I had a great time working with this company. Everyone was responsive, professional, and very easy to communicate with and work with. I never felt like I was getting the stron-arm sale. I was always felt like I led the decision-making. The installation crew was wonderful, efficient, and professional. Top to bottom, this was a very good experience and I recommend it. My only sadness is simply the cost of new windows. However, It is incredible to feel how much cooler my houses is now that I have the new windows. I would recommend this company to anyone. One more note: The individuals associated with this company were fantastic. Good people.

When planning a project, you need timeliness, cooperation, great quality, and a fair price. On this project we got all that, and it left us realizing that Statewide was head and shoulders above all the rest. It started with an excellent explanation of the service and product offered, and followed through with a crew arriving punctually and performing professionally. They would come to us periodically and ask if we had questions. All of the crew were people that we would welcome into our home under any circumstances. They did 12 windows in a day, cleaned up after themselves and washed the windows as well. The whole experience left us hoping for a similar experience when we take on another project. They get an A+! Statewide Energy Solutions was the second quote I received and was approximately $3,500 less than the first quote I received from another company. Installation went smoothly and the windows look amazing, very please with the turn out. And, we have already seen a dramatic difference trying to cool the house, these windows are much more effecient than our previous windows, we coudn't be happier.

Mark is very responsive to all contact and set up the initial call within a couple of days. It did take over a week to get the windows measured, but was told that was due to an employees vacation. The windows came in about 3 weeks later and were installed right after. I would definitely use this company again. The widows are fantastic and the service was great!

This was one of those times that you realize the value of a family owned/run business. Mark (the owner) immediately answered my call, set up a meeting the very next day for his son to come out and walk me through their product. The entire experience was impressive as I gained a much deeper knowledge of windows, and feel that I made the right choice. Mark made sure that I was happy with the product, gave me a great deal on the eight windows and made sure that I had incredibly prompt service. They quoted me 4-5 weeks from measurement to installation and were able to provide the windows within three weeks! The family that came to do the work were clearly experts and went above and beyond in not only sealing the windows but making sure that cracks around the windows were also sealed to help with the insulation of the house and protect it from bugs. They did an EXCELLENT job and were incredibly friendly and caring throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for future jobs!

We received a prompt response from the owner (Mark) to our request for an estimate. His son Adam came to our home to survey the work we needed done, and he thoroughly explained the features of the windows they install. We received what we felt was a very competitive quote for the size and number of windows that needed replacing. We were told that it might take 3-5 weeks before the windows would be available for installation. It turned out to be a bit longer than that, due to weather issues (rainy month of May, etc.), but eventually we were on the schedule. The entire project required 3 full days. The lead installer (Jim) and his team arrived punctually every morning and set right to work wasting no time. Other than a couple of "injuries" to the house (some gouges/scratches to our new wood floor; broken drywall), the project went well without any major hitches. Any damage to the home was addressed and repaired by Jim to our satisfaction. A project of this scope is a messy job, so expect mortar dust, debris, and the like to enter your home. The installation team did their best to minimize debris as best as they could. But the homeowner needs to be prepared for some major clean-up after the job is done. While my husband and I were cleaning our new windows after the team had left, we found 2 windows that had flaws. One had about a 12 inch scratch on the outside, and the other had a black blur which was on the inside between the double panes. When Mark had called us that evening, we told him about this, and he assured us that this is an easy fix. He'll be sending someone out in about a week to replace those panes. But all in all, the final results are wonderful! We now have a quiet and comfortable temperature home. Our views of our backyard are amazing. I think we might have underestimated the transformation new windows could provide. We feel like we have a brand new home. We really couldn't be happier. Thank you Mark, Jim, and the team for doing such a great job, especially during these hot July days!

When I initially called, I spoke with the owner, Mark. He was very courteous and quickly setup a time to come look at my home to provide a bid amount for replacing the siding. Mark provided a detailed explanation of their process including taking the exterior down to the studs and replacing with multiple layers of wood and siding before the siding is installed. I advised Mark of my situation and my budget and he was very understanding. His Marketing Manager,James, came out to my home and took the measurements. He was also very courteous and thorough. The final bid amount was more than I can spend at this time; however, based upon my interaction with them, I believe Statewide would be a company that could be trusted to do a thorough, high quality job for siding replacement.

According to my mother, the installers were prompt, courteous, and thorough and didn't seem to mind her questions or interruptions. They cleaned up so well after themselves, that she really couldn't even tell they had been there...except for the fact that her home now had wonderful new windows. The day after installation, she discovered an issue with the sliding glass door frame that concerned her. She called Statewide, and they sent the crew back the following day to make it right...no argument or complaint about having to do it. The issue was resolved, and she was pleased by their high level of customer service and concern for her satisfaction. She said if she had to choose one single most significant highlight of the experience, it would be a great piece of advice given to her by James Templeton, the sales rep who came to give her the initial window estimate. He encouraged her to replace her living room window with one that did not have the internal grids...offering a completely clear view. She was resistant at first, but he assured her she would love the change. He was right. Her living room looks bigger and brighter than it ever has. All-in-all, it was a terrific experience with a great outcome.

