Great. Both kitchen and bathroom projects were done as scheduled. Workers and project managers were responsive to any requests. Workmanship excellent.

Job was for a screened in porch. They dismantled and removed old metal roof and railing. Constructed screened in porch, including insulated roof, chair rail, and door. They did a great job, very conscientious workers, very detail oriented, took pride in their work. Quality was great. I would recommend and/or use them again for a large removing or construction job.

Wife & I had a tub converted to a shower with safety bars. The person doing the work was Vince & we can not say enough nice things about him. He showed up on time, worked very hard & the work was professionally done & he kept the area around the bath room very clean. He not only did an excellent job but he also ask us questions through out the process as to what or where we would like certain items for the shower. Would hire him in a minute to do any job in our house. The entire Company were very professional in how they handle the business from the first appointment for an estimate to their followup weekly as to the progress of materials being ordered & estimated time the job would take place. From first appointment to the final step, I enjoyed working with the various representatives from Statewide Remodeling. Everyone is helpful and very responsive. I have a demanding job and the reps from Statewide worked hard to meet me on weekends or when I could manage to be home. They made the whole process very easy.

We had to reschedule our appointment for the salesman several times but when they finally came Dana Worked very hard to make us happy and be sure that we got the exact products that we wanted in each room. The day of installation was supposed to rain so the Crew came out on a Sunday and did the complete installation that day. They did an excellent job.

At some point Statewide was working in my neighborhood and came door to door interrupting dinner and offering their services. I agreed to have someone give me a quote on work I needed done and they set an appointment and then did not show up. After that I didn't want to reschedule, but they called me over and over for months. Finally I agreed to have an estimator come out, took time out of my schedule to meet him, and he told me he couldn't give an estimate because it would be a waste of time since the lady of the house was not present and he didn't believe I had the authority to make decisions on my own for my own home.

We were not pleased with the disorganization and miscommunication that occurred throughout this project. Although we are very pleased by the final product, the process was not pleasant. Instead of a 3 day job, it took weeks, about 5. We had to use our son's shower upstairs all that time our shower was not available. For example, they told us our shower panels would arrive in a day or two, then it took weeks. Then, they had to take the shower walls from another job since they couldn't get ours, for some reason, so that customer was being inconvenienced too. Then, the door ordered was not the right door so they had to send it back. It was one thing after another. The job manager was a nice guy and was as professional as possible, except that we were kept holding out for one issue or another. The flooring install was not a problem, just the shower. And, with the over-inflated price for this work, I felt it was not worth all the aggravation. I am having another bathroom remodeled now and I've gone with another company, and this time, I've made sure they are a top-tier company on Angie's List.

Terrible. I showed the guy my bathroom and explained everything that I wanted to have done to it. He would only agree to doing half of what I wanted. Then when he gave me his estimate it was more than double what all other 6 estimates that I had gotten (and the other 6 companies were going to do the full job and not just half). 46,000 for my bathroom for only a half job is unacceptable (other quotes were between 18,000 and 23,000). It was obvious he was not wanting our business. We will not be using this company.

The date was scheduled and they were extremely responsive and punctual to all of our needs and concerns. The office called everyday to ensure things were running smoothly and they always asked if we had concern or changes. We are very satisfied with how they treated our home while we were there and when we were at work. We have them full access to our home while we had to work and there was never a doubt of professionalism. I think this speaks volumes in today's society. I've hired contractors before that took months to complete a job, but these guys took 3 days to complete. If we need any further projects, we will hire them again.

Very nice to work with these people. They got the job done quickly and way before original time line. Wish they had used drop clothes or shoe protectors and help with small additional things when completed

Statewide Remodeling did a great job! From our initial contact with contract writer to the pros who did the actual remodeling, we were very pleased with their work and attention to detail. All the individuals we had contact with were very friendly, very professional and very respectful. We were also pleased with the way the company kept in touch with us to make sure the project was going well and to see if we had any concerns about the work being done. We were happy to report that we had no concerns about the work and we now have two beautiful bathrooms!

Statewide Remodeling has an excellent business model. They are very customer oriented. Communication with the customer is paramount. If you have a question or problem, they are immediately on top of it from the sales person who sold the account to inside project coordinator assigned to your job, to the job supervisor to the finance department. The work performed was excellent, started and done when promised. An excellent finance company is provided should one want to finance.

Contractor Refuses To Give Me A Breakdown Of Charges. The Amount I Have Been Charged Cannot Be Determined To Be Legitimate And Reasonable...Therefore I Cannot Verify That The Stated Fee For Cancellation Of The Contract Is Legitimate And Reasonable. I Have Also Talked To The Contractor About The Shower Enclosure Materials And Expressed My Dissatisfaction With The Quality Of What I Am Paying For...And They Still Refuse To Cancel The Contract Without Charging Me $3,000.00 Dollars. No Work Has Been Started Or Completed.

Salesman was helpful, courteous and up front. Made it very clear and had me read the form about declining the offer before the quote was provided. Though the job looked like something we would like, the quote was very, very expensive, even with the discount that was only available on the spot. We declined. If you are interested in competitive bids, call them last.

I rate Statewide a perfect 10 from sales, weekly updating before construction begins, project manager taking care of any problems that arise, the crews are very professional and most important the finished product a PERFECT 10.

