I felt the inspector was unfriendly. He did not ask permission to open my front door or plug his equipment into my outdoor outlet.

I do not recommend or trust them.

I would have liked the results to include more details about what needed to be done.

Did not seem very thorough for the situation and health problems we had here they took the simplest sample that was on a wall a black mark that has been there for at least 2 years and has not grown or anything just looks like a black smudge put a tool on a wall with water damage spots all over it and tape and bedding coming down bubbles and blisters in the paint and the tool red no moisture when it clearly is a terrible ceiling and walls with water spots at least 8 in in diameter in multiple places tape and bedding coming down and it reads no moisture so I am not sure how accurate the tools are

Mold Test Co notified me every step of the way. Found the whole experience great. Any questions I had were just a phone call away with prompt answers.Mold doesnâ t know it was a Saturday and when I called, help was right there. Highly recommend this company. Service and expertise were excellent.

Report took a few days longer to come in than advertised.

I paid $400 for a mold test report that is useless to me. The report was 2 pages, with only 1 entry on page 1 and 6 entries on page 2, but without any explanation of the entries and no written narrative about the results. After receiving the email report, there was an aggressive telephone sale pitch to purchase a mold removal kit for $hundreds more.

Mold Test Company makes a point of not themselves providing mold remediation services, so theoretically they don't have an incentive to find mold. In my case, they did, and immediately recommended their partner Biocide Labs for remediation products. They were even able to transfer me directly to Biocide, whose representative then recommended a high-priced do-it-yourself kit. While the products recommended seem effective, I chose to have my ducts professionally cleaned. Mold Test Company provided lab results of their testing but could not tell me where their sample were taken, and they did not provide photos of actual mold in my house.

Great experience. They came on time, they were very professional and answered all my questions. They did me a great service. The lab called me and explained the report. They set me up with a knowledgeable tech that will work with me to set up a program to treat the house. The price included the inspection and lab work and they took the time to explain it to me. The technician explained to me how to treat it and told me how I could treat the problem and the materials that I needed to purchase. The company does their job and gave me the equipment to treat the problem. You get your moneys worth. They do the testing, the lab calls you and the technician explains it in simple terms and then helps you treat the problem yourself.

Everyone I spoke with in setting up the appointment were very professional and answered all my questions. They replied in all manners with emails, phone calls and text message. Really good when your busy yourself and you have some options to keep the communication going. Our inspector, Joe, was really great and answered all our questions. After seeing the issue he also recommending to get a fan to help air out the dampness in the area. The results took about 4 days for me to get back. Once I got the results their team called me and walked me through the results and gave me the recommendations needed so a remediation company knew what they are going to be working with. They said if any other questions feel free to call them anytime. I would definitely use them again for future needs.

Everyone I spoke with during the preparation, the actual inspection, and the follow up to review of the results was top notch in kindness, patience, and clarity. To me, this is what gives a consumer the experience that they are looking for. I would absolutely recommend Mold Test Company to anyone looking for a thorough mold inspection and an understanding of what your home or business mold issue is. I feel well-prepared for my next step in remediating the mold.

1. The technician who came out was fantastic. Very professional. Answered all my questions. 2. Nbr of days for test results is based on when the lab receives the sample(s), not when they're taken. Mine were delivered late. 3. Don't bother calling the nbr in the email notifying you they're processing the sample. It took 3 days for my call to be returned. By then, I had the results. Company needs at least one more service rep. if they're that far behind. 4. When results are given (very thorough explanation), you're transferred to another company who tries to sell you their solution and products. So much for "all we do is mold testing" and "we'll give you a list of companies. . . ." Technically true, but not really. FYI, that sales rep is high pressure.
