He found that the bolts were coming out of the garage door which was preventing the door from closing from time to time. He also noticed the rollers were getting worn as the garage door is 20 years old. He could have suggested purchasing a new garage door but he didn't- he said fixing it would be almost like new and he was right. Since the loose bolts were scraping the wood he replaced the bolts and the rollers as well. The replacement rollers actually made the door opening and closing quieter which I appreciated. He worked on it diligently and was done within an hour. Much faster than I expected. He was professional and very knowledgeable which is why I gave his name to a couple of my friends if they need anything.

The company responded quickly and set up a date for service. Arrived on time, and were very professional. We did not realize the spring was broken on door. He explained everything wrong with the door, and performed all work in a timely and professional manner. I will use this company again.

We knew our garage door was still working but it was making quite a bit of noise. We saw the tune up on sale and jumped on it. They cam and performed the tune up and did an excellent job. When they were done they let us know that our rollers for the door were needing to be replaced, so we had them do so. When all was said and done, the garage made almost no noise! The only noise now is the chain rattling on the motor.

I found the company using Angie's List. I used them primarily because I associated their name with a "national" brand manufacturer of garage doors. The work crew was prompt in arriving at my home. When I told them I was looking for long term solution they suggested I consider a new door, explained the advantages, & provided a bid. They agreed to not charge me for the temporary fix if I bought a new door. A couple of days later I researched the company online, found a coupon, and inquired whether my Angie's membership & coupon would reduce the bid. They re-structured the contract to accomodate my concerns. As a result, I felt no need to open the job up for other bids. The installation crew quickly and professionally completed the job. There was a sharp contrast between the quality of the door that came with the house originally and the door they installed. The 24 gauge steel is much stronger than the 27 or 28 gauge material used in the door that was originally installed by our builder. It is very unlikely that the screws that secure the door to the hinges will ever fail again. In addition, the new door made my wife & me feel more secure because of the design features found in the new door. In particular, we moved the windows to the top level & left panels ## 4 & 5 fixed to prevent someone from accessing the release switch by breaking the glass windows. In addition, you can only manually open or lock the door from the interior.

They tried to come up with high-priced services, and they only reduced the price when I threatened to call the office about the exorbitant charges.

Showed up to do inspection. Explained the noise that I was heard when the door was operating was that the rollers were not rolling, just rubbing in the track. He pointed out that the spring size was wrong for the garage door (replaced by the previous owner) and was causing problems for the garage door opener. He gave me options (ball bearing rollers, non-ball bearing, etc.); I went with his recommendation and am very happy.

We spent a little bit more with them, because we had them replace the eye. We have had no problems since. I wished I could give them an A+. They were on time and I would use them again in the future.

The provider was extremely knowledgeable and told us what to look for and how we can do maintenance on our own. He was very thorough and did a great job.

.The provider called about 30 minutes early and said he was in the area if I was available, it is always nice when someone offers to arrive early! The technician was friendly and performed the inspection and tune-up in a timely manner. The garage door was previously having issues with closing in the afternoon heat, the technician explained that this was likely due to my sensors being out of alignment and the sun interfering with the offset sensors. He corrected the alignment then tightened all screws/bolts and lubed the various parts. The garage door closes without any issues now and is extremely quiet relative to before. The technician did mention that replacing the wheels/bearings with a higher quality would decrease noise further but was not a necessary cost at this time. Overall he was very friendly and performed great work without pushing for an up-sell. The deal was worth the $35 and I would gladly use this company again.

They did extra work. They were fine. The service technician was thorough.

After performing the initial work, he recommended that we replace all of the rollers as well as the springs. Our home is over 40 years old so I can definitely understand how parts have worn out over time and with a lot of usage. After all of the work was done the door opened and closed very quietly and smoothly. It was more than I had planned to spend but at the end of the day I think it was well worth what we spent. We have an old window double sized garage door which is pretty heavy so now I feel like it is much safer to operate it. If we need future work done, I would certainlyuse National Overhead Door in the future.

The repairman arrived on time and was very professional. He performed the tune up and determined that since the garage door would not open and close properly, the sensors were probably bad. He tested the sensors and found that one of them was bad. I asked him to replace both sensors as they are the same age. The work was done in a timely manner and the repairman explained what he was doing and why. He said if there were any problems with the work to call and he would return. He left a sticker with the company name and phone number for future reference.

Fixed and optimized the garage door to make it raise/lower smoothly and quietly. In addition, he took time to look at and repair the automatic gate on my property. Really went above and beyond.

On the Saturday afternoon before Easter (and two hours before we hosted a dinner party), we managed to close our garage door while the hatchback of our SUV was still open, breaking the hinges off and leaving the door crumpled and hanging precariously over our cars, with us unable to get out of the garage in either car. Jason assured us it wasn't as bad as it looked, and fixed it that evening! We originally used them to put in a keypad when we moved into our house last year, and also called when one of our sensors stopped working. Helpful, honest, and reasonably-priced, we continue to be thrilled with Nation Overhead Door

I was shocked at how late JP arrived for our tune up - about an hour late. JP was so charming and immediately launched into telling me about about our garage door (it's a good one and should last many more years), that I forgot to ask why he was so late. JP did a great job with the tune up and suggested some repairs that would make our door last longer. I scheduled the repairs a few weeks later. The day before the appointment, I received a call from the scheduler saying I was on the schedule twice - for 9-12 and 1-4. I told her that our appointment was for 10 a.m. and she said she would leave us in the morning. I think the reason that JP was late for the first appointment and the second is an error with the scheduler, not JP. I think the scheduler forgot to tell me that we had a "window" of time, not a particular time. After speaking with the scheduler, I was not surprised that JP was late for our second appointment. JP did a great job on the repairs and now our garage door no longer creaks as it goes up and down. We are very pleased.

They did a great job. They did another $200 to replace the spring above the garage door. The guy that came out was JP. He did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to somebody else. He did exactly what he was supposed to do for the price. He made the recommendations. My garage door made a ton of noise. Now, it doesn't. He was able to get all that sprang out. I would absolutely use them in the future.

On time and flexible on appointment. This was a response to an Angie's List deal. Our garage door is aging and was getting a little bit tempermental. Tune up and rollers made it much better. Also pointed out that my heavy two car garage door is designed for two coils, but that builders often cut corners and install it with one. Not a real immediate danger, just h****** your motor and door long term. He quoted us a price to add two coils and was on his way. Great job overall.
