I'd suggest starting to look for the matching paint color (if needed) early in the process. We waited until the end and we stressed ourselves out a bit by doing that. We had 27 windows done and installation literally took all day (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) so be prepared for that, too.

Everything went great from start to finish. The shutters are high quality and are beautiful.

We purchased new shutters and shades for our new home and were very pleased with the service and price. I met with three different blind companies, and David offered the best pricing BY FAR. His pricing is very competitive. I was very pleased with the final product! We chose to purchase white faux wood blinds, and they are GREAT quality! Our blinds were installed about a week after we ordered. The installation process was super quick...we had 14 window coverings installed and it took less than an hour! The blinds have transformed the look of our home. David was very pleasant to work with and showed us all options on shutters. His initial visit was the next day after I had called to set up appointment. He was able to get us pricing the same day. We bought new roman shades and roller shades in our home. Their price was very competitive and the selection of fabric choices was the best by far from all the other companies. He was able to mail us swatches for a second time just to make sure we were going with the right color. He gave us free cordless on all our shades and we love no cords and didn't know it was an option.

David came over the following day I called him. He explained the different types of shutters available with all the options. The shutters were installed a few days ago and we are very pleased with the product and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for shutters and blinds.

Replaced existing blinds with new shutters. They totally changed the look of my house. I was surprised by how different they make everything look. I didn't want to spend the money on shutters and wanted blinds again, but I am so glad I choose to buy shutters. David gave me the best price and was able to make them affordable. Purchased new motorized solar roller shades for my large windows facing west. The sun was making my condo so hot and needed something to helped with heat and looked modern. David showed me over 100 patterns, styles and colors to choose from. I was also able to choose the amount of sun I wanted to block out. They look great and did a great job installing also.

Southwest interiors measured my condo for window blinds and within 24 hours sent me the very reasonable quote for their services. We are in progress iselecting materials from samples they sent to me by mail! I going to hire them to install the entire condo!!

I messaged the provider for a quote for blinds and shutters for an entire home. David called me very quickly after and got all my information and told me he would go out an measure all the windows. This is new construction so the home was unlocked and he was going to measure on his own that afternoon. After measuring he was going to provide me a quote on the blinds and shutters. That was about 2 wks ago and that's the last I heard of him. I have called and left VM's and I have sent at least two messages through Angie's List but to no avail. Apparently they don't want my business! I think his lack of responsiveness is extremely unprofessional and for that reason alone I would not trust this company to do my home! **Update** David called me to apologize for not getting back to me. Apparently he had left the country and thought someone else at the company was going to provide me with the quote (they did not). He was apologetic for the error.

Although initial response to my first inquiry was a little delayed, David was subsequently very responsive and made every effort to make the ordering and installation process as efficient as possible. He was low-key but informative and truly didn't try to hard-sell or up-sell me which was appreciated. He was also hands-on throughout the process and the product was exactly as expected. Would use again.

Southwest Interiors Window Coverings did a great job from sale to service to installation. They are honest and straightforward and helpful. Unlike other window covering companies I have dealt with, they choose to build a continuing relationship with their customers and not just a one time deal. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their services, but more importantly, they will help you find solutions for services they do not offer. Wow!!

The Blinds look great. We had a problem with 2 Blinds not fitting but David assumed responsibility for the incorrect measurements and replaced them. Unfortunately it took awhile because of the holidays but that was out of his control. I was able to get the blinds I wanted at a cost I could afford

David returned our call for a quote within four hours. He came out the next day with a "suitcase" full of samples and measured all the windows. We then sat down where he explained all our various options. David was polite, never pushy and very professional in helping us make our decision! He showed us several samples in different sizes, styles, colors and prices. David also told us his normal delivery was three days! WOW! After interviewing a couple other contractors it became obvious David was the best choice for us. We settled on 2 1/2" faux wood in three different colors. We called on Thursday to place our order. He said he would be out of town and asked if he could start production the following Tuesday. That was not a problem. On Friday we got a call that the blinds were ready. On Monday a well dressed installer arrived and had them installed in less than an hour. The blinds fit perfect, were the right color and looked fabulous! Overall, David did everything he promised, the finished product was exceptional and we are very happy with our new blinds! My wife and I would overwhelmingly recommend David for your next window covering project!!

I researched and bid out 4 competitive window blind dealers in the DFW area. Southwest had comparible rates to some of the name brand stuff on the market but also had cheaper options of similar quality. I ended up choosing a comparible window treatment that was $1000's less than the competitors. Alan Weidberg was extremely helpful in the decision making process as well as being a top notch professional. The whole experience was very easy and non stressful. All my questions and concerns were addressed and the window treatments were ordered and installed within weeks. They look great and I know they are going to last for years. I would recommend Alan and Southwest Interiors for any future jobs due to their price and professionalism. Couldn't ask for a better choice!

David was one of the other 3 window treatment vendors I have called and he had the best price of all. Above that he promised the fastest installation which was key for me to get relief from the Texas summer heat. He was very prompt to his appointments both during the measurement and installation process. He did have a delay of a day for the installation, but he let us know well in advance so we were prepared. I would certainly use him in the future and recommend him

He gave me several different options along with various pricing so it was easy to understand. His advice and recommendations were more helpful compared to the other providers I received bids from. David gave me a very competitive price for quality products. Everything was installed in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of window covering. My house looks great and we are very happy.