The contract to replace 39 windows was signed on 4/6/15. The total price for the job was $19465. A down payment of $3895 was made on 4/6/15 The job was started the following month. The job was deemed completed by the installation crew on 5/19/15. A walk through with the crew determined that many areas of the job were left incomplete and required repairs and touch up. The installation, crew led by Jim Bowling, agreed to return at a later date and complete the job. Final payment in the amount of $15570 was made on 5/19/15. Two days later Jim Bowling returned to advise me that he had lost the previous check for $15570 and asked me to write another one. I did and advised him that there would be a $20 stop check fee. He agreed to pay it but left without paying. The following week Jim Bowling's crew of three came out unsupervised to supposedly complete the repairs. They again deemed the job complete but it was clear that they had not even come close to finishing. There were numerous windows left un-caulked. The sills on several windows were left cracked. Many dings and chips were left on the window frames. There were numerous screws that were left sticking through the window trim pieces that were supposed to have been caulked. The burglar alarm wiring on three windows was left buried inside the window frames. There was also a piece of window trim on the outside of the house that was left off. I called again to have them return and finish the job. Three days later they returned and again deemed the job complete. This time Jim Bowling was present and declared that the job was done and was completed according to industry standards. Additionally, when they attempted to retrieve one of the buried burglar alarm sensors, they hacked the window frame so badly that it needed to be replaced. They chose not to do that and instead just filled the enormous hole with caulking. Of course it didn't dry correctly so the next time out they filled it with Spackle and again left it to dry. Of course it cracked as it dried due to the fact that you just can't fill such an enormous hole with filler of any kind. Jim Bowling again promised to come back out and finish the job but to date, the job is just as they left it in May. UPDATE: The provider asks in his response, "why would we have been paid twice if that was the case"."We don't ask for final payment until the job is complete and we do a final walk through with the customer to approve all work." I'm calling BS on that one. We paid for the job in it's entirety because Jim Bowling said that he needed final payment!! It didn't seem to matter to him that the job was nowhere near complete. The provider stated, " I don't know at what stage of the job the pictures were taken". The photos were taken on June 10, 2015. That was well after the job was deemed complete by his installation crew. This is how his crew left our windows. Very unprofessional indeed. The provider stated, "The picture of the outside is not even the color of caulk we use". Again, more BS from the provider. This is the same caulk his crew used throughout the house. The provider stated, " I just don't believe the job was left in the condition as the pictures reflect". Well sir, feel free to come out and take a look for yourself. Just because your installer had a tough job is no reason to leave a homeowner with an incomplete and fully paid for installation. Your crew did a very poor job and left the job uncompleted. Jim knows it and apparently won't own up to it. He complained about the job being difficult on several occasions. Perhaps he shouldn't have bid on it if it was too difficult for him. I have also reported this to the BBB. The job is still not complete as the pictures reflect. The provider can make this right by refunding the amount of $945 for the job to be completed by another contractor and another $20 for the cost of the stopped check.

Was hard to get someone to come for a quote when someone did show up, didn't get quote then. Called a couple times after and still no quote, called a third time and gentleman that came out to look was now on vacation and no one else was able to get me my quote went on over a week and nothing from them. 8-31-15 When I first talked to them I was wondering what I was going to do, I really had to get 2 windows replaced but was trying to figure out if I was going to do whole house. I was saying the $400 a window for the 2 windows because they had a special of 4 windows for 1600 but they would not get back with me about a total price. even if I was trying different things a company would give prices of different routes to be able figure what way you would want to do. I think they should still work with someone that was trying to budget the work they wanted done.

They did a great job. The sales associate was very helpful and thorough with his proposal. The installers were very careful in removing old windows and avoiding soiling our carpets. Did a great job with installation, cleaned up everything, and hauled it all away. Just left me with great, new windows. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting window repair or replacement.

A recent mowing accident left one patio door scattered on a Friday afternoon. Statewide replaced our windows two years ago, so, I called Mark immediately for a replacement door. While waiting for a quote, I also contacted other companies for replacement doors or glass repair, but found that they could not even give me a quote for at least 5 days. Mark provided the quote in 24 hours and new doors installed by the following Wednesday. The installation team was fantastic. They were on time, professional, and very courteous. Statewide really came through for us in a crisis, and I would highly recommend them for replacement windows and doors.

