Not good and he just did the inspection without performing other tasks

I bought the Roof Maintenance offer back in November mainly because their offer included gutter cleaning. My gutters were never cleaned. They asked for my contact info after I bought the offer, then never reached out again. I then contacted them in December, they scheduled an appointment which I assumed the service would occur during. Instead, it was a technician who asked what I wanted done then climbed on my roof quickly. I made sure to specify I wanted my gutters cleaned, and he nodded. Then he told me he would have to put in a work order to get a team out there. No date, no appointment, nothing else. I receive a call 3 weeks later telling me the work was completed. No invoice, no receipt left at my house. When I get home from work and look up at my gutters, they are still full of leaves. I called the company again to say the gutters weren't cleaned, and I get the same "we will send out some guys". No appointment or timeframe again. It's been a week since then, and my gutters are still full of leaves and now I'm not even sure the pipes have been sealed. It's an understated to say I'm frustrated.

Easiest home repair I've done in a long time.

It went pretty well. I was very happy with the result, although, there seemed to be a bit of a mincommunication on what needed to be done between the installers and the man I spoke with about the work and who gave the quote. So it wasn't exactly a 100% smooth installation, but the end result was good.

Everything went well at first - Doyle Story came out in mid-June and gave me an estimate and I signed the contract for work to be done in approximately 3 weeks. I called at the end of the 3 weeks and he said they'd be out to do the roof at the end of the next week. They were, and the roof was done quickly and I was pleased with the job they did. Some time later (maybe 2 weeks?) the gutter crew came out and did the gutter guards and downspouts. At this point, things started to go downhill. After a few weeks and several phone calls to Doyle, the contractor started on the fencing and painting the patio cover. He showed up sporadically and I had to keep after him and Doyle to get the work finished. After taking time out to go do other "emergency" jobs and not letting me know he (the contractor) wasn't going to show up to finish up, Doyle showed up on my doorstep without any notice, asking for payment. I told him the job was not finished and he would not receive payment until it was. Apparently he got onto the contractor, since he showed up and finished the next day. Again, Doyle showed up to get the check without letting me know he was coming, and I paid him in full. However, we still weren't finished.....over the course of July and August, when it rained I discovered the downspouts were not put in correctly. I kept getting excuses that the gutter crews were terribly busy, then that they had quit or something like that. Finally they showed up to correct the problem in late November or thereabouts. It hasn't rained since then, so I'm not sure if they're really fixed or not. Not only are there problems with the crews, the office has them as well. I got impact-resistant roofing, and a form was supposed to have been sent to my insurance company for a discount; again this took many phone calls to accomplish, and it was filled out incorrectly. The insurance company rejected it because the manufacturer was incorrect/not approved. This was also finally corrected after more phone calls. Overall, this experience lasted from June through November. Although the work was well done for the most part, professionalism and communication were non-existent. I understand contractors were all crazy busy because of the spring storms, but if there is a hold-up and I am informed about it, it's not nearly as big a problem as if I'm totally ignored and left in the dark. UPDATE: 8/10/18 The insurance was paid almost immediately upon our signature on our contract. That was no the problem. The issue was companies lack of professionalism and being unresponsive in communicating with me.

Sadly, it didn't...I honestly do no like giving poor reviews but unfortunately I have no other choice. I purchased the $200 offer and after the initial contact asking me for my address and contact info, I have not received any further communication even after two more emails sent.

Had to contact T-Rock to schedule. They never came out, didn't call to reschedule and seemed bothered that we were trying to get the service we paid for. I had to contact Angie's List to refund my payment which they corrected immediately. Ironically, I had requested an estimate from this commpany before the purchase special and they never came out. My husband noticed it was the same company and with the help from AL, it was resolved quickly.

I contacted Allan when I saw l was having a problem with my gutter. He promptly set up an appointment, and was on time. Allan is so friendly and knowledgeable. I will contact T Rock Roofing for all my roofing issues.

I had trouble getting an appointment with Jared but Doyle arrived today as scheduled. He did an inspection of the roof and made suggestions as to the condition of the roof. I was pleased that he didn't try to sell me anything. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Jared was extremely professional, thorough, and patient. He pointed out areas that needed to be changed and made sure the rooferschool understood his recommendationson before leaving. I am extremely grateful. Next time I'll start with T Roof.

I called them for an insurance claim. They were quick efficient and charged me half what other bids were. I would use them if something were to happen again.

Great, much quicker and cleaner than I expected. Doyle Story, the sales rep, was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues. He did not try so sell me anything I did not want and also fixed a few minor problems for free. I talked to three contractors and thought T-Rock was the best choice by far.

Three times I scheduled an appointment with the owner. Three times he did not show.

Nothing special. No need to pay $50 bucks for inspection. Most company give it free...

Only I want to learn how much cost for complete roof replacement ? Saying no cost for you,we're going to agree with insurance company. Not give safe feeling!!!

Doyle Story was great to work with, they arrived on time. Diagnose the problem and repaired it the same day. It was only a small problem and he was honest with the scope of the work that was needed. Very refreshing in this day and age to meet some with his integrity. If you need work done on your roof, Doyle is your guy. Fair and Honest is the best way to describe him and T Rook Roofing. I have found my roofer.

Doyle and his crew were great. After giving the damage an initial loo, he was back in a couple of days to complete the repairs (just before the storms rolled in). Our shingles are no longer made so his team repaired the existing shingles and reinstalled them. Looks great and I was happy with the costs.

It went great. I called Doyle to inspect a roof on a home that I am in the process of purchasing. He responding quickly to go look at the house and responded quickly with his assessment of the roof. He did not find that any repairs were needed.
