Larry was great! We hired Larry to repair some deep scratches and scuffs left on my parent’s leather coaches. We were very happy with his service, his promptness/responsiveness, and the quality of his work. The craftsmanship is very impressive - you cannot tell which cushions were original and which were refurbished. Matching the original finish on leather precisely is not an easy task. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and he did an excellent job. We would hire him again in a heartbeat… and you should too!

Fabulous! I had some stains on my aniline leather chairs, as well as some wear and tear. Without Precision Leather, I would have had to spend thousands on replacing or reupholstering them. Now, they look as beautiful as they did when I first purchased them. Precision Leather's technical expertise, thoroughness, responsiveness, care and attention are impressive.

Larry was wonderful to work with from the start. Told me about himself and his company. Was helpful with finding someone to also re-stuff all 4 pieces as well. He showed up at my house on time to examine my furniture, gave me a quote on the spot for the refinishing and even emailed the upholstery people while at my home. Helped in getting the furniture picked up and delivered back to me once it was completed. All work was done within two week time period. Larry came back to my house upon delivery of furniture with conditioning cream and explained how to take care of the leather. My furniture had never had anything done to it and I was blown away when it was delivered. Looked like it did when i first bought it. I was super excited and would recommend Precision Leather restoration to anyone needing leather repair and finishing. Highly satisfied.

This guy was a real *******. My wife made an appointment with him to come give us a quote. He showed up at the appointment time 11:30 but left within three minutes because "no one answered the door" I had just stepped outside for a minute and was on the side of my house trouble shooting a sprinkler issue. My garage door was wide open and I was 10 feet away from the door! Before my wife can even take a second to call me to notify me he's there the guy leaves. I called him to apologize for the "confusion" and to see if he would come back or reschedule. He was very short, rude, and said he wouldn't come back or reschedule. (I guess I'm banned for life, lol) Based on this experience alone I wouldn't suggest using this guy if you want great customer service. My brief conversation with him was like talking with a 3 year old. I have a lot of respect for owner operated small businesses but when the owner lacks good customer service etiquette or fundamental problem solving skills you can be left in a real bad situation. I can't imagine how he would handle any type of service related issue, most likely with a take it or leave it attitude. Stay away from this guy I'm sure there are other companies out there that offer the same quality product with a better customer service experience.

I had an expensive, navy blue, leather "dream" couch that I purchased in 1996. Being a bachelor until 2018 I thought the natural decline of it's look and functionality just added character UNTIL I got married in September 2018. My beautiful new wife, who loves to decorate, thought otherwise about the worn down areas that were no longer navy blue, the discolored splotches from cat barf and the dilapidated, saggy cushions could NOT be classified as "shabby chic." Since the couch was so expensive and so sentimental to me she contacted Larry Klein of Precision Leather Restoration and he assured us he could make it look like new. Impossible, we thought! Well, were we wrong, Larry fully reconditioned the leather and also recommended another company, Andrew's Refinishing, to replace all the cushion padding. It was a double win for me. Not only does the couch look BETTER THAN NEW, because it has such an amazing luster to it now that I don't think was there when I bought it BUT more importantly, my wife is "over the moon" with it and now her single favorite piece of furniture. There is most likely very few, highly skilled, true craftsmen in the world today but Larry is just that. His work is stunning and he takes such great pride in all he does. He is a complete "straight shooter" and if he tells you something you can trust his judgment and decisions. I rarely write reviews BUT Larry deserves all the accolades possible! Great price and world class, seemingly impossible results.

