We recently replaced 12 windows in our house, and after getting several bids, chose Statewide Energy Solutions due to their competitive pricing, stellar reviews, and professionalism. The sales rep, Adam, did a great job presenting window options to us and explaining the entire process. We really appreciated how thorough he was with his explanations. The owner regularly communicated with us through the process of having our existing windows measured, ordering new windows, and arranging installation. Finally, Juan was a terrific installer. He got everything installed in one day, and then came back the following day to put in final touches like ensuring everything was sealed properly, and even getting matching paint to ensure clean lines around the windows. We've gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors, and will recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. They are top notch!

The work was performed in a timely manner, with the highest degree of professionalism and attention to detail. The installation crew was cordial and took extra care to please us. They worked hard and left no debri. They were a pleasure to deal with!

I compared quotes from two other well known companies but Statewide Energy Solutions came in well under. We set the date about a month out, they showed up on-time on a cold winter morning. Their crew was excellent. The entire project was finished in two days! Windows look great. Our tenants, who live there, say they can tell the difference. No more windy drafts in winter. And with summer coming up, I'm confident they will enjoy a cooler house with smaller electric bills. I needed new windows for my condo. Adam Shinners was my sales consultant. He gave a thorough presentation and ensured all of my questions were answered. His knowledge of the company's product was impressive. Due to construction that was being done at my complex, Adam was able to put a rush on my order. Within a couple of weeks I received a call from Mark Shinners, the company's owner, that my windows were in and they would be there to install them. Scott and Matt were the installation team. They were incredibly professional and very skilled, especially working with stucco. They took the time to answer any questions I had. They thoroughly cleaned up the area after the installation and put my blinds back up. Every person I came into contact with during this project were incredibly patient and professional. Mark, Adam, Scott and Matt went above and beyond to take care of my window installation and did so on an incredibly tight deadline. The windows are amazing and so well built. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Statewide Energy Solutions. It's a superior company that has exceptional style of windows!

AWESOME! Windows ordered mid-December. Installed approximately 1 month later. I am writing this in July, as I wanted to give a true review with the performance of the product. Due to the age of my home, it took 2 full days to install all 20 windows. Some rotted wood around the windows needed replacing, which took a little extra time. The guys worked diligently, and with great organization. Not a scrap of debris left behind. The windows themselves are already paying for themselves. Gas and electric bills are down, and temperature around the entire house is now uniform. No hot spots in the summer, no cold spots in winter. Quality of the windows is incredible. Vinyl frame, double pane, low-e glass. Argon gas between the pains. Maintenance free aluminum cladding over frames. Incredible value for the price. Sorry about the pics. I got the Energy Maxx windows. They are custom made in Waxahachie for the Texas climate. I had the windows installed in April 2017. I waited this long to rate because I wanted to get a full season in (or more). The first thing you notice is these are quiet. You notice the energy savings as the utility bills start to roll in. Mine are down about 10-15%. And they look great! People notice. For example, I've always had a large picture window in the front. After installation I had a neighbor ask if there always was a picture window there! Energy Maxx is so good I've made a few referrals. As for price, they're competitive. I got eight estimates and Statewide was just under the median. I was going to go cheaper. So I called Statewide to inform them but the owner, Mark, talked me out of "making a big mistake." Boy, was he right! Bottom line, you cannot go wrong with these guys. And the installer pays attention to detail. I highly recommend and would use them again.

WOW we got replacement windows and a new front door. Oh my gosh! Our house is quiet as a mouse. The new front door is gorgeous , safe and secure. The windows are beyond awesome. It is changed the whole look of our house and I couldn’t be more pleased. We absolutely loved Mark , Adam, Scott and Matt.

