Description of Work: I requested a bid for replacing all my windows and two sliders. Very prompt in calling me and setting up an appointment. Still haven't decided on a company yet.

Description of Work: The windows they sale are great and the installers were excellent. We checked several window suppliers and these guys had the best windows and the best price.

Description of Work: Installed 13 new energy efficient windows in our home. Completed the job in a timely manner, completely cleaned up after the job was done, were very professional and polite. Very pleased !!!

Description of Work: We wanted to replace a 3 piece picture window in our 1960s ranch. The whole house needs windows but we decided to start with the one we have to stare at most and the one which would probably be most expensive. I had several companies come out and give me ideas on how to replace it and cost. The sales guy seemed very knowledgeable and even sent pictures to the owner to make sure he measured and quoted correctly. They were able to offer us a single picture window. Although another company had a more competitive price for a similar quality window, Statewide was able to meet it and their order time was shorter. The window was ready for install a week prior to the promised date. A 4 person crew came to install the window but realized it was going to be a little more complicated to install than the time they had. I'm not sure how the communication broke down because the salesman (son of the owner) knew the window was a little more than a straight swap when he came. However, they arrived the next morning and worked for about 5 hours to get it installed. 2 of the 4 were more knowledgeable while the other 2 were pretty new at the process. The most challenging part was figuring out how to miter and install the interior trim. In the end, we are very happy with the window and the service. We hope to use them again to replace our other old windows in this house (assuming they remain competitive in pricing).

Description of Work: They replaced 10 built-in picture windows (single pane glass) with Insulated Glass panels. The old glass panes were a unique installation and difficult to work with, but Statewide figured it out, in a much better-looking and more cost-effective way than the other two estimates we got.

Description of Work: Had 9 original wood/glass windows replaced with new double hung (their main window). They came in significantly lower than Home Depot and they had a better product, customer service record and lifetime support. The two guys who installed were nice, considerate, efficient, and cleaned up throughout the process. The look and feel of the new windows is completely different and I love it.

Description of Work: We received an estimate following a demonstration of the window product. The demonstration was well done, the representative personal, prepared, and low pressure. The house has been measured and windows should be ready, custom built withing four weeks of measurement. We are just about near that time and expect a call soon as to installation date. The job is not done yet but we are confident it will be.

All companies on Angie list that came seemed reliable but this company offered double hung windows as their standard. James the sales person was prompt and discussed in detail all information we needed to make decision. The installer came same day to get exact measurements and he explained his process for removing our steel windows and replacing. We will update when windows installed

Description of Work: We purchased windows and a patio door from Statewide Energy Solutions. The delivery date was as agreed and we were kept informed of the time the installation would take place. The installer (James) was prompt, efficient and most of all clean. The old glass was carefully removed and all areas around the glass were kept clean of residue. James is an outstanding individual and cared for our property as he would care for his own. The most outstanding experience happened during installation. The electrical transformer in our neighborhood went out causing the neighborhood to be without air conditioning during a 104 degree afternoon. Our house normally would have heated up to unbearable temperatures, but due to the newly installed windows, the temperature never exceeded 83 degrees in the house. That happened before the windows were sealed and the patio door was not even installed yet. The sales information about how the windows work is absolutely true and not hype. I would highly recommend Statewide Energy Solutions to anyone needing to replace windows or doors. We look forward to our electricity bills diminishing.

Description of Work: We had windows installed by Statewide Energy Solutions in July of 2011 and we had a wonderful experience. The salesman that came out and met with us was very knowledgeable as well as professional. He had great ideas on how to not only change out our windows but ways to completely change and improve the look of the front of our home. The pricing was the lowest of all the bids that we received and we liked their product the best. When the installers came out they were very professional and did a great job. We had several different companies give us a bid and we could not be more pleased with the decision that we made. We would highly recommend Statewide Energy Solutions to anyone looking to get their windows replaced.
