Very pleased with their responsiveness and service attitude.

Mr. Electric of Dallas, sent me a text with a picture of their technician that they were sending out, and they let me know 30 minutes before his arrival so I could run errands and get back in time. After showing the technician the work I needed, he quickly provided a reasonable quote, and said he could begin work if I agreed. So over the next two hours I got outlets installed in 3 locations, and a new dimmer switch in the dining room replacing a damaged one. Great service!

I have an older home and just moved in. I had several plugs that didn’t work and some switches we didn’t know where they went. The technition spent a lot of time with me sorting out what went where and fixing a lot of small issues with me. He installed an new plug and grounded some new plugs for me. He also installed two new recessed lights. He spent a lot of time helping just figure this house out for a relatively small amount of work that he charged. This is the company you should go with if you want to done right and want the peace of mind.

Great work, but pricey

Great service! We had an emergency electrical problem with a downed power line, and after multiple electricians not being able to help Mr. Electric showed up in an hour and had us back up and running the same day. Plus they were able to give a quote for canned lighting and smart home switches in addition to the work performed. Job well done!

A little expensive.

Installer did a great job and cleaned up when finished. The charge for this small job was excessive. Can't recommend.

Cody did a fine job, he was prompt, and he will be coming back to complete the job because I wanted to select a replacement.

Unreliable & unprofessional! After twice confirming the appointment between 1-5 p.m. for the following day, I received a call an hour into the slotted time informing me that they can't make it and that the only time available is 2 days later! No apology provided. Cancelled and will find another more reliable company.

Clint was very professional and completed the work leaving no evidence of the work once completed. I will use them in the future and will gladly recommend your company to anyone needing electrical work.

They did a great job from start to finish. Set up appointment and completed job same day. Were very helpful in answering all my questions. Definitely will call them again!

He was on time and did a good job. I just thought it was pretty high priced

Was told the electrician would be at my house by 8:30. He didn’t show up until noon. Explained that I wanted to remove an old electric heater from the bathroom wall and install a new outlet in the same bathroom. He didn’t like where I said I wanted to install the outlet. So I’ll told him to just remove the electric heater from the wall since I was in the process of having that bathroom remodeled. He completed that. The next morning (Saturday) I go to the guest bathroom and I have no power in there. Called the company back. They couldn’t send anyone out until Monday and wanted to give me a 4 hour window. I told them I would call another electrician. I was called back and was told they would have someone at my house on Sunday and was told they would be there at 11:00. They showed up at 11:20. He did get the power on in the guest bath but overall I wasn’t happy with the experience.