The overall experience was very positive. I interviewed a few seperate companies and Statewide stood out with not only price but with their product. Adam produced a great presentation about the company, its roots in the DFW area, and why their product is superior. Although initially nervous about the amount of money and work to be done, they made me feel at ease with their professionalism. The communication at the beginning was terrific, with a ton of description about the process. Communication was a little rocky towards the end of the project and the enormous amount of rain almost delayed the project. Mark made it work and I appreciated his ability to see it through. The installers arrived and immediately got to work. They also showed great expertise when I asked them questions about the process. Both installers worked together well, and made sure to clean up all the mess associated with a project like this. Unfortunately, the screen for the patio door was inadvertently ordered too small, had to be re-ordered, and I am currently waiting for it. Finally, it started raining right after completion, so the caulking on the bottom of the patio door and windows started running. I have spoken with Mark and he said when the screen is brought to my home for the patio door, they will also re-caulk those areas.

From quoting to installation everything went very smoothly. I'm very happy!! The price was very competitive as I received 4 other proposals before making a final decision. My new windows are double pane, single hung and exceed most of the NFRC ratings. If you don't know what those are you need to do more research.

28 windows for replacement in Flower Mound Texas. We brought in all the big players from Brennan, Anderson, Home Depot, Lowe's, and a few others. Our MISTAKE was we initially did not choose state wide energy solutions and went with one of the big box stores. We choose the big box store because of name recognition and a minuscule difference in price over Statewide Energy Solutions. The first day of installation of the competitors installation. I halted the job with 9 windows installed because of the extremely poor installation job, and the poor quality of the windows. I raised the issue to the appropriate parties and was told it was a once in a life time mistake and it would not happen again. Round 2 of the windows came in from the manufacture, and 26 of the 28 windows had serious manufacture issues and looked like crap. At this point we knew how big of a mistake we had made. I immediately reached out to State Wide Energy Solutions. James and Mark were awesome! Even though we initially rejected them they immediately re-engaged and even honored their first quote. Ordering, delivery, and installation was absolutely flawless. The windows are absolute top quality and the MAX glass is fantastic! We have had complements from all our neighbors and numerous request for State Wide Energy Solutions contact number. If you are looking for an honest windows replacement company, with a fantastic product, and a superior installation team then look no further. STATE WIDE ENERGY SOLUTIONS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. If you want higher prices, **** poor installation, and a crappy product then go with the big box stores.

The entire process of purchasing and installing the windows went extremely well. James was the sales person that helped us determine what was needed. He did a great job with no pressure and was very thorough with his evaluation. The installation team of Scott and Matt did an excellent job. They were very efficient and worked steady for three days. They left the areas clean each day as they worked. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Great job done by all.

Statewide Energy Solutions did a great job. The manufacturing process was delayed a little but those circumstances appeared to be outside of their control. The ordering process was very informative and low pressure. The product was top notch. We love the windows. When time for installation rolled around they were prompt on the job and cleaned up after themselves. After the install was complete I can say that I was very impressed with the craftsmanship.

They were priced excellently. Much less than HD, Lowes, Sears. Also better then independents we investigated but much closer. I learned in my diligence period that the key to new windows is the installation. Statewide installers seemed to be excellent. Proof is the fact we have been very comfortable with our AC set about 5 degrees higher than the previous windows.

I had 12 windows and 5 sliding doors replaced. I am 110% satisfied with both the product and the service I received. I would not hesitate to use SES. INC again.

Juan did a great job and was professional and pleasant to have in my house. This was a very complicated job because a flat window was installed on a concave brick base. There were some complications along the way but the owner, Mark called me and walk me through it which I really appreciated. The outcome was amazing and opened up the entire back of the house. The project went very well. (1) Sales: James was low-key, straightforward, and collaborative without any of the distasteful and high-pressure tactics of some window salesmen. (2) Installation: Scott and his coworker were professional and punctual, demonstrated a high skill level, and stayed on schedule. I had anticipated significant disruption and mess, but they took great care to minimize that and to clean up each day. They fitted each new window so carefully that I did not have to do any touchup painting. (3) Post-project followup: When I noticed a hole in one screen a few weeks later, owner Mark immediately scheduled someone to come out and fix it (under warranty), no questions asked. (4) Overall: We are pleased with the windows and have recommended this company to at least one longtime friend.

