It was a very good experience. The price was excellent. They are very nice windows and they did a very nice job installing them. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.

I didn't have any problems with getting new windows. Everyone was professional and very helpful. The price was good, too. I would recommend them to others, and I may use them again for future services.

The windows were great as advertised, however the residual work that had to be done was a little disconnected and not well-done. There was some termite damage, so they brought in someone to fix that sheetrock damage. then one of their own guys 'finished' out some other things like the window ledges/sills, etc. That's the work that really wasn't well done and didn't match the rest of the . It was left up to me to finish the painting. There were several locations where many shards of glass were left in the dirt, and on the patio (not cleaned up). Also, we ended up having to pay our alarm company extra because a couple of sensors weren't able to be found. That's not to mention that I had to eventually buy a new printer because they not only didn't cover it up, but left it close to the window. The printer was very dusty afterwards (wiped off, not thinking much of it), but then, I found out there was all kinds of particles (sawdust, wall scrapings, etc.) inside the printer which eventually stopper performing due to the clutter inside it.

I have a wall of windows consisting of 4 windows and a very large half-circle window over the top. I used a coupon for 4 custom windows for $1499 and paid $800 for the large architectural window. Mark arrived promptly, ordered the windows and they arrived in 3 weeks. The workmen were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took about four hours. They are very good quality windows and I'm pleased with them. The old ones were about 26 years old and seals had broken. I asked Mark to do four remaining ones I have in other rooms. I would recommend them to anyone.

I think the people who installed the windows did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed that there was very little that we had to pick up after them. But trying to get resolution on one of the window fascias that was done wrong took more time than the quote and installation.

Replacing windows is a major job.? I was overly careful about hiring a contractor that was ethical and trustworthy.? After spending about 40 hours evaluating and discussing window replacement solutions with eight companies, I selected Statewide Energy Solutions (not to be confused with Statewide Remodeling).? Mark earned the business due to his company?s window style (slimmer frame and off white color), window performance specifications and ratings, observed past installations, customer service performance levels and a competitive price leader.? I am delighted with the new windows.? They exceeded expectations, look great and are performing very well.? Mark?s installation team led by David did an excellent and professional job.? The windows all fit very tight and clean up was completed in a detailed manner.? It is important to know this was a challenging job.? We have 54 windows, most are 8? tall windows, seven are very large architectural windows, plus there are several 8? windows at the second story level.? And, there were some manufacturing issues.? Mark worked with the factory to get resolution.? Everyone had a very positive attitude and they were diligent in their efforts to ensure my full satisfaction with the windows.? Overall, I was very impressed with Statewide Energy Solutions and would not hesitate to do business with them again.? Save yourself time and money by inviting Mark to quote your replacement window job.? ???

Windows were measured and ordered. When they arrived the old windows were removed and new windows installed. Then a radiant barrier crew sprayed the inside of the roof. Then insulation was blown in the attic and seals were put on the doors, light switches, etc. The total job for everything was only $6400.00-Hard to beat!

They did well and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

I contacted Mark, the person whom I believe to be the owner of this company, for an estimate on windows. My dad had been having a rough time lately and was getting conflicting information about the type of windows to go with in his house, so I had found someone on Angie's List to talk to. I explained to Mark the frustration he was going through during a particularly rough time and that it was important to me to get someone out to talk to him that was honest, knowledgeable, and serious about doing the work. Mark scheduled an appointment to come out. The day of the appointment, Mark had to cancel because of a stomach virus. I had already taken the day off, but took the next day off as well so we could all meet. Mark arrived and brought in some papers to discuss with my dad. He was pushing a product called Sierra, so I had already done a lot of research about these windows and their manufacturers. Mark had told us he was the only rep you could get these windows through in the area. We asked Mark some questions about the product, but he did not have the literature or answers that my dad was looking for. We asked to see samples, but Mark had only brought a small piece that he said was in his truck. He would go out and get it later. Through the course of the meeting we asked to see them twice more, but he never brought them inside. Mark said that when they came out to install the windows, he would bring the local rep for Sierra with him. I asked if rep's name was Richard*, as I had already spoken with him the day before. Mark wasn't sure. He proceeded to call several people to verify the guy's name while my dad was trying to move the conversation forward and learn more about the product. He also received and responded to several text messages while he was there. It was obvious his attention was not on our conversation. He took the measurements of our windows and said he would send us an estimate by the end of the next week. I asked if he wanted our email addresses, but he said all he needed was my phone number. He said he would call and then we could set up a time, he'd prefer to go over it in person. He also said he would provide literature on the Sierra windows as well as the windows they make themselves. As you can see, it's been several months and we have still not been contacted with any information. He never called to provide the estimate or to set up a time to meet. Since it was obvious that he wasn't interested in working with us, I did not purse the issue. In general, I didn't feel that he knew much about the Sierra products he was telling me about, and that didn't bode well with me. I was also told by Richard (the rep) that there were several other companies in the area that provided their products, so that seemed confusing. My dad got the vibe that Mark was just in the area to play golf with his friends and wanted to get in and out of our meeting as quickly as possible. I don't know.. but it sure didn't match up with what I had read here. That's just my experience, though. *To be honest, I think this was the Rep's name, but I am not certain as much time has passed since this whole ordeal. You get the point, though.

They arrived on time and immediately started working. As I stated above my windows were the old wooden windows but proved to be no problems to the installers. They unloaded the new windows and placed the at the correct locations, started pulling the old windows and installing the new windows. All ten windows were installed the same day, with only cosmetic work left to be done and they also wrapped the window sills. They came back the second day to complete the window sills. They rehung my blinds for me so the indoor work was completed on the first day.

