Cory Garrett, my tech was professional, fast and efficient! Could not ask for a better tech and the response by the company was under 2 hours and had great communication!

The technician was friendly and professional. He quickly repaired my door.

They were super helpful, friendly, and reliable. They had to remove some of the wood to install the new gate arm, and when they replaced it, they did a good job of making it look back to the way it looked before they started.

I received a call back no exaggeration within 2 seconds of submitting my request to Angie's list. They set up an appointment at my convenience the same day (Did not charge for same day service) at 4:00PM Saturday. They called at 3:30PM to ask if they could arrive early. I had to laugh since their company name is PDQ and obviously they take their name seriously! Their tech arrived, was very professional and polite and had the job done in 15 minutes. Excellent service in every aspect of this project. I highly recommend them!

Overall experience was great. I have sliding gate that is operational but needed some adjustments and a tune up. Jason, called me right away and schedule for next day service. He was extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, lubricated all of the moving pieces, adjusted the limiters on the gate, tightened the chain, and adjusted the gate so it would open about 1 foot more than it was previously set for. Great job and would hire again. All of it done for $189 which is extremely reasonable. I had another company quote me $175 just for the diagnostic test and did not include any of the labor .

It is nice to actually talk to a real person to discuss and schedule work - on a holiday weekend. They provided details of who the technician was and updated my as to arrival time. The technician arrived on time as promised and was able to resolve gate opener problem quickly. Easy to do business with! He also helped my with my garage door opener by programming the button in the car to work with the opener.

Excellent. Garage door has never operated better. Cost a bit more due to my oversized garage door that required extra beefy springs. All was explained before the work was performed. Very happy with the job. highly recommend.

It went great. I contacted them in the morning and they were at our house in about an hour. The guy who worked on the door was very knowledgeable, professional and polite.

Less than $200 worth of parts and less than one hour labor costs over $600... not again,, unfortunate as their service was reasonably good.

Our experience with Nation Overhead Door was fantastic. Our gate opener and garage door opener were old and worn out ... Corey Garrett used all his tricks of the trade to try to make them work and in the end we had to replace both units. On the hottest day of the summer this year Corey installed our new gate opener and garage door opener with no complaint and was so professional ... I felt so bad for him but he got it all done with ease. Thank you Corey for sticking with the project and being so patience ... a true professional. If the need ever arises again to call Nation Overhead Door ... we’ll be calling and asking for Corey. And, I want to mention Ashley who took our call and helped us out in a professional manner ... she was quick to get us booked and made our experience painless. A great company who hires amazing people ... we’re fans for life!!!

The work was done well, and the installer was polite and courteous. The cost seemed high, but the new opener has made the garage much improved over what we had. I have no complaints.

It well just fine ist time the keypad did'nt work so some one else came next day with different keypad and finish the job.

I called asking about a coupon if it would cover the issue. I was told that it would as long as they didn't find any other issues with the garage door. Arrived on time the next day and gave me a discount on the second garage door to have it checked. Answered the phone quickly both times I called and answered all my questions.
