Luis & Reggie, very professional & did an excellent job. Told between 10-1, arrived at9:30. Very pleased.

I did not end up using this company, because of an issue on closing on a house. I called them many times in the morning, but I did not get a response until the afternoon. When I had asked them about a refund, they were clueless, but I understand because it is the first time they have had to issue a refund.

I didn?t like the fact the guys that showed up to perform the move were bucking for tips and after they moved the refrigerator they told me there was an additional fee form moving refrigerator. However I had question the guy that I spoke with at mighty movers when I set up the move about there being an additional charge for moving a refrigerator and I was assured there would be no additional charge.

As moves go this was fairly uneventful, but moves are seldom without problem. We did discover damage to one piece of furniture. We also did not receive the proper claim forms at the end. ,

The service turned out well. We had purchased a big deal but we paid about 300 dollars more. Their pricing was fair and the quality of service was good.

I had used Mighty Movers about 2 months ago for a small move of a few pieces of furniture, and their service was fantastic. So they were the first ones I called when it came time to get quotes for our full house move. Over the last couple of weeks, I have requested a quote through their website, emailed their sales manager (whose email I had from the last move) directly, and contacted them through Angie's List, but I have not received a response. I also tried calling the telephone number on their website. It's answered, but it's impossible to leave a message for them because their voice mail box is full. They were so responsive on the first move that I have to assume that they have gone out of business.

Luis and Manny arrived right on time. They were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond in my estimation. I would highly recommend Mighty Movers and will use them again for my next move.

They were amazing, arrived happy and ready to move very fast, professional and can’t say enough the quality of service.

I've used Mighty Movers several times. I love working with this company. The move went smoothly. It was a well-organized move.

Chris, Reggie & Luis did an awesome job! I contacted Mighty Movers after our other movers did not show up. They did a great job.

Guys did great...were friendly courteous. It only took them an hour and I had paid for a two hour coupon. The company representative did say that they coupon was not intended for this use as it is really a promo to get someone to book an entire job with them so it would be $129/hr for two men and truck for any hours over the original time. Since they didn't have that as stipulation (that it had to be a move) the company did the right thing and honored the coupon. On the other hand I did have to pay a $25 gas surcharge for the truck even though it was not needed for my move. The only issue that I had is a minor one. They tacked me on at the end of the day which is understandable but they were outside the agreed upon time. In view of their overall service and conduct I consider this minor.

The two men worked quickly and carefully to move us. We were surprised at how effectively they packed the items into a storage unit. We completed a review for Angie's list on a form they provided.

My conversations to schedule the work went well, and the price was as promised. They did charge a $30 fuel fee in addition to the Angie's List coupon, but that was fair. The crew (Manni, Reggie and David) arrived on time and went over the details of what was needed. I signed a few papers and the guys got started. Wow! They made the task look easy. They were very polite and quite careful not to bump into any walls or door frames while moving the items. The whole job was completed in less than 30 minutes. They called the details in to the office and left. No cleanup was needed.

hip dudes, had fun. worked fast. took things apart and put back together. Unwrapped everything they wrapped. would use again.

My only problem with the service was it took them an jour to get from one home to another even though they were six miles apart. I complained to the supervisor about it and he fixed it. The guys were active and completed the job. It does seem that they do multiple jobs throughout the day. It causes them to be tired and take more breaks. The service was fine overall.

They were on the pricey side but they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were friendly.

The service was really good. The guys that we used were efficient. When they noticed that we had hard wood floors, they suggested we get felt pads before they start moving so they would not scratch our floors. I thought that was a helpful tip. They went out of their way and they waited to move any of our belongings until we purchased the pads. I was impressed with the service.

They were very courteous. They did a great job. It was a big job. They stayed late and completed the work.