We called Mark on a Thursday to come out for an estimate, and he came out late Friday night to meet our schedule. Mark is a very pleasant person, not high pressure at all. We told him we what wanted and he quoted what we asked for. He did not try to sell us more than we asked for. His price was the best bar none. We got a total 6 estimates asking for the exact same thing. His price was $500 less than the next best and more than $6800 less than the highest bid. His knowledge, and presentation was the best. It took about 5 weeks from the time we ordered until the instillation. These are custom windows, they are not made until you order them. Worth the wait. Now Pat the installer is at our house June 6th at 9am. when I was told he would be here. No sitting waiting and wondering. Thanks Pat. He comes in an just does his job. He also is a very pleasant person. He worked nonstop from 9am until around 4pm. He works by himself and is very efficient. He had the first 2 windows out within 1/2 an hour. My wife and I were blown away by how fast an efficient he is. He completely removes the window glass, frame, trim, and leaves no mess at all. He cleans thoroughly in side and out before moving to the next window. It was a pleasure to have Pat at our home, we felt 100% comfortable and confident in him and his work. All and all we could not be more pleased with the work, the windows, the quality of work, and even the time frame of work. Wow!!! 10 window 1man 1 day and no mess. Thank You Mark. Thank You Pat. From start to finish Mark, the owner and his staff have been outstanding and responsive. He follows up, gives status updates and he knows his products. He and his staff have repaired damage from a previous vendor I had hired to replace windows. Statewide Energy kept to their word. The performed the services in a professional and quality manner. They were great with my pets. They explain what they are doing and why every step of the way. This was a no-stress remodeling job for me. I only wish I had found Statewide Energy Solutions to begin with when I replaced my windows. This is an outstanding company with quality staff.

Mark, one of the owners, was very responsive, prompt and made sure everything got done right. In my view, anybody can do a good job but the whole integrity of the person/company is measured when you run into a problem. It was a challenging job and they came through when problems arose and they would take care of everything promptly. I would refer them to anybody I know.

I began by searching Angie's List and selected 2 companies located close by that were well rated. I then checked them out on our BBB website, reviewing their ratings and the number of complaints filed. Statewide had zero, whereas the other company had several. So I called Statewide for an estimate, and during that process the owner listed a number of window manufacturers he would not recommend, and others that he would. Using this information I called for a second estimate and went online to check out the warranties for these other recommended manufacturers. I then obtained another estimate from one of the companies that installed a brand recommended by the Statewide owner. I then selected Statewide because they not only offered the best warranty of any supplier, but his estimate was also lower and my satisfaction was guaranteed. The installation went nearly flawlessly, though it too much longer that estimated due to an error the owner made in ordering one of the 31 windows. The installers were very professional and easy to work with, and worked hard to minimize the damage caused during the removal of my old windows. And once the installation was complete, they repaired the damage leaving only the need to touch up the pain where damage had occurred. They were also very careful to vacuum all the floor area around the windows once the installation was complete. I was also very pleased that they were careful to avoid harming our extensive garden plants which are located under and near these replaced windows. I can truly say that they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with their work from start to finish, just as I was assured at the time of the original estimate. Each day that they scheduled work on the windows I was given an estimate of their expected arrival time so that we could be ready for them. My only disappointment was that their actual arrival was typically 1 to 2 hours later than we had been told to expect them. Replacing windows in a home turned out to be much more involved that I had imagined, but if I were to ever do it again I would select Statewide again without even considering another company. And if anyone asked me for a reference, I would not hesitate to recommend them exclusively.

I had brand new windows installed in October and now I?m having all of them replaced because they were weak. I think Statewide Energy Solutions Inc is really; really wonderful especially compared to the last window Company I had used. They are very reasonably priced. The workers from Statewide Energy Solutions Inc are absolutely wonderful. They were here exactly, when they were supposed to be here. They are polite. They answer all my questions. They don?t get annoyed by pets. They also don?t get annoyed by me. Only a few windows have been installed at the moment and I?m happy with their work so far. I had put in some information on the internet saying that I?m looking for new windows. Their sales person then contacted me with an estimate. I also got three other estimates but I chose to go with Statewide Energy Solutions Inc. They were not the lowest but they were very, very reasonable. I could make out that the sales person really believes in what the company does. I could tell that she really liked her job and that to me said a lot about the company. Their installers are really polite. They are nice. They are very thorough. They tell me what they are doing. They are cleaning up well after themselves. Actually, they are leaving the house cleaner than it was. They are vacuuming up things that they needn?t bother to vacuum. They really seem to know what they are doing. They were showing me things and telling me what was wrong with the old windows and that they are not going to do to make the same mistake that was done by installers from the other company, earlier. I think that that?s really nice. I would use them in future if I had to get new windows.

I am pleased with the entire process. I had eight companies offer estimates on the job. Statewide Energy Solutions provided the second-lowest bid, partly because they offered a window more suitable to my needs (single-hung, while the other companies all wanted to put in double hung). An early appointment was missed by their representative, but we got quickly back on track and that was the only glitch in the job. The installer was on time and did fine work, finishing the job in one day. All the windows appear to be well sealed and are in good operating condition. I was around the house part of the time he was working, and he was able to answer my questions clearly and without hesitation. He cleaned up the work areas and left everything in good shape. I began this renovation with some trepidation, having read horror stories about shoddy window installation. Statewide Energy Solutions left me feeling good about the effort.
