Easy to work with

Great service!

Our technician was super helpful and kind but the experience with receiving our results have not been great. I got an email in the beginning stating that I would receive updates via their tracker. This never happened. After waiting the 6 business days, I called and was told that the results were available, and they would connect me with an analyst. The analyst never picked up or responded to my voicemail. I have called multiple times and have yet to hear back. We are in a very tricky spot with our complex and we also dont want to risk our health by staying somewhere if there is mold. For the very high price point, I expected better customer service. Disappointed and still waiting for our report.

They were very professional. They worked together great as a team and worked with me as well. I was in the middle of a project when I found this, and they took care of it as quickly as possible.

Very high costs. They failed to communicate with us. They told me to text them and I had to provide way too many texts that they never answered. When calling directly phone was busy or just not answered. No phone messages were returned calls. They failed to leave a hep dyer until I told them I would not pay them until the two days I paid for was completed as agreed. On a scale of 1-5 they are a 1.5. I suggest the owner improves his work proposals with professionalism integrity and make sure the high cost services are worth the value. I am waiting for info on another company services recommended but I canâ t even reach them. He recommended this company for repairs and replacements of all the drywall removed by the mold remediation which took only 30 minutes. Which I paid hundreds of dollars for less than one hour total time at location.

Asked directed questions that helped point to other areas worth noting and made special care in checking every possible issue. I appreciated their time and found them to be the most affordable option.

From the first call to results and expert counsel, this company and their representatives were amazing. They will be our go to company if ever needed again.

They were so eager to help and everything sounded great but when they came out and took samples, the tests detected a minute amount of mold but they could not tell me what it was or how it might have been there in a 1 year old home yet they were extremely quick to recommend mold remediation and even had a company in their pocket that they recommended for that. It all felt very scripted and smelled fishy to me.
