Went well. Owner and his son were professional and trustworthy. Installers were knowledgeable and experienced, and worked very hard, rarely taking breaks in the 2-1/2 days they worked. There were 2 grades of energy efficient window technology's that they offered, one a darker tint for a few hundred dollars more, or a lighter tint for less. We took the lighter tint as it was explained that both windows would give us excellent energy savings, but that the lighter tint would naturally let in more light, which we preferred and chose. We were torn about deciding to go with windows with grids (squares) in between the panes, or just have uninhibited view by going with no grids at all. The no grids clear view windows is the way we ended up going, and we are extremely happy we did it that way. The windows looked fabulous and we have had several compliments how it made our house look new (but it's 30 years old). Not exact, but estimating the new windows saved us 30 to maybe even 50% savings on our summer energy bills. Looking forward to seeing what the winter energy savings will bring and the new comfort level keeping the cold air out in the winter season. We also had a new sliding door installed after considering switching to a French door. So glad we kept the sliding door concept as the quality of the new door is outstanding!

It went very well. Rarely do companies go above and beyond its requirements to do the job. Statewide cared about our satisfaction to a level I have not seen in many years. Replaced windows on the West Side of the House with MAXX Glass. From the salesman (James) through the install it was a smooth no pressure experience and we can’t believe the difference in room temperature!

GREAT...GREAT...GREAT!!! Great windows...Great Install crew...Great overall experience. Compared 3 other company's and Statewide was low pressure and extremely knowledgeable and professional.

We did extensive research to find the right company to do our windows. We had 6-7 quotes from various window companies. We looked at everything from builder quality to top of the line windows. In the end, we went with Statewide. I was skeptical at first and thought they were going to show us a decent product but at a much higher price than we were willing to pay compared to other companies. In the end, Statewide presented us with a product better than what we expected, with a lifetime warranty and came in at a price equivalent with their competitors. On top of that, they promised me they could deliver and install in less time than their competitors would've been able to do. They kept to their word and professionalism through the entire process. The work that Mark and Adam's guys did was exceptional. We would hire them again in a second, as well as recommend them to anyone in need of doing a window project.

Mark and Adam are great. We are not experts on windows but Adam explained it very well and let us choose the right one for the house. We had a tight deadline which they did meet (lots of effort on their end). The scheduling was a slightly hectic (but whats not?!) due to the rain, availability etc, but Mark let us know in advance if they had to reschedule and made it work. It took them 2 days to install, they cleaned up very well. Around a week after the install, there was a crazy storm which got us worried about leaks but there were absolutely none. The windows are great. Would recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Adam and Mark from Statewide. I contacted Statewide and another highly rated Angie's List Window company to come give quotes on my windows. Adam followed up same day and always responded promptly throughout the process. The salesman from the other company directed me to their Facebook page (I don't use Facebook) and their website for pictures of the windows they recommended and I never heard from him again. Statewide was better on price, and in line with my expectations from buying windows in other states. The only minor headache was scheduling the interior measurements, with an unscheduled attempt when I wasn't home and a cancellation less than 30 minutes before the next appointment, but to their credit they were early the next day on a weekend to get it done. My install took two days (I have a lot of large windows). I met them and left them the keys to do their thing while I was at work both days. My house was already a mess from other recent work done, and they definitely did not make it worse. Everything was as clean as could be expected given the scope of the work and the state of the house before they got started. And, they added blinds to the kitchen window that I am absolutely in love with. The windows themselves are beautifully tinted, Adam would be much better at communicating the technical specifications than I could, and far more functional than the (likely) original steel frame windows I replaced. I wish I could have Statewide work on more of the projects I need done around the house because they were phenomenally responsive throughout the process. Anytime the owner of the company is calling to confirm your initial appointment and to follow up after the job is done is a pretty strong sign. I'm very glad I went with them and would again.

Great! We interviewed six vendors and decided on Statewide Energy Solutions. The price quotes ranged from $8,000 to $18,000. The most expensive one talked the most! Our windows are made locally in Waxahachie; made in Texas for the Texas climate. What differentiates these windows from others is less frame and more window. Some of the other windows had so much frame it felt like you were looking out the porthole of a Normandy pillbox. Also, these windows have a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of .13, which is one of the most energy efficient we've seen. If you're considering windows then give Mark (the owner) or Adam (son) a call. You can't go wrong. See before and after photos below.

