Description of Work: 32" LCD off brand TV . 3 yrs. old. Spoke with them and about it and after 5 minutes, we decided better to buy a new TV. He explained my options clearly and discussed prices and options. Very professional. Didn't rush me and not only did he not try to sell me service, but even told me where to go to get a TV on sale for only about $100 over what it would heve cost to repair. Don't know about their actuall capabilities, but can speak to their courtesy.
