a) They were punctual. They told me when they were going to show up, and they did. b) They were thorough. They explained the different options to me, and let me decide. They explained the difference in cost and the difference in quality. c) The work was excellent. d) The price was fair. It wasn't the highest, and it wasn't the cheapest. But, given the level of service and quality of work, it was a great value.

During the whole process we dealt with a gentleman named Doyle, who coordinated all of the different repairs. We were very impressed with him and his people; they were thorough and explained into detail what they needed to do. Would recommend them highly.

Proces went very well. Very courteous people and professionals. Also had our fence fixed as well as outside air conditioning unit that was damaged. They took care of everything. Would definitely hire them again.

T Rock came out to investigate a roof leak I had coming through my rooftop patio. Having a couple leaks in the past, I was ready to replace the whole TPO membrane covering my roof. After taking a look, Doyle informed me that the leak was likely coming through a sidewall of hardy boards that was no longer firmly secured in place, and recommended I try securing that wall first before shelling out the money to replace the entire roof membrane. It was nice to have a trustworthy roofing contractor that could give me an honest assessment, instead of recommending the most expensive, costly option when it was not needed. I will definitely use T Rock again in the future.

Very well.. very responsive and thorough report

This is the third time my roof has been replaced due to hail damage, and the best service, so far. The crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up very nicely. The roof on the house looks great. The guttering was done by a different crew, but they were fast and efficient. Yet another crew replaced the metal roof on my workshop and took great pains to make sure that the translucent panels in the roof were leaked-proofed. Any small concerns that I had were addressed quickly. Many homes in my neighborhood have T Rock signs, so despite all the commitment they had, my work was done in a timely manner. T Rock should be given serious consideration when you are looking for a roofing contractor. I feel I made a very good choice.

Not well following communication Hi Shanna, Rough numbers: 12.6sq plus waste, starter, ridgecap total 15 squares. 15 sq x $275/sq = $4125 for a 25 year shingle 15 sq x $300/sq = $4500 for a laminated shingle. Plus $100/square of decking needed to be replaced. We don't do the installation. The skirting can be Bought at Home Depot. And easily installed by a handy man to save money. :) My reply It seems you are not interested and it would have been more of a professional response to say so Your quote for the roof is way out of line and to tell me go buy the material and find someone else daaaa I would have if I could that is why I reached out to you recommended by Angie's List I am 65 alone with no means of getting such work done without guidance and to have such a response was very disappointing

They were very conscientious, followed through on all the details, made sure I was notified on ever step of the process, and what I liked is they worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure all issues with the roof were addressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I worked with Rachelle Lapino and she was extremely diligent with follow up.

It was good quality, fair price. The clean up was good. There was just one person who did the work. It took about two hours to complete the work.

They came out immediately and met with the insurance adjuster, within a couple days of the storm. We went over everything that needed to be done, adjusted some things, and agreed to the work. They were able to put us on the schedule for May and they came out when they said. They replaced the roof and restained the fence, as well as collected the first insurance check for half the amount. That was all completed by June. Then things started to drag on; over the next 4 months they came out to do the gutters, solar screens, and copper roof and repeated calls to Doyle, our contractor. This was not a major concern for me as half the balance was outstanding and I understood that they were swamped with work. Ultimately I found someone on Angie's list to repair the pool decking as they could not find a contractor for the insurance coverage, they did reimburse me the cost. By the end of December everything was fixed with the exception of a window they broke trying to repair the beading on it. By the end of the year Doyle stopped by for the balance of the money and said regarding the broken window "We will get someone out within the next two weeks, we would risk a bad review on Angie's List over a window". I have since called and texted Doyle every couple weeks for the last 4 months. In February a contractor did come out to measure but never returned. Doyle has since passed me off to "Liz" in the office that has yet to return a phone call. Overall I am still happy with the work they performed, the roofers were great (they also did the fence), the other sub-contractors were OK. Just remember to never pay the remaining balance prior to ALL work being completed no matter the sob story (Doyle wanted to go on vacation with his girlfriend). Yes I know it is my own fault for doing it. So I am out here writing this review as I look for someone to repair my window. I did mark as would hire again, but that is a maybe.

They were good. There was just one person that came to complete the service. He was very good. He left the area fine. He got the job done as needed.

Did not solve the leak and other contractors complained of poor workmanship.

