. He and Rachelle Lapino also came back to walk the property with the insurance company's agent which was very reassuring to me. This was all before there was any agreement / contract between myself and TRock. I could not be happier with the results. Rachelle was the project manager for my repairs. She responded immediately to all my questions and / or concerns. The subcontractors that TRock provided were all very professional and capable. Everything was done to my COMPLETE satisfaction!!! Thank you TRock

Rachelle showed up on time and ready. she inspected the roof and found areas of concern that I - and my home inspector - had not found. Estimate was on time with what she said (factoring in my handwriting led to a misdirected e-mail) and while more than I expected was perfect for my purposes. She also offered a chimney company for any concerns there. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.

Very well. They scheduled me immediately, work completed in a day. Very friendly people, especially Belynda and Orlando. Lifetime warranty! Excellent.

Responded next day to request when time was of the essence . Provided feedback on condition of roof so that our family could make an informed choice. Was professional and answered the phone every time I called.

After T-Rock roofing roofed our home and replaced balcony floor a few years ago, we have continued to have a few leaks. After several requests for repairs they finally sent "subcontractors" out that set our home ON FIRE!! There is over $1 million in damage and the worst part is they are trying to not take responsibility for it. They NEVER apologized but tried to tell my husband that they didn't even know these guys were out doing the repair that caught our home on fire!! A MASSIVE LAWSUIT will follow!! REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

The new roof looks great, plus they gave me a lifetime warranty on labor and the shingles. Minus hail damage. While there were a few issues/complaints that came up, T Rock did a GREAT job correcting the problems and making things right. Be sure you specifically ask for AJ Garza, he really does go out of his way to make sure you are happy with the work done. These guys work very quickly, my roof was removed and new one put on in a single day.

Excellent. We've had other roofer out to review our roof and T Rock was by far more detailed. The found, took pictures and discussed with the picture everything that found.... and it made sense. Service was quick and communication was excellent. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Fixing a roof leak before damage is money well spent.

T Rock roofing was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on our roof which has served us well to this day! They were industrious and meticulous which was very impressive to us. The contractors are good, hard-working people with values, and desired good work to be done on our home. Overall, nothing to complain about, only praise! If we have any damage again, we would definitely hire T Rock Roofing and Construction for our needs!

T-Rock construction was one of three contractors I called out after the hail storm on 3/26/16. I found them here on Angie’s List. Alan Gull came out to assess the damage. I was immediately impressed and comforted by his professionalism and knowledge. You can tell this is what he does and he enjoys it, construction is not only in his heart but his blood. I have been in the apartment industry for over a decade and I have dealt with hundreds of contractors over the years. Mr. Gull knows what he’s doing. After choosing to go with T-Rock, even over a friend’s construction company, the ladies in the office went above and beyond working with our insurance (Triple A- which I DO NOT Recommend) to correct their pathetic attempt at a damage assessment. ALWAYS have these guys come out at the same time your insurance assessor is out. Our new roof looks fabulous, our skylight no longer leaks, our fence is once again beautiful and I gawk every time I see the work they did to rebuild the arbor over our back patio.

A large tree branch fell on my house. I called T Rock (my roof contractor) and Mark promptly came out to my house and had a team over within 45 minutes to remove the large tree limb. Mark's guys came out later to fix the roof damage. Mark was very professional and easy to work with; I really appreciate his quick response / action.

I contacted T Rock Roofing and Construction after we had a branch do some damage to the ridge of our roof. They were quick to answer the phone and able to setup a consultation appointment next day. Brian Hammond arrived at our house and was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After confirming what all of the other reviews affirmed, I setup an appointment for Brian to come back and complete the job. He called the morning of to confirm the appointment and even arrived a bit early which was awesome. Brian went above and beyond with the service he provided. Not only did he repair the busted roof ridge but he also repaired some shoddy work that had been done by the prior roof installer. His many years of being a licensed roof inspector was apparent in his knowledge of the hazards surrounding my house, the different products my roof is composed of and the overall status of the roof. Brian is a consummate professional that prides himself on above quality work and is a model of integrity. In today's society these upstanding professionals are hard to come by. We will only be working with T Rock for all of our construction needs. My hat is off to you Brian, you truly exemplify what it means to work hard and love what you do.

Later, another group subcontracted by T-Rock handled gutter replacement and additional repairs. We would recommend this company highly.

Sam was prompt, pleasant to work with, and took the time to explain all the repairs he had done and any issues that needed to be addressed. He even provided the name of another company we could contact about following up on these issues if we chose, although T Rock also provides this service. Based on my experience with T Rock Contracting and Sam Rogers, I would definitely recommend T Rock to others and I plan to follow up with him about addressing additional repairs.

Sam quickly responded and installed the ridge vent in just about 2 hours. He did a great job.

T Rock crew did a perfect job. Showed up on time, gave a fair estimate. Completed work as scheduled. I plan on using them again for many projects. After getting a quote and being told by another roofing contractor on Angie's List that they had a backlog of tile roof jobs and couldn't get to my house for 16 weeks and after two hard rains resulted in several gallons of water coming into the house, I decided that I didn't have the luxury of waiting 16 weeks. The company I was waiting for would not return calls or emails, and so I looked further and found T Rock Roofing and Construction. From the moment I began communicating with Doyle, the T Rock representative, I was convinced that I had the right person and the right group working on the pesky leak. Doyle and his team were persistent and systematically eliminated every potential problem until the leak was FINALLY fixed! The price for the repair of the tile roof and leak was a bargain compared to the first quote from the company that had the 16 week backlog. Thank you, T Rock and thank you, Doyle!

We had a major hail storm in the area and I had multiple damages to the house. This being the first time for me to file an insurance claim, I was quite stressed at the thought of dealing with multiple contractors (roofers, windows, painters, fence repair etc.) and the insurance. However, Orlando from T.Rock construction took that stress upon himself. I am sure with such a huge storm, he was helping fix multiple houses but I always felt like I was the only one he was helping. Thanks to Orlando, I got a top quality brand new roof and all the other repairs were performed to the highest quality standards. I can see repairs being done in the neighborhood and can compare the work that was done on my house, and I can easily see how good a job TRock's crew did. Orlando also identified several damages that the insurance adjuster missed and that I wouldn't have noticed either. On top of that, he took care of communicating with the insurance and making sure the missed items were added to the claim. During and after each repair, he would personally visit my house to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction, and he helped address all my concerns along the way. He never missed my call or text - always prompt to response and true on his commitments. I highly recommend TRock and especially Orlando for any house repair/replacement project.