Nick and Andrew were smooth on the phone and on the site visit prior to the move. We were moving from an average 3 bedroom home to another about 10 minutes away. We requested two moving crews with two trucks so we would finish in about half a day. The movers arrived promptly the day of the move EXCEPT one crew had just two guys instead of three. The movers worked hard but did drop things. Nick had told us not to worry about emptying dresser drawers and chests of drawers beforehand because they would shrink wrap them. One problem with that: the movers tipped the dressers on their end when they put them inside the moving trucks so that everything inside them shifted and spilled. Some drawers were jammed and we had difficulty opening them after the move. The worst part was when it was over and I saw the bill. Since they were charging me the full amount for the crew of only two men, but it took longer due to fewer workers, my bill was a little about $150 higher than it should have been (and what was quoted). Manny, the foreman, also rounded up the time to the next 30 minutes using the excuse that the trucks had to be in the same condition when they left as they had been when they arrived, so they were allowing for that time. (Folding blankets? Really??) Manny told me he couldn't do anything about my being overcharged and that I'd have to take it up with the office. Knowing the guys had worked hard in the heat, I offered him the $20 cash I had left over after paying (and buying two rounds of beverages for his crew), he rudely refused, implying the amount was insufficient. (Sure something is better than nothing?) He told me if I wanted to go hand that to the guys myself I could, but he wasn't going to. He then suggested I call the office and put a larger tip on a credit card. Well, I did go hand out the cash.....and I didn't give any of it to Manny. I called Andrew a few days later about being overcharged and about Manny's behavior. He apologized for Manny's behavior. I politely asked for a refund of the portion I had been overcharged. He said he'd check into it and get back with me. A week later I still had not heard back from him, so I called him again. I got his voicemail, left a message and never heard from him again. Shame on you, Mighty Movers.

My move went without a hitah. The movers were excellent and professional. Manny & Lewis were very pleasant.

Manny and Lewis were outstanding. They are very hard workers employee. They were very professional and pressed well. I will use mighty movers again.

Mighty Movers did a good job and were reasonably quick about it. They were a little late, but they called.

The company called the night before to confirm the time the movers would be there - just as promised. The time quoted for my move was to begin between 1pm-5pm, and I was told that the movers GENERALLY arrived earlier rather than later but that they give a broad range just to be safe. Made perfect sense. Sure enough, the movers called at 12:49pm - 11 minutes before the estimated start time, and let me know that they were on their way and would be there in 10-15 minutes. Everything seemed to be happening exactly as promised and anticipated. For obvious reasons I had waited for that confirmation call from the movers to disconnect my appliances, including the fridge and freezer. So I did, and put all of the contents into coolers for what should have been a couple of hours, max. But the movers didn't arrive in 10-15 minutes like they said they would. When I called one hour later, the mover hesitated for a few seconds and then told me that he must have called me accidentally, mistaking me for the job that he was currently on. Note that food has been thawing now for an hour and the fridge/freezer are now warm. He completed that job, and then another before calling me to let me know that he was finally on his way. The two movers arrived at around 5:30 - later than the originally quoted time frame. Given the short time we had to work with for the move in the first place, I might have saved some money on the move itself but I wasted a critical afternoon and the time of people who were there to help me. And I'm pretty confident that money saved on the movers was spent replacing food that had thawed or spoiled as a result of the erroneous initial call. NOTE: Based on the fact that: 1) I had 90% of the items waiting for the movers in the living room at the front door; 2) I did not have them move the entire house (only beds, furniture and some other large items); 3) they were only moving the items a couple miles away, and; 4) they went over by 30 minutes, DO NOT expect them to be able to complete your move in only two hours. If they do, great! But again, don't go into the move expecting them to complete the job in under two hours. **THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM, but more of a warning to prospective buyers that this deal truly is JUST for those two hours, and that you will be paying the regular hourly rate for anything above and beyond the allotted time (on top of the fuel charge, which for me was $65). All-in I paid an additional $130 for fuel and the extra 30 minutes - which still isn't bad. Those two hours still make it a good deal compared to other movers, who charge full price from start to finish. All in all they did an ok job (much better than my last movers). They broke a chair, but to be fair it wasn't the highest of quality and won't be terribly missed. They were also a little on the slow side, but by no means "lazy." I would rather have a mover be a bit slower and deliberate than fast and careless. Overall rating would be a B-/C+ on service. If I'd have paid full price the rating would be much lower.
