"Larry" came out promptly when I called him and arranged to come back in a week to do the work. He showed up when promised and performed the work. He spent about three hours in my home, mostly talking about crime stories in the news. The work looked OK at that time. When he left, he said "If you see anything that needs to be touched up, just call me." Two weeks later we took the furniture to a resale store. The owner pointed out a couple of places where the repairs did not look good. I called "Larry" and told him about them. He said he would go by the resale store and look at the pieces in about a week. He also asked me to send him the address, so I sent him a text with the store's name, address, and phone number. I still have the text on my phone, just like he requested. I told the lady at the store that "Larry" would be coming by. After 10 days went by and no "Larry," she called him. He told her that he never agreed to fix the problems and that he would not be doing anything else. His position was that I told him it looked OK when he left, so he had no further obligations. She will confirm what he told her. He wasn't good to his word and he misrepresented to the resale store what he told me on the phone. I would never use him again and would not recommend him to anyone. I have since had repairs made by a qualified leather repair company and the furniture has been sold.

It went extremely well. He arrived on time, pulled into the alley and parked in my driveway next to my car. He performed the work quickly (although it look a tad longer that day simply because the weather was extremely MUGGY). He is a very nice man, and i would recommend him to anyone looking for this kind of service. I thought the price was very fair. I plan to have him work on one of my leather chairs very soon.

Larry initially contacted us by referral, and informed us that when he was near our area, he would set up a confirmed date. A few days later, he called and said he would be over around 2 pm on Monday. Due to unforseen circumstances, he arrived just before 4 pm. He gave us an estimate of $110 to make the repair, which we accepted. Larry was very professional in not only the service provided, but also answering questions my wife had about leather furniture. The repair job was excellent, he protected our new carpet, and even mentioned a leather conditioner which would enhance not only our furniture but also the leather automobile seats. Definitely will use again, but hope I will not have to do so.

I don't often fill out these reviews forms and as you can see I described almost everything under the "description" section above. Suffice it to say that we are very happy and impressed with the final product. We would definitely use him again and are not hesitant to recommend his work to anyone needing to repair their leather products.

They explained what was to be done and performed the work on time. Care was taken to not damage anything while performing the work and it was performed on time.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Color Glo International of Texas to anyone wanting exceptional quality and superior service to their furniture, car, etc. They are extremely professional, always on time, and very reasonable for the exceptional quality of work that is achieved. Color Glo saved us tons of money by repairing and redying our furniture instead of us having to replace it. Also, they explained to me that they have an in house chemist who makes all of their own products, so the quality truly cannot be found elsewhere!