The quality of work and customer service received from Larry of Precision Leather Restoration was second to none. He does amazing work. I thought I was a perfectionist ... but Larry out does me! I called Precision Leather, which was one of several firms I found via an Internet search, after several other local firms who were highly rated didn’t seem interested in the project. My wife had several very nice pieces of leather furniture at least 20 years old. They consisted of two couches, two chairs, a love seat and two ottomans. Dogs she once had chewed the undersides of several of the cushions and the top underside of couches or chairs where the cushions sit. In several places the leather looked aged and needed to be restored. One of the cushions needed to have a section cut out and a new piece sewn in and replaced. All the cushions required new foam and reshaping because after 20 plus years of use they had lost their shape. All the leather needed to be restored, moisturized, polished, etc. I contacted Leather Restorations and two hours later Larry arrived at our home and inspected the furniture. “Not a problem,” said Larry. “This is excellent, top grain, black leather from Italy.” He immediately called an associate, who also arrived the same day and took all the cushions (bottoms and backs!) to professionally re-foam, re-stuff, and re-shape. To complicate things, my wife and I are moving into a new home. “Not a problem,” said Larry. He immediately called other associates and arranged to pick up all the furniture, take it to his shop to do all the leather restoration work, and then deliver the finished pieces to our new home two weeks later. Larry was there every step of the way, kept me informed regularly via text messages on progress, and educated us on the history of leather. When my wife told him where she bought the furniture 20 plus years ago, he was able to even share the history of where it was manufactured! There is no doubt he “IS” the Dallas Expert when it comes to leather. Not only does each piece of our leather furniture look brand new after Larry performed his magic, the entire cost of the project was less than the cost to purchase one top quality leather chair. I don’t often write reviews. In this instance, it was most certainly warranted. I highly endorse and recommend Larry and Precision Leather Restoration.

Excellent, looks almost like a new chair.

The results was completely the wrong color. He delivered the sofas knowing Full well the color was not going to match the rest of the sofa. He gave my husband some ridiculous excuse on how they process the leather. My husband told him that the color did not match. He gave no acceptable reason why the color did not match and continued to repeat the same sorry excuse about the procedure of leather. We now have to two $20,000.00 sofas that two not match the rest of the sofas. The picture does not show how badly our sofa looks when you walk into A beautiful Room, He talks like he has knowledge of the leather sofas, but he is a Crook! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! In Conclusion, we know have to correct the mess he has done to our sofas! Which will cost more money for his failure to stain our sofas correctly.

Far surpassed our expectations. Excellent work! Pickup and return all in one week for leather dye/restoration of a very large leather couch. We will definitely call Larry in the future when we need furniture restoration.

Larry Kline was a tremendous help guiding me through the entire process of having my leather couch restored to new condition. He was courteous and professional and performed his work in a matter of days (and over the weekend, no less!) He is a master craftsman; our ten year old couch looks like it did the day we first purchased it!

Larry did an excellent job restoring our 8 year old leather sofa and loveseat. We paid a lot of money for this set but I was ready to get rid of them because the dye in the leather was gone.. Larry told me they were quality pieces, but unfortunately the original leather dye they used was below standard. After his amazing work our sofas look brand new. I really appreciated the job that he did, as well as the information he gave us about how to care for the leather.

My leather headboard had become a scratching post until I found Precision Leather. Fortunately, as other leather companies had refused this job. The owner, Larry Klein, was confident and informative, and treated my job as an important one. He was not only able to repair the surface damages but also changed the leather color to a color of my choice. He and his crew were on time, on schedule, with no problems or excuses. Beautifully! Precision Leather did such a nice job and brought the dried-up leather back to it's original softness and color. I really had my doubts to whether it was salvageable, but Larry assured me it was and that it would be worth saving. It was such a nice leather couch when I purchased it 15 years ago, but my kids wore it out. I really can't thank Larry enough for giving me a new couch at a fraction of the cost to buy a brand new one. Larry is also very polite, professional, and punctual!

Larry came to our house to look at our custom leather sofa. It is an expensive piece and I was fully prepared to spend a great deal of money to have it reconditioned. Larry inspected it and said that all it really needed was to be treated with a commercial grade conditioner to re-moisturize the leather. Larry could have sold me a big job but he chose to be honest about what was needed. Instead, he sold me a bottle of commercial leather conditioner which would last for a year or so. It cost him more to come to my house to inspect my sectional than I paid for the conditioner. He left instructions about how often to apply the conditioner. My wife has applied it per Larry's instructions and the sectional looks like new. One thing for sure, if that sectional or any other piece of leather furniture needs major reconditioning, Larry will do it. Thanks Larry
