It was wonderful, they were quick & professional. I was worried about paint fading but it hasn’t! Everything was perfect! Worked with Bob from start to finish and he was great, he stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was going well and that we liked the paint and stain. Super helpful & love it all! Mark Strong from T Rock was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had never been through a hail storm of this magnitude and I had no idea where to start. He made the process as easy as something like this can be. Mark took care of all of the damaged items from start to finish.

With all the recent rain, we had a roof leak with water coming into our family room. Doyle Story on T Rock Roofing came over quickly. He was able to find the problem immediately, fill the hole with silicone and solve the problem. Because of his quick action, we averted a major problem. I will definitely use T Rock again.

This is a review of the work we had done back in 2016-2017. We hired T Rock Roofing to fix our house after a hail storm. We had roof, fence, siding, and gutter damage. The gentleman who was our T Rock rep seemed like a standup guy. That ended quickly after we agreed to have them do the work. Getting them to respond to calls was very difficult, often needing multiple follow-ups. We never had a schedule and were often surprised when his workers showed up to fix something. Eventually, our rep went missing. Literally, we couldn't reach him and we worked with the owner after that, but communication and scheduling were not improved. Eventually, our roof was done, the fence was washed and re-stained, gutters were complete, and siding was repaired. The fence and siding were satisfactorily done. The roof seemed OK, but they had knocked the gas vent off our water heater and never checked or replaced it so it was venting into our house for a month before we noticed. We also have a water leak in our front exterior wall, and there is no plumbing in it, so likely the roof is the problem. The new gutters are leaking and were not installed properly in some areas. Overall, I would not hire them again. It was nothing but a pain to work with them, and the overall work quality was subpar.

Excellent company to complete your roofing replacement and home repairs. Professional contractor Sam Rogers proposed and completed the entire project-replacing roof, gutters and window screens and staining deck and fencing. All workers were professional, timely and friendly to work with - all phases were excellently completed on time. I highly recommend TRock Contracting for all your home needs.

I have used T-rock on several occasions to repair small problems in my metal roof. I can't speak highly enough about their integrity. I don't have the courage to get up on the roof and inspect, so when I call them for a leak, they could invent an expensive problem and I would never know. In each case, they have identified a minor repair and fixed it promptly.

It was one of the smoothest, hassle free roof replacement I have ever had. I am so glad I chose TROCK for the job. It really reduced my stress and frustration. Thank you TROCK!

My neighbor was having her roof replaced, so I was concerned that my roof may have some hail damage as well. I had Bob Nankervis with T Rock Roofing come out to inspect it. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Often times we expect any roofer to “find” damage and encourage us to file a claim. It was refreshing to find that not only was my roof in good shape, but also that Bob was honest enough to relay that information to me and tell me my roof was fine. As an insurance agent, I value a honest roofer that I am able to refer to my customers. I will definitely be referring Bob and T Rock from now on!

I cannot say enough good things about T-rock and especially Allen (our project manager). I met allen thru Angie’s list roof repair special several years back. Allen was courteous, friendly and professional. He did a simple repair and that was that. Then, the hail storm came thru and totaled our roof, broke a window and caused quite a bit a damage. After several consultations with other companies as well as T-rock, I decided to stick with Allen and T-rock. They were efficient, professional and worked with my insurance company effectively when they found additional repairs to be done. Whenever I had concerns or questions, Allen was always available to address all my questions. That was 2016. Fast forward to 2018, we recently experienced a roof leak, and of course I called allen. Allen was on vacation but he still took my call and listen to all my concerns and came over to inspect the damage as soon as he returned. Allen arranged a roofer to come out to repair the leak in one day, just because he saw that the rain was in the forecast.! How amazing is that?! Then, he stayed with the roofers for several hours to make sure all the repair was done properly! Allen and T-rock even offered to repair any damage that was cause by the leak. My husband and I are truly amazed by the level of professionalism and customer service we received from Allen and T-Rock. I am now a forever customer of T-rock. Not only they are honest, professional, and courteous, but they really do mean it, when they say, they wl take care of you. T-rock stands by their work and their word. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their work, their professionalism and their customer service!

Alan Gull came and gave me a free inspection, I didn't need a new roof but he helped me with my patio waterproofing. Very helpful, very knowledgeable.
