Mark Strong was our project manager & he did a great job & was very thorough with the insurance adjuster to get the most for us. He really went to bat for us to fight the adjuster & I have already referred him to other friends & family.

Good crew. Doyle came by to review the work. He responded to texts and emails promptly. He also followed up when we had a few minor repairs.

We had the best experience with Trock Roofing, so far the best company in the Metropex, good workmanship and every crew they sent to our house were very kind and professional, I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone to take care of your restorations or even small repairs, we asked them to take care of other stuff around our house and the project manager worked with us on prices and budget, they went the extra mile with our project, very proud to be one their costumers as even the principal owner showed up and make sure everything was good before I gave them the final payment

T-Rock is the kind of company that unfortunately is hard to find these days. I have been using them for several years and they are always professional, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile. We have used them for inspections after storms, minor repairs, etc. Case in point: Today we had an HVAC repairman in our attic and he noticed a small leak in our roof near the flue. Within 3 hours of our initial call, Doyle from T-Rock had someone out to our house and had it expertly repaired. Because we were previous customers, they made a special point to get out quickly because of the storms on the way - and within 30 minutes of them finishing, the downpour hit but our attic was dry! I don't hesitate to recommend T-Rock - they are awesome!

He was always around to take our questions and for any clarification. He had the latest technology we were looking for and the old fashion customer service you hardly see around these days. We had our roof replaced August 2017. During September 2018 we had several successive heavy rain storms and experienced leaking inside the house. It happened on a Saturday night, so we tried to contact several local roofers the next morning, including the roofer that replaced the roof last year, leaving voice mails (knowing most companies are closed on Sunday). T-Rock was the only roofer that responded that Sunday morning, came out, repaired the roof, and did not charge me for the service. They were a life saver since there was more rain in the forecast. Doyle Story was my contractor. He did an excellent job and kept me i formed at each step of the process. He even followed up on a needed repair to the flues for the hot water heaters a year later. The pricing was reasonable and the workmanship was first rate.

It went fantastic. TRock was able to come out, look at the roof, see what the issues were that were not resolved by the other company, and then correct it. In this industry, there are a gazillion companies to go with, and finding someone that is realistic me and trustworthy is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Bob came to the house soon after my request for a quote. The assessment did not take long and the quoted cost was lower than I had received from others.
