‼️Please save yourself from a disastrous experience! DO NOT EVER LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR‼️ Told me my suv was ready after installing sunroof glass and when we got there to pick up our SUV, the headliner was mangled, stretched, torn and hanging all down. Light was dangling from roof and hanging down! Said oh well we’ll work on it tomorrow after we drove 40 minutes across town to get our suv. Next day sent pics before I would go get our car and now I see it’s glued up, discolored and stretched out terribly! We refused to take it that way and they told us they’re not going to fix it. It’s your problem‼️ So then working through my insurance company and finally getting a supervisor to look at pictures and discuss issues with me they paid for a whole new liner since it was mangled by these gorillas! 3 WEEKS LATER WE FINALLY GET OUR SUV BACK FROM A JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE DAY TURN AROUND‼️ NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE ‼️‼️

Pricing was competitive and their quality was great. They had originally come out with a door that was 1/4" too tall, so the door didn't quite line up with the other glass wall. I didn't even notice it until they pointed it out and said that they'd have the replacement ready next week. They came back out and put in the door that aligned perfectly -- no extra cost to me. About 2 years later, the door had slipped down just slightly and was rubbing against the tile on the bottom. I called them out and they were able to come out a couple of days later to adjust the door with no charge. Happy customer, will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

We had a small communication hickup in the beginning, but once I got the right guy on the phone, it went great!

It went perfectly, he was on time and so nice, he got all the glass vaccumed up and was finished in the time that he said he would be. I haven't had any problems and it still looks like a new car.

My insurance agent recommended Mister Glass to me when I complained about the cost of window replacement in my recently purchased home. I had already received two very similar quotes on the glass only for the house and a large bay window in the back of the home. Addison with Mister Glass came out and measured all of my windows and talked about some of my options. After receiving a much lower quote from Mister Glass a couple of days later, we decided to have Addison out to talk to us about upgrading our current glass (bronze colored) to Low-E. The quote, again, was so reasonable that we had Mister Glass quote replacing the entire storefront systems and replacing them with a matte white mullion. We're doing the project in phases and Mister Glass came out to triple check measurement on a new back door and side light that they're installing next week. Everyone there is super friendly and have been helpful. I'm actually really looking forward to updating this review after the install next week.

The rep arrived 20 minutes early and replaced the glass on my car in a very professional manner. He was very courteous and performed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this provider and would definitely use them in the future.

They were able to replace glass quickly on the same day they came to look at issue. I wasn't able to get them out same day, so I had the broken window for two days. But when they did come, they fixed the window quickly. It took about an hour.

First attempt of installation went poorly. The silicon caulk never set. We were without use of the shower for over a week just due to the glass install. After the second install, using another silicon product, all went well. While the installer addressed the issue, he was uncertain why the problem occurred, which made us a bit uncomfortable with the product.

The actual procedure went well and the results are about as good as I could expect. I was disappointed, however, that they didn't tell me the impact the "no cost" treatment would have on my car insurance. Surprise! When I inquired with other companies, I was told that my rate would be higher because of this claim. You'd think insurance companies would see the benefit in stabilizing a rock chip versus replacing a windshield, but a claim is a claim. So I'm stuck with my existing insurance company until this claim rolls off, in about 3 years. I could have save a lot more if I'd paid out of pocket, then switched insurance carriers. While I was doing the paperwork, I had to talk to the insurance representative. She never said a word about the effect this would have on my insurance. Everybody made it sound like "No problem! Isn't this the greatest insurance benefit ever? To me, this is deceptive. I wonder if they're in this together becasue I'm stuck now for another 2.5 years.

I had an appointment and they came out to that location and repaired it. It was excellent. We were impressed. The price was reasonable but I'm not sure what it was.

I called Mr. Glass at the recommendation of my insurance agent. They responded quickly, performing a quick fix and then returning a few days later for a more comprehensive repair of an improperly sealed window that was leaking.

Completing this well after the fact. Do not remember date and price. But do remember them being professional, knowledgeable, fast and detailed in what to do next. Would definitely call them again

They were courteous and very prompt, and they took care of everything. My overall experience with them was great. The quality of their product was excellent.

They came out right on time, did the job, the windshield looked great afterwards and there weren't any complications.

Went well. They installed the windshield for me while I was watching my son's hockey game at the rink. Totally met my schedule and my convenience.

Quick response with a reasonable quote that was lowest of three providers. Crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of replacing and glazing the panes. Cleaned up both inside and outside after the work was completed. Overall very satisfied with the work performed. Would not hesitate to use again.

To say I was happy is short ......it is amazing in today's world there are still business that operate with stellar performance. We need to support Mister Glass - I recommend them highly and to all my local friends.

After my truck was broken into on Friday my insurance company put me in touch with Mister Glass. It was late in the day and they were unable to get to me then. The young lady, Im sorry, I have forgotten her name, was very helpful and told me Scott would call between 730 and 830 and give me a 2 hour window when there guy could get to the house. He called about 800, told me Jose would be out between 11 and 1. At about noon Jose called to say he was on his way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. He was right. He showed up, checked out the truck, thoroughly cleaned up all the broken glass went to work and installed the new window. He was polite, friendly and professional. The window wasn't operating so he called the office and they were unsure as to why but the window works ok and they assured me they will call Ford Monday and see how to make it operate like it did before the break in. I have no doubt they will. These folks were excellent from the start and while I hope I don't need them again if I do they are the ones I will call. Today is November 9, 2013. I had thought that since they were going to call the dealer to see about my window issue that would actually do that. it's over a year later and I haven't heard a thing from them. I should have with held part of the payment until it was done. So I would tell you don't use them, they don't follow up. I took them from all As to all Fs. I fixed my window myself.

Excellent experience. From the person answering the phone to the technician performing the installation all were professional. They set an appointment at my convenience the day after I called. The service technician arrived as planned. "Keever S." knew his job and performed it quickly and professionally. I felt the price was competitive. Would definitely use them again and recommend their service to others.

The insurance paid for the windshield to be replaced. They came to our house and he took out the windshield and put a new one back in. That was so nice and they did a wonderful job.

Arrived at facility and the technician made the repair immediately. He said that I could watch and I like to see how things are done. He was very personable and explained all the steps as he did them.
