Called them to diagnose the issue since electric water heater was not turning on.. $60 fee to come out diagnosed for 2 hours, found no issues and charged me $800. electrical issue in the water heater was not fixed. Promised to send the pictures but never heard anything again. Called them again, no call back. Never heard anything. Terrible service, price gauging. Called another electrician from smaller company, they found faulty junction box fixed it and charged me $125. I will never hire Mr. electric. Stay far away.

Carlos was the electrician and did an excellent job. We wanted to have a ceiling fan repaired. After he looked at it, he said he could do it, but could not not warrant the work, very up front and honest. So we just replaced the fan and he installed. He also repaired a fluorescent light fixture, converted it to an LED, and did a great job. After it was repaired, he turned on a matching fixture in the kitchen and saw that it turned on very slowly, he repaired it similarly at no additional cost. Great customer service. Also, Robbie, who I believe is a service coordinator was very helpful in getting the appointment set up and changing an appointment as well. I will use Mr Electric again.

Phil came and installed LED fluorescent ceiling lighting in our garage and in our house throughout. He also changed out three light switches and installed a surge protector on both of our fuse boxes. He was very polite, thorough and competent. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She made sure she understood what we needed and that someone was on their way to our house within a couple hours. We had some questions after Phil left, so we called the office and again they were extremely helpful. This company has excellent customer service and we would call them for any electrical need in the future.

Mr Electric was very professional and pleasant. I've had contractors that weren't too Pleasant and even and even argue with me on what I wanted. Mr Electric did excellent!! Work. After calling different companies for quotes I was very surprised that Mr Electric quote. His quote was half the price of some of the others. I definitely recommend him for your electrical work.

The service representative solved our problem quickly and efficiently. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it.

The 2 guys that came to preform the work we're VERY knowledgeable, respectful & did amazingly good & thorough work. They were a bit pricey though. If you want high quality work done in a timely manner & don't mind paying a bit more, this company is for you!

This was such a pleasant experience!! He looked at the job in hand and discussed the possible actions,. We chose the one we wanted. Job completed exactly as we wanted and with an excellent result. No other contractors were prepared to even think about repairing our fan . All they wanted to do was replace it.