I had a great experience with Statewide. I called them up after getting a few quotes from other window companies and they were about $1000 less than the other guys. Adam (the saleman) came by to go over eveything with me and he was very sweet and respectful and not pushy at all. Once we decided to go forward I dealt with the owner, Mark, and he was very helpful and kept me updated. One thing I liked was the price that was quoted over the phone was the final price. They did not try to add in anything additional. Overall was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

The salesman was very helpful and professional. He presented the products and gave us a great price. It was much lower than I had anticipated. We decided to purchase the windows and set up a date for installation. The installation went done very well with the installers arriving as scheduled. They finished the job in about eight hours and did a very professional job. The windows surpassed our expectations completely. They transformed our house and made us feel so proud. The installers cleaned up perfectly and carried off the old windows and all of the trash associated with the work. They restored everything inside the house to the condition that they found it. We also dealt with the owner several times and found him to be very helpful with the financing and the whole process. We have 18 months to pay off the amount with 0% interest. Needless to say, we recommend Statewide Energy Solutions to everyone that wants to replace their home windows. The warrantee on the materials (glass and frames) and workmanship is a full lifetime warrantee which includes window breakage. We could not be more pleased.

The service was great, but was done in early March between rain storms. Some of the caulking on the inside did not survive very well since it was so cold. This has been repaired. Two of the widows in the upper story were made backwards. They are trapezoidal shaped. The company had to install them on the opposite walls, with the outsides facing inward. They ordered new windows that were correctly made and subsequently installed them. The sliding door locks were not available at the time of the first installation, but were installed with the two replacement windows. So now we have a good job done. The windows have made a significant difference in the comfort of the house.

This went GREAT! From the time that Dana our sales rep came over, till the job was finished it went just like they said it would. It has been over a year since they were installed and I have to say these windows work just like they said they would. We installed the Restoration series windows made by Sunrise Windows. Our kitchen and dinning rooms have a western exposure with big windows it was unbearable in the summer to sit by those windows. Last summer was very hot and you could touch the windows and they were cool to the touch. The front rooms in our home were always very cold in the winter now the house stays warm in the winter and all the cold air that was leaking in has stopped. I did my research before getting these windows and I believe they are the best out there. You can buy cheaper windows but I really believe you get what you pay for.

Initial meeting went well, very polite and knowledgeable. However I never received a follow-up email to my specific questions on a custom door quote (even after two inquiring emails) or any other calls / emails asking if I had any questions. I believe in good customer service and this company failed to deliver as far as I am concerned. So, I went with another company.

They were very professional. They have a lifetime warranty on it. He knew what he was doing. He was on time. He was very willing to work with us and accommodate us. The price was within our price range. The demonstrator was very informative on any questions that we had. He was very patient and down to earth. It was just a really good experience all around. I would definitely recommend them to everybody. They have high quality windows and they knew about the area. We just recently moved here and they knew about taxes here. They are very easy to clean and just wonderful. We are very pleased with them.

It went great, from the initial call to the completion of the project! They were able to come out within a couple of days. James came out to give me the estimate. He took the time to tell me about their windows, discuss the warranty, showed me two different styles, answered all my questions, and was responsive to my calls and emails. A different James came out to get the exact measurements and was the one to do the work. The first day he was out he called me during the day to give me a status update before leaving for the day. They had to come back a second day to finish the work. Due the ice and snow at the time, it was a week later before the job was finished (out of their control and not a problem for me). James kept me updated as to when he would be out. When they were finished with all the work, he gave me a quick tutorial on the windows. They left the site clean. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends who need new windows!

James Templeton is a nice guy but his communication skills are lacking. He came out to our home to quote us and show us his windows. It was hard to get information from him after he came out to our house. I had to call him several times before he finally sent the quote and once I received the quote it was incomplete. We wanted a large slider door (custom) to get out to our backyard and we never did get pricing or the pictures he promised. I decided to go with another window company off of Angie's list for several reasons but James' response time, product knowledge and quality of product were the main reasons. If I can't trust him before I spend $14,000 on windows, I certainly don't have to confidence that I can trust him after.

Steve and James did a great job replacing 60 plus year old windows. One window was a real challenge but they made it work and look great. Three days later the temps dropped to low 30s. The difference was amazing. Comfort level in the house was like a different house. Floors not cold as usual. Bath room no longer cold. Heat unit barely ran instead of running constantly. The inside of the windows were no longer cold. WOW. Can't recommend these windows and Statwide enough.

Everything went fine. A gentlemen came in for pre measure. Windows were placed on order. ETA of 2 to 3 Weeks was given. Windows came in about 2 weeks I think. Installers showed up promptly at 7 am. Each installer introduced themselves to me. All spoke english no problem which was good since I can speak that and some Italian. They took great care not to mess anything up in the house. Covering anything that might be at risk. They were out by 3 in the afternoon. BAM! Beutiful New Glass all around. AWESOME! Thanks Mark and Statewide!

Received our estimate, Estimator was very courteous and professional. Took the measurements of the windows that were going to be replaced about 10. Received a call to schedule the install 3 wks later. It did not take them very long to complete the job once they got started, roughly 3 hrs. Smooth sailing on this one. Will use them again.