The actual owner of the company is very unprofessional when speaking with the customers. The company stated to us when purchasing the windows that the windows would be installed by a certain day, that was untrue. I was spoken to by the owner yelling and screaming and then hung up on. His own workers heard his unprofessional behavior and were very embarrassed!

Statewide Energy Solutions: If you are like me, and I guess that many are, you are finding out that it is very hard to find a quality replacement window product, as well as a comfort level that the installation will be done with quality and professionalism. The replacement window industry seems to work very hard at making these decisions almost impossible by way of missing or misleading information. Simple Google searches will not leave you any wiser than before you started. There are many good products in the market and many not very good products in the market, but in the internet world, they all look about similar. I did some very extensive and deep research for over 2 weeks. My research included web based reviews as well as reaching out to various manufacturers and corresponding directly with them. The gist of my research boiled down to a few key points that were very relevant to my situation. Your situation may be different. Single hung are more dimensionally and structurally stable than double hung. Also, single hung is sealed better and have less moving parts. About every vinyl window manufacturer uses virgin vinyl. Most window manufacturers use Cardinal E-Glass or similar, but these come in different grades, so you need to decide which is right for you. In Texas, blocking heat is more important than blocking cold. So, there are many similar quality products to choose from. The next issue is the quality and reliability of the installation team. In my opinion, this is a very important fact that can easily be overlooked in the competitive low pricing scheme. I determined that you can buy a low end window with a quality installation and you will have many years of good use. Inversely, you can buy a high end product with a hack job installation, and you will have problems from day 1. After all was said and done, I chose Statewide Energy Solutions based on 3 criteria; Product quality, Installation team, and price. All 3 were extremely good and represented to me the Best Value. The quoting process with James, was very cordial and no sales pressure. He understand I was in the process of evaluation and not ready to make a decision yet. I simply wanted to see the product and the price to do my own research. James was great. Next point was the installation team. Statewide Energy Solutions install team is contracted, as they all are. Nobody has their own dedicated full time employee install crew. However, the install team works primarily for Statewide Energy Solutions on a continuous basis. The installer, Scott, also did all window measurements himself and participated actively in the installation and finishing. I am so relieved that Scott did the installation, as he was very professional, very detail oriented, and cleaned up everything before leaving my house. They even swept the front porch leaves, which had nothing to do with the window work. The purchasing process was very smooth and fast. Everything happened when they said and people showed up when they promised. I can only say that I am super pleased with the process, the product, and the service and I highly recommend Statewide Energy Solutions for your window project.

I got a quote to replace 6 windows. They agreed to the price I arrived based on a competitors quote. The installer took a final measure of all windows before ordering the windows. On the day of the installation, the installer replaced all the windows within about 3 to 4 hours. The installation was very professional and clean. I realized a piece of wood under the window was rotten and needed replacement. When I called Mark, he agreed to replace that piece of rotten wood. Overall they did a good job.

The windows and the installation crew were great. Also, the rep gave me suggestions that I had not thought of before that I really liked. The price was also very good. I've replaced all my windows now. I've used three contractors. I would NOT use the first two again (Champion and Window World). I wish Statewide Energy had been my first. I would have stuck with them!

James, the salesman, was very honest and up front about all aspects of replacing our windows. He put zero pressure on us to make a decision and offered a very reasonable price. Once we made our decision the company replaced our windows right on schedule and did a terrific job on both the installation and the clean up. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of materials and work.

From the sales team to the install team I could not be happier. The service was professional prompt and efficient, providing everything they promoted. The sales team listened to my needs and concerns and provided options and advise when requested, there was no press and worked with me on what I wanted and when I needed it to be completed. The install was a two day job and the work site was cleaned prior to leaving on the first day and again on the second day after all the work was completed you could not tell [other than having new windows] that their where any workers present.
