They came out and did whatever I guess they were supposed to do. They didn't do exactly my interpretation of what they were going to do but maybe that was my fault I just interpreted wrong. I thought they were going to take apart my motor and stuff like that and kinda check it out. But they just more or less just oiled the springs and the doors and stuff. My interpretation of what they were going to do was a little different. Never the less that is what they did. I was a little disappointed but maybe it was my fault, I thought they were going to do something a little different. If I were going to install a brand new door and system like that, I would use them again.

Nation Overhead Door came out to inspect my old garage door and opener. They performed the tune up quickly and professionally. Then they offered me a great deal on a new opener and install. The new opener is quiet and performs well. Very pleased and will go to Nation Overhead again.

Never showed up for 1st appointment, showed up two hours late for 2nd appointment a week later. Did not do anything. Wants me to buy a new set of wheals that cost over $100.

It went very smoothly. The expert was truly an expert. He addressed a unique problem the door had, without a hitch.

Very basic troubleshooting. This company seems to do basic install work and are knowledgeable is the problem is obvious. I was very disappointed in how easily they gave up on the problem and left. They promised to provide me a quote to "Replace the wire or run a new one" and I never heard back from them.

My garage door wouldn't open. They came out that morning to fix it.

The service was okay. They identified a larger issue that they ended up correcting. The initial cost was $400 to replace spring and then, they threw in some rollers as part of the Deal. When they came back to put those on because they forgot them the first day, they blew the motor in the door opener. I ended up paying for a new garage door opener and they put it in. They rolled the $35 Big Deal into the $400. They could have showed up when they said they were going to show up. They came a little later and one day, they did not even come when they said they were going to. So, it was constant follow-up on my end to have to figure out what they were doing and when they were doing it.

The service was great. They showed up on time, installed the opener and were finished within two hours. No muss, no fuss.