Excellent work---excellent products---excellent customer service---I cannot say enough POSITIVE about this company and the products/service I received. From the initial phone call, the estimate, the contacts in between, and then the installation---all A+ in my book. I will use this company again, and will recommend to anyone who is interested or needs new windows. Mark, the owner, Mark, the sales guy, and then Randy, the installer-----GREAT FOLKS!

Statewide was on time and did a very nice job of installation. The windows are top notch. I will use them again on our rentals if needed.. Also, we liked our Sales rep James who did everything we asked him to do.

Very Well. I was pleased with the service and product.

Company was responsive throughout the process. We preferred their windows to their competitors and their prices were reasonable. Installers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up as best they could before leaving for the day.

Arrived on-time. Took down all curtains and rods. Removed the windows. Re-chalked the window frames almost perfectly. One of the windows was broken, but the company was quick to replace it at no charge. I would use them again in the near future for our next home or other investment properties.

The windows are of excellent quality. The sales rep had wonderful ideas that I loved and saved me money. Scott the installer did a fabulous job. In the last seven years I've replaced all my windows in three sets each time with a different company because I was never satisfied before. I just wished I had started with Statewide. Also, Statewide has the very best guarantee. I would give them an A+.

Windows were highest quality. Price was reasonable based on quality of product. From measuring to custom building to installation , everything was on time. Installation team was very professional and tidy. Our sales representative, James Templeton is very knowledgeable of the window industry and is very pleasant to work with. James is not pushy but very informative and pleasant to have in your home or office.

We had 6 windows replaced after the March/April 2016 hailstorms. Understandably, the storms caused window service to suffer widespread delays and problems. Promptness: Even allowing for that, it took repeated trips (three) requiring us to arrange to be here for those 3 days: one day, they had promised they would absolutely be here that morning. That afternoon, I called them and they said they couldn't come out again until another day. That day, too, they were late. We used at least 4 days of personal time off work to meet these folks. For six windows! The materials: We're warned never to take the first bid. I figured Angies List counted as at least one or two bids. Wrong. As prompt as these folks were on the initial visit where we signed the contract, they were terribly unprompt throughout the remainder of our dealings with them. The windows didn't drain right after rains and the sashes don't open and close easily. Eventually, they came out and finally fixed it. We don't know how much of the problem is crummy windows and how much is related to inability for this company to measure window size and insure square placement. For sure, though, this crew made sure to squeeze the windows in! Workmanship: They didn't do a good job cleaning up broken glass when they took the old windows out (in the bedroom, no less): if we hadn't become so adapted to their poor workmanship, we wouldn't have bothered to worry about it. They damaged the screens that came with the new windows. They had to replace one window because it was defective (or they just didn't square off the opening?). I couldn't bear seeing them literally chiseling away at the fascia opening of one of our windows. Had they measured the openings correctly when they made the order, would it have been like this? Anyway, watching them use a chisel to remove long linear sections of the fascia, I offered to let them use my power tools because they didn't have the Sawzall they typically used. The boss had to go on a "call" while he was here and took the "Sawzall" with him. So, that must mean it's time for the less delicate chisel! They loved my Dremel saw, though! "We could use one of these!" Professionalism: Despite the fact that the contract says you pay the deposit and then the remainder on completion. tBut, given the fact that the workers - being as they couldn't finish when promised - asked for some of the remainder ahead of time. Again, it took over 5 visits spread over at least 7 months from initial contract to completion (to get the water to drain from the windows correctly). I appreciate that it was a difficult time following the storms. If we had been dealt with in a reliable way (not showing up, leaving early to take care of emergencies), we could understand waiting. It felt like we were dealing with complete amateurs, however. Well-intentioned, I feel certain. But, I would never use them again.

I’m so happy with them. I got estimates from everybody and they all were very expensive, almost on par with the price of a luxury car! I called Statewide Energy Solutions and they gave a wonderful quote. And they did a magnificent job. The gentleman, James Templeton, who came out and gave me the quote send a crew once I got the deposit in, he send someone out to measure, and then when the windows came in, they got them in in a timely fashion. One of the things I kept reading on Angie’s List was that a lot of the people said things like they broke the windows, and glass was everywhere, they didn’t clean it up well. So that was one thing I was very cautious about. But he told me that they would be very careful and that I’ve got very old windows and that they should come out well. I think I heard a glass break once, and they replaced fourteen windows. I was so impressed with their installation crew. I could not be happier. They’ve been nothing but good, kind, courteous, professional, I cannot speak highly enough of Statewide Energy Solutions.
