Top to bottom a great experience. Steven is a very professional, knowledgeable individual. He was thorough from start to finish. He took his time explaining the issues he found with our home, why they likely happened, and how he felt it would be best to fix them. He explained the very technical pieces as well so we were completely comfortable with the work about to be done. Our scheduled work dates forecasted rain, so Steve brought an extra man out to make sure our home was completed before any weather issues arose. The team on site was professional, courteous, and efficient. Steve was on site for the actual lifting of the home and he monitored the progress each step of the way. We live on a zero lot line and our neighbor was concerned that her sprinkler system was damaged - it was not, but Steve didn't hesitate to go over to her house to evaluate the situation. The house leveled out very well according to the independent engineer. We are very pleased with the results. The process afterward has also been pleasant, Permatech has a great modern system that allows you to sign up for the work and pay the invoices online making everything very streamlined. The company even has a 90 day follow up where they examine the house to make sure everything is still doing well, that as homeowners we have all the tools we need to care for the foundation, and that if any questions exist they will be right there to answer. Two things also showed how they go above and beyond: (1) We hired Permatech not only to raise our foundation but also to install a root barrier for the oak tree in our front yard which is working its way toward our house. Since scheduling was tight, Steve arranged for his worker to come install the root barrier the week before our foundation repair was scheduled so that all the work was done without delay. The worker was quick and efficient and Permatech did not bill us until all the foundation work was completed too - classy move. (2) We did not notice this until a day after the fact, but the excess dirt from where they drilled for the piers was carefully placed in a trench that had been developing in our back yard. It was actually a huge problem spot that we were getting ready to address this summer, but they filled it in for us - they didn't have to be told, they saw a problem, had a solution, and did it without asking and without charging extra. We were so pleasantly surprised. Last but not least, the price for all the work including the root barrier came in lower that most quotes we received (in came in lower than all the other companies we considered hiring). So add cost-effective to great customer-service, and top-notch workmanship and that is a company we'd hire any day. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone we know that might need foundation assistance.

I was nervous about having our foundation repaired, but Steve Smith answered my many questions and kept me informed through the whole process. Steve and his crew were courteous, did a great job and cleaned up well at the end of the work. I would highly recommend PermaTech to others.

Steve is a team player. He's very knowledyeable and knows how to trouble shoot issues. We ran into many hurdles which he jump over with ease. He under promised and OVER delivered multiple times. Very professional, always available. He is so busy but the 6 weeks we wored with him seemed like we were his only customers. I absolutely love his workers. This entire team is kind and hard working with great attitudes. You will not be disappointed with this business.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have several doors either still sticking or not closing. The crew dismantled a stepping ledge on my back porch and didn't put it back together. They hid a slab of concrete on the side of my she which I found about two months ago. Make sure you take pictures of the exterior of your home before allowing any repairs. Also, make sure you can communicate verbally with at least one person on the crew that works on your home. Every time I heard the person I contracted with communicating with the crew, it was in their native language only. And when he was not around and a crew person had to ask me questions, it was more unofficial sign language (point & shrug).

Stephen is so professional and all around such a nice guy and his team as well. Kept me up to date and stayed in touch throught the process, even while on vacation! They worked around rain and storms, but still got it done in promised timeframe! We had other quotes that were double. So glad we went through HA for one more quote. Ithers were quoting way more that necessary for the needs of our repair. To say the least, the neighbors that have recently had their foundations done are a little upset as to how much they spent, compared to us.

Steve was extremely helpful. I received estimates from other contractors his was the lowest and most detailed. The work was completed on time even though there was weather issues. He also communicated throughout the entire process.
