We have used Southern Painting before and have been very pleased with the entire experience both times. They are prompt and thorough when providing estimates, on time and finished with the job when expected, and are extremely flexible. On both occasions, we added some items to the list of requests while the team was already on-site. They were always ready to provide a new estimate and managed to work in the extra tasks and still finish on time. They do great work, are very professional and easy to work with. Plus their estimate and bill was significantly less than other estimates for the same work.

Painters were great about covering everything with plastic, putting down cardboard or plastic to keep floors clean. Very efficient; painters worked well as a team. Very polite, too. Cleaned things up nicely. Didn't leave anything undone. Even removed a giant bathroom wall mirror -- very carefully -- so they could remove the wallpaper behind it -- then put it back on the wall securely. They did a great job of creating a lovely textured finish on the wall. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, so one of the guys created three or four different "samples" of texture on the wall for me to look at and then choose the one I liked best. Todd came out the first day to make sure everything got off to a good start, and to drop off the paint ahead of time. He said he would come back during the job to check on things, but he didn't. When the job was over, I had to call him to ask if he wanted to pick up the check or give it to the head painter, which is what I ended up doing. That was fine, but I'd recommend that you remind the Southern rep come out during your job, just in case there are any issues. In our case, there were not any issues and we were very pleased. Price is reasonable for the work and service you receive. This was the second time we've used Southern and we will definitely use them again. :-)

They did excellent prep work and they followed up on some items that needed to be reworked. I did have one issue with them, we had one window that we believe their guys scratched. We got into a debate whether they did or didn't and ultimately they refused to fix it. However, I would still use them again because I didn't feel like it was trend for them, but I was disappointed that we couldn't meet somewhere in the middle on that. Their work and crews are excellent. Their price was not the cheapest, I had 5 bids and they were in the middle. The paint itself was fabulous.

Jon and team did a great job! He was responsive to my initial phone call; provided a timely estimate. They were on time for the first day of work and courteous in their set-up in our home. The wall repair and painting look great. They were very efficient and left the house in clean condition. You would never know they had been here - except for the lovely paint job!

Great job. The price was high but they did excellent work and guarantee the paint job for three years. I had used them before for interior paint and knew the quality was excellent. The best part is that they will assist you with choosing paint colors and finishes, bringing you samples to try. They consult with you before, during, and after to be sure you are completely satisfied. The estimate is what you pay - they don't try to add extras on after the fact. They always arrive on time and clean up afterwards. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend unless price is your primary consideration. I have used less expensive painters in the past and been less than thrilled with the results. This company delivers a great product with less hassle and frustration.

Everything was really good. I got estimates for the work, but I ended up using them again. I had a minor paint problem but they came back out with no issue. I was very happy with them.

Ron and the crew arrived on schedule with introductions all around. After a walk through to be sure they knew what we wanted done, they got right to work covering every surface including carpet. They did the work quickly yet meticulously. Great attention was given to details. They were very punctual, courteous and neat. Ron came back at the end of the job to be sure we were satisfied with the work done and to assure us they would come back if we found anything that still needed attention... don't think there is anything.

They exceeded our expectations by finishing the job in one day. I was concerned about the texturing in our master bath because thick stripes had been painted on the walls in dark colors, but they were able to get rid of the texture of the stripes. They did a good job patching the walls where necessary and for a very reasonable price.