After they checked it out they told me it was because my chimney cover needed some silicone since it wore off. Not only was their quality of work still in tack, but they also repaired my chimney cover free of charge!

When they came to give the quote they were actually diligent and pretty quick to look over things and explain what would be involved the amounts. I did not have any trouble with any of that, that was all good. It was not a well written estimate but was in line with others that I received. They were hard to get in touch with. They did not come back out after giving the initial quote.

The job was done on time, to our satisfaction, and within budget

While they arrived on-time and did what appeared to be quality work, the shingles they replaced were not put on well at all, and came right back off within five days of being laid. First decent gust of wind and they were all raised up like flaps on my roof.

The person on the phone said they did do repairs like I had asked then proceeded to ask about the roof. I presumed he was talking about the carport. I answered no as it was replaced in 2011. He then said what about the house roof. I again answered it was repaired in 2011. His response was that there were storms in the area a few years back and they can do a free roof inspection when there looking at the carport. I said I did not want to do that as I was only calling/ needing a carport base repair. He then went into a 5 min diatribe on getting a new roof, using insurance, blah blah blah. I gave a no answer several times and he just would not stop pressuring. I almost lost my cool. The day came when the appointment was set, before he started on the heavy sales pressure back when I had called him, and no one showed up. I didn't expect them to as I was firm about not putting in any insurance claim and getting a whole new house roof when I only wanted a carport repaired at the base. But then a guy called he was running late and would be there soon. He showed up an hour and a half after the scheduled time. I had to let him go around back and look at the carport without me because the Nebraska furniture truck pulled up to swap out a broken dining chair they delivered with the new set a few weeks back, and they were 4 hours early, so I was juggling two people. When the guy showed me the carport repair I noticed on the quote on his tablet there was written down 3200 for a new metal carport roof!!!!! And the repair I called for. I called this to his attention and also mentioned about the heavy sales pressure for roofs when I called only wanting the drooping carport repaired. He said he had to rework the numbers. Seems to me all he had to do was deduct the cost of the metal roof I never asked for. He said he would email the reworked quote to me. I gave him my email address, confirmed he had it correctly, and to this day he never sent me the reworked quote on the carport repair. Ive checked my spam folder and its not there either. Seems all they want to do is roofing when you call for other types of repairs. Total disrespect to their prospective customers calling for other kinds of work ignoring repeated requests to needing only one thing done.

We had received a referral from our neighbors to contact T-Rock and in particular Allan Hammond of T-Rock to get an estimate for the needed services. As had been referenced to us, Allan was spot-on from the very initial handshake and introduction. He was always differentiatingly professional over the course of the project and was knowledgeable, service-oriented, responsive, and quality-focused. He treated our home like it was his, became a trusted friend, was certainly never just a tough sales or rough contractor type. The work crews Allan aligned with our projects were easy to connect with as/if needed, and punchlist/follow-up items were completed promptly and as expected. We will certainly contact Allan in the future for any construction/contract work needed and look forward to partnering with him again. Thank you, Allan and T-Rock!

Work was scheduled within days of insurance approval and completed in 1 day.

I didn't get on the roof, but the inspector approved it. They are responsive, prompt, and efficient. It was good. It took just the morning to complete the work.

Initially the communication went great and they arrived to do the repair on time. The issue is that they did not do a good job and there was actually more of a leak once another rain storm came. I contacted them several times and have been told they would get the contractor to contact me and it's now been almost a week with no response. I would not use again and am looking for another company to complete the job now.

It was a free estimate. The price was good, but the materials that they used weren't a direct replacement. They didn't quote a comparable bid. They were using inferior materials for the bid which is why I excluded it.

Following a hail storm Spring 2016, my roof, gutters and fence were damaged. I chose T Rock after interviewing three firms (all from Angies' List). Although all were qualified, I chose T Rock because they were the quickest to response, and they followed up. The project coordinator Rachell was the one constant as the work progressed from one group to another (roofing, gutters, fence and painting). The quality of the work was great, and we've been pleased with the results. Rachell was very easy to work with, and always willing to talk with us. I would use T Rock in the future.

Alan came out did a survey, talked me thru the insurance process and everything he said came to fruition. Roofers came out as scheduled started bright and early at 7am and shockingly enough completed by 3! I have highly recommended T Rock to family and friends
