Absolutely perfect. could not ask for a better company. They know and "RESPECT" the piano.

It was a great experience. Flawless from the beginning to the end. I would recommend this company for any of your needs. The piano was bought in 1998 new. It was showing it's age when Brandon got a hold of it, nicks, scratches, smudges, ect. When we received it back it was gorgeous. As remodels go, it wasn't complete as expected and Perfect Pitch was great the whole process. Highly recommend Perfect Pitch

Excellent. I have had other tuners that did not take the time to make sure the many is tuned exactly. Very thorough and knowledgable.

It took less than an hour!!!! Cost way less than would have easily best reasonable and was done precisely as requested. On time and with perfection.

I had my piano moved and tuned. I hired them based on google reviews and what a mistake that was. I hired them to move and tune a yamaha U2, they quoted me and I assumed that it was both move and tune together since that is what i requested. They move the piano and when asked about the tuning they assumed that I knew they were not going to do it the same day, which I now understand that the piano needs to acclimate prior to tuning. When it came time to pay, the price they had quoted me was just for the move and not move and tune as I had requested in quote. I figure okay well total they are asking for move and tune are a little more expensive than other companies and they have already moved the piano, so I schedule a follow up tuning. They never show for the tuning, the owner tells me he forgot and that the digital planner he uses must have bugged and that's why they did not show up for the tuning. He then proceeds to offer me a discounted rate for the tuning, which I informed him was a whopping $15 cheaper than what they had quoted me when they moved the piano. I refused his all so generous offer of $15 discount being I had taken a half day to wait for them the first time and it was not worth my time to deal with a crap vendor again, he then offered to do it about half price. I let them do the tuning and to tell truth I would say their work was okay, not great but not horrible. But for the trouble, the poor customer service, par prices, and difficulty of contact I would never suggest Perfect Pitch Piano Co. to anyone.

I am sure that I drove them crazy with all of my questions and many calls but they never once made me feel like a burden. Once we sold the piano, they moved it to the new owners. The new owners and us were thrilled with the services we received. Their pricing was very fair. These guys are great!!!

Did a great job

He was on time and did a good job.

They came out and picked up my piano, took to their shop and installed the QRS system. In about a week the returned the piano and set it up, it sounds fantastic. They took very good care of the piano. After a few weeks to allow the piano to acclimate to it's home again they returned to re-tune and verify all is well with the piano.

Excellent! My piano had been damaged in moving. The fall board support pieces inside the piano had been broken off and the hinges bent. I can't even imagine how the piano had been packed for screws and hinges to be bent beyond 90 degrees. I had scheduled an evaluation, but Michael was able to do the repairs right away and my piano was completely fixed the same day. He was friendly, clearly loves his work, and provided great service.

Piano was badly out of tune for many years. Brandon not only tuned but regulated the action which had never been done on the piano that I can remember and we've had it for decades! Very polite and punctual. He came out on a weekend which I really appreciate.
