Mark and his Son did a great job communicating with us from start to finish. He worked hard to accommodate our difficult schedule and his crew did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up the work site once done. We had a few things that needed corrected after installation and they were attentive and prompt in fixing. Windows look great and we’ve received many compliments from neighbors on how they look.

Our window ordering, measuring, and installation process was seamless. Despite production delays due to COVID, this company was professional, responsive, and provided an awesome experience. We love our new windows!

I placed an order with Charles who was very friendly and professional, and who I will be happy to use again for another order when funding permits. It takes a while to get the windows ordered and made because they make them from scratch according to exact measurements taken from the technicians. When the windows were ready, the technicians came out and installed them with no disturbances while I worked from home. After it was done, I was amazed at how easy they are to open/close, but most of all, I can see what's outside so clearly!!! I highly recommend them!!

The installers were awesome. Very quick very thorough very professional and caring about the job they did. As with any project there were hiccups but they were handled fairly and responsively.

This was a great promotion! 30% off to celebrate 30 years in business! However, with supply chains disrupted, be prepared to wait several months for your windows to show up. Owner Mark went out of his way to respond to some odd requests from my HOA, though, and satisfied all their concerns. I did stop hearing back from him at about the third month, for which I deduct a few points, but when the windows were ready, he called me on a Sunday, and scheduled installation for the next day! Installation was impeccable, timely, and clean, and the windows are great! Have a little patience, and you'll be rewarded with a high quality job from Statewide.

Working with Adam and his dad Mark Shinners was a wonderful experience. Great people, customer friendly, good pricing and professional. Our project was delayed because of COVID-19, regardless Mark kept us informed on the status of our windows. The windows and kitchen door with doggie door were installed by Scott and his son, both very professional, hardworking, courteous and punctual. I have to say it was a pleasure having them in my house. They did a great quality job installing the windows along with the detail framing around them and the new kitchen door with doggie door is just right!! Last summer I hired Statewide Energy Solutions to replace the old, aluminum windows in my home. Mark answered my many questions, provided comparisons, and made the process easy. The price was fair, and the installation crew did a great job. I love my new windows and am glad I purchased from Statewide.

They offered a few options we couldn't get through other contractors and we're satisfied with the final price. Overall they offered the best value of four contractors we interviewed. The windows took a little longer to manufacturer due to Covid but the installation crew was very professional and finished the installation in less time than expected. We would recommend them.

The leaks were not due to faulty installation but due to shifting bricks that created holes around the framing. They recaulked and inspected all the windows at no charge. They stand behind their warranty! I highly recommend this company.

Mark, Adam and their team did a great job to help me replace about 1/3 of the windows in my house. Adam came out twice to provide quote and explain all the details of available options. The tech team did a great job to install the windows. During first installation, crew identified two wrong windows and Mark immediately addressed it by reordering the correct ones. The whole process is professional.

They did a great job. I got 6 different quotes and beware, there are some sleazy window companies out there with very manipulative sales gimmicks and tactics. Mark and his son Adam at Statewide were very professional and straightforward with the product choices and the pricing. We replaced all windows and without grid lines, and the windows look GREAT. Would use them again.

Excellent, Mark was very professional, and they are extremely knowledgeable with different types of windows and installing them. The installation team were very professional and did an excellent job installing the windows. I would definitely use them again and plan to next time I need windows replaced.

My husband and very happy with their product. It was exactly what we expected and the professionalism of the entire staff and workers is rated A. They actually had an opening earlier than expected to do the install so that was great for us. My windows have reduced the outside noise like traffic and have improved the climate in my home. I love looking outside of them now.

I love the new windows. The house is silent and my AC is working 1/2 as much as it was before windows. I love the sound proof feature.

Great, everything was done on time.

I was shopping for new Energy Efficient windows and just happened to be as Samsclub. I wish i could name the Windows company . The company gave me a pitch and sent out a rep to do an estimate and pitch . I have 33 windows of various shapes and sizes on my home. The cost to do the project was around 36k installed. We were not happy with the price and they immediately came down to 30 k if we signed the contract. We bit . Over the course of that weekend my wife and I were skeptical about the costs and called Statewide . James Templeton came out immediately , identified many false claims the other salesman made , measured our windows , did his pitch demonstrated his products and answered all questions and concerns we had. Then he gave us is initial and forever quote and we were completely sold. I quickly cancelled the previous contract that day and singed with Mark at Statewide . I call him my "Windows Guy" . I did some more research and found that Juan Martinez who does the windows installation had outstanding ratings so i requested Juan. Mark was kind enough to assign Juan to our project. Let me tell you this . Professionalism across the board. Juan came out to remeasure the entire project and made some recommendations on our doors. We called Mark and he added them to our project . How easy can it be right ? So Jaun and his team came out to install our windows and new doors. They were in and out in 2 days . Juan showed me how the windows SHOULD be installed and what made Energy Efficient Windows effective . I wish there was a way to upload the photos to Angies list as i have a ton of them . Juans crew are second to none. When they left there was no mess to clean up period . A little over a year has passed and I can attest that my house is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Plus my A/C units do not work as hard as they did previously . Plus my home looks so much better ! My neighbors gaze at them and we get a ton of compliments on how beautiful it really is . With all that said , I highly recommend Statewide Energy Solutions for any project. In fact when I retire from the Network Security World , I may ask Mark for a Job as a salesman with his company ! I researched eight (8) DFW area window replacement companies. After a best attempt at comparison of window performance metrics, manufacturing, warranty and price, I chose Statewide Energy Solutions (SES). Note: The warranty is standout from others. SES was not the most expensive, nor were they least expensive. Also do not confuse SES with the other "Statewide" in the area. Sales representative Adam was friendly, energetic and accommodating of my questions, process, time frame, need for specifics and desire for professionalism on installation. He was expertly informed in each area and even made a second trip to the house to allow a direct window color comparison for my wife and I. Scheduling, although complicated by onset of CoVID 19, went smoothly as I was able to work directly with Statewide Energy Solutions owner, Mark directly. He is expert in industry knowledge, the DFW replacement window market and is IMHO a genuinely good person. The installation crew led by Eduardo ("Lano") was conscientious, careful, clean and detail - oriented. They wore "masks" and were cognizant of physical distancing concerns. Subsequent to installation, Mark called to make sure everything met expectations. To date, we could not be happier with Statewide Energy Solutions and their team. We will certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors.
