Description of Work: Kudos to Mister Glass! After this past weeks hail storm in Dallas, my mother and all her friends had their windshields, etc., smashed. I am sure that the company was extremely busy, but they managed to fit us in and did a great job repairing her car. She was very stressed about her car and the repair person put her at ease and give her some good tips for her hail damage.

Description of Work: I had to have my windshield replaced and received a quote from the place I get my car serviced. They did not show 2 times after altering my schedule to be home to get the work done. No call. No explanation. MISTERGLASS called me back within 24 hours after leaving an email. That was this morning at 8AM and they are already here replacing the windshield. I like that. Fast, efficient and the price was reasonable too.

Description of Work: My rear window was knocked out at work on a Friday. I went to their business on Saturday where they removed the glass and tapped my window. My particular type of glass was only available at a Ft. Worth store which wasn't open until Monday. On Monday, they came to my place of business and replaced the glass. Very smooth. Totally dependable.