Statewide arrived promptly on the start date. Entire project was completed ahead of schedule. During the remodeling, all workers arrived on schedule and were courteous and very professional. The Field Supervisor stopped by (or called) every day until the project was finished. The main office called numerous times making sure I was pleased with the work and the progress of the work being done. The resulting bathroom looks amazing. I am so pleased with the look and the quality of work done.

Statewide may not be the cheapest company however they made it so much easier from the sales person to the contractor that stayed in constant contact with you to make sure everything was going well. The products used were high quality and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I have a bathroom I am proud of. I would use this company for other projects

Great Looks beautiful We would positively use Statewide Remodeling again. The teams that did the work were polite, informative, very professional. The project manages was on site several time and he was only a call away for us. Everyone in the office kept us very informed. We give them a 10+ rating.

Installation went very well. Professionally installed. Only problem incurred 4 of the special order units were 10 days late in shipment from date promised due to manufacturers problems.

We were referred to them through Home Depot. Someone came out and met with us and told us our options. They measured and shown us samples of materials to choose from. We were told that it would take 3-4 weeks. Someone came within 10 days to do another measurement because the walls of shower had to be made. They came prior to 3 weeks to complete the work. They installed the base of shower and next day the walls were installed.

The remodel went great. We had our hall bath remodeled. Statewide showed up when they said they would daily. Rodney (PM) did a great job and took care of all the little details as well as the big ones!

This was the worse experience my husband and I have had with a provider. They damaged my home inside and outside. They almost killed my puppy on 4 different times. they allowed unauthorized persons in my home, even brought there children to work. Thanks to their employees we had to replace the front door and door frame, buy a new garage door and door opener, have the carpet in the living area, bedrooms and hallways cleaned, replace all the yard lights 3 times. They use my home supplies to complete the work, stole some of our own supplies and tools. This company is awful and I would like to prevent anyone from going through what we went through. I have pictures, text messages and emails. Thanks to this company my husband and I argued and fussed at each other for over six months about this companies work ethics. My mom was at my home and had to endure all of what they where doing while going through cancer treatment. I had to take my puppy to the vet a few times because of them feeding her food she shouldn't been eating. Also they ate food and drank our juice and sodas that were in the refrigerator that was in our garage. This company is dishonest and don't care about you or the job they do...ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IT YOUR MONEY!!! If I knew then what I know now, I WOULD HAVE NEVER LET THE SALES REP IN MY HOME. We have been lied too, stolen from, threaten and they don't care. Home depot recommending this company and they don't care either. We signed the completions agreement because we was force too. The compensation received from them was not worth the trouble. All they was willing to do was give us back our down payment and take a small percentage off the master bathroom. They promised to fixed everything that they did wrong with our guess bathroom and refused to do what they promised after we signed off on the master bathroom. This has been the worse situation ever!. I hope no one uses this company. Please believe me when I say that...EVERY WORD OF THIS IS TRUE! And everyone I had to deal with at this horrible company knows it. After the work they did, you would think they wouldn't charge us anything, the paint job was horrible, the floors are not even they are not leveled, the tiles on the floor, tub and shower are off, they didn't grout the tile under our bathroom sink and some much more. I could write a book about everything that is wrong, went wrong and they awful way we were treated. Starting with the sales rep, workers manager's, supervisor's, field managers and so on. This company knows they should do the right thing by us but they won't because they don't care! There is so much more I could say but I will only say...,Don't let this company make you a victim.

We were approached by Statewide rep while shopping in Home Depot. We had heard horror stories and warnings about hiring contractors to do remodeling work in your home so we figured if Home Depot was allowing Statewide in their stores to approach customers we would be safe to have them out to possibly work in our home. It is true their pricing is not cheap by any means. We were first quoted a price of $42,000 for the complete remodel of our master bath. That was totally out of our budget. We were impressed by the Webi system they use for the shower and tube area since the reason we were having to do the remodel was due to plumbing leaks under our slab which lead to foundation issues. We contracted with them to do the flooring and replacing tub and shower, and also remove one wall between shower and tub. We were totally satisfied with employee who came out to do demo work, installation of tub, shower and all tile work. He arrived promptly each day and left the work area clean. I was totally comfortable being home alone with the Statewide employees and was not worried about running errands away from my home while they were working. The project supervisor would come by each day to check on progress and quality of work being done. The only slight issue we had was with the worker who came in to do dry wall work, but once I pointed out one area was not straight, he worked on it again. Since Statewide was not going to be doing the texturing and painting in the bathroom, the project supervisor assured me that if wall did not meet our expectations after our paint contractor was done, Statewide would come out and redo wall for us. He even wrote the comment in on the final contract before I signed off of the job being completed. The tile work done by Statewide was excellent in fact the paint contractor, the shower glass contractor and cabinet contractor all commented on how good all the tile work in the bathroom looked. I know some reviewers have commented on the cost of using Statewide but for us having the reassurance of using a contractor who is insured, bonded and also uses workers who have to pass a background check was important to us. We also felt if there were any issues with Statewide, we could have also reached out to Home Depot for help if needed. We would hire Statewide again to work in our home.

Our Statewide windows are beautiful. We are looking forward to enjoying the heating and cooling savings that they will provide. The windows were installed by a professional crew that did an amazing job. Old windows were removed and new ones were installed with no mess inside or out. We are very pleased and will certainly use Statewide Remodeling again.
