Mr. Electric of Dallas

The electrician was very nice but he was not knowledgeable about the types of switches/dimmers that would be compatible with my lighting job. This required several trips back and forth to Home Depot to confirm switch compatibility after an earlier attempt to install dimmers that were incompatible. The job ended up being only 60% complete because the switches were not able to meet my requests after being initially assured that "he knew exactly what was needed." Also job coordinator did not inform the electrician of the correct number to contact me after assuring me she would contact him directly with the correct contact information. It was a long, confusing day and I would not recommend the services again. To charge almost $100 per switch to install lighted dimmers was exorbitant. Added on top of that the confusion and poor communication made it an extremely dissatisfying experience.

These two gentlemen were great! Were very, very nice, did an excellent job and took the time to clean up whatever mess they made. They made sure we were happy with the work.

Mr Electric came out the same day I called for an estimate. I needed the work done that week and they were there 3 days later. They did an amazing job, were very thorough and cleaned up some electrical issues I had. I feel confident in the work they did and most certainly will hire them in the future when needed.

They were prompt and provided an exact estimate of the cost.

Mr electric of Fortworth came to Dallas. the Mr electric of Dallas never showed up. I then scheduled with Mr E of Fort Worth. It was great.... They showed up a bit late but got the job done....It was well worth the wait! These folks worked hard to troubleshoot and find my problem and did not leave until the job was 100%...

First scheduled visit was delayed 6 hours, so had to reschedule. When they finally came the following week, they were thorough and professional. A little spendy but did good work.

make sure you have the right equipment for the location. Because of the angle of our ceiling and age of our home, we could not install just any kind of fan. Steve did make a valiant attempt, but we had to change fans to make this work.

Very prompt, courteous, professional. Do great work. Provided us with several options for installing new outlets. Explained each option with detailed cost.

The workers were Stephan and Clint. They showed up on time and told us what was going on and started to work ASAP. They were just great and changed my life. Judy and Douglas

They did good work and their call center did a great job of coordinating the appointments. Only complaint is the electricians trampled my girlfriend's garden and squashed all our baby radishes. with their great big feet.

Stefan & Clint did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and then completed the work, as described, in a very professional manner.

MR. Electric was Clint Winston he performed the actual work . Stefan Ybarra done the computer work and discussing of prices and actions that needed to be taken to get the job done. The guys were very nice , respectful and a joy to work with. I will call back for further service. Thanks again
