I was very happy with the work done by Reggie and Michael. They were punctual, polite and professional. And they worked hard. The only thing that I was not happy about was the "deal" offered on Angie List. It said $279.00 for 2 men 3 hours and a truck. Immediately upon speaking with Julie I'm told there is an automatic $50.00 fuel charge. I thought the "Deal"price was misleading if everyone must pay $50.00. Julie lowered the fuel charge to$40.00 when I complained. Because the move took longer than three hours, I paid for additional time at the agreed upon rate. Overall, the move went well. In the last two years I have hired four different movers. I would use this company again (once I was sure of the price).

They did an excellent job!!!! They were on time and very careful with my furniture. The movers were extremely polite and very professional. I highly recommend them!!! They made the move less stressful.

The movers showed up on time and worked quickly. They did not want to move items that were not in a box, but eventually they agreed. The furniture, boxes etc were placed in the apartment as desired. My main beef with Mighty Movers has to do with the fact that they charged a $50.00 "fuel fee" on top of the $279 Angie's List discount. When we complained that we were unaware of this charge, the movers stated that it is in the fine print. I looked on the coupon, and the very last item, in small print, says "Fuel fee may apply." They only drove THREE MILES from the storage location to the apartment. I feel the coupon was deceiving --- it should state in the main text that there is a $50 fuel fee, and/or just include that in the price of the coupon.

Used Angie's Big Deal for 2 men for 3 hours at $279, however when I spoke with nice customer service representative, Tressa, to set up a time and date she listened to our needs and suggested we switch out for 3 men for 2 hours and then prorate the hourly rate to even out the cost. It turned out to be more economical with more labor and they were able to move all our items in 4 hours. They were there from 8:30-12:30. My only issue was that they called the day before to confirm that they would be there between 7 and 8 and since both my husband and I had to leave for work we were glad they were going to arrive when we were still at the house, however they didn't show until 8:30. To their defense they had to drive from Plano to Keller and I?m sure they found the wonderful construction traffic near the airport! My brother was there to oversee the work and kept us up to date. My brother is a realtor and was really impressed with how efficiently they moved. He was going to recommend them to his clients going forward. The coolest thing was that I received an e-receipt in my in within minutes of them completing the job. We are moving from storage to a new home hopefully in the near future and will call Mighty Movers to help us again.Additional Charges to consider: Truck Fuel fee $65. Convenience Charge to put it on a credit card $25.76.

Julie helped me arrange and schedule the move, and was very friendly and professional. The day before I was given a window of 11-2 for my move. On move day, at 11:30, Julie called to tell me the movers would be late, arriving around 3. I didn't mind that, as I was busy doing things at the new place. Before 3, I called to let her know my dad would be meeting the truck at my old place, which she said was no problem. Michael and Luis were fantastic. They arrived around 4, but called me around 3 to let me know it would be 4. I really appreciated that I was kept informed of what time to expect them. Once they arrived, things moved quickly. The entire move was done in three hours, so my only extra cost was the $65 truck fee. I would definitely use Mighty Movers again, and definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

I sent this review to the company early yesterday in case they wanted to address it before I posted it, however they have not responded. The company and the movers were polite and prompt. They were good at what they did. I'll admit that the comment of "We're not your family, we're your movers and we're just here for your big stuff" didn't seem very professional. Guess it was a good thing I was already planning on putting the small stuff in my cars myself. All in all, the move was quick and there wasn't anything broken. They were very nice and my wife loved that they said "yes ma'am". What really put a bad taste in my mouth was the extras. Their special was for $279 for a two man crew and truck... what I didn't see was the "may be additional fuel cost"... what I really didn't expect is to pay $60 for the fuel for an 11 mile move. That's like paying UPS to ship a package and then being told it will be extra to cover gas... I understand charges for excessive distance, but 11 miles ? The other shock came when the guy in charge of the move asked me on how I wanted to tip them for their service... I told him I would tip on the card that I was paying for the move with... What was amazing is the reaction to the tip I gave them... it wasn't enough and they let me know. They informed me that I should be tipping them $45 per person for a 3.5 hour move... REALLY? He told me that the minimum he should be tipped is $30 per person... I was too tired at the time and gave in to the $30 per person and assumed that I was out of touch in my expectations. Today i ran across an article on itipping.com that said that the industry expectation for tipping a mover is up to 5% total (not each) which was LESS than what I was initially offering to tip... It's not the 60 bucks that bothers me as much as the way it was done...

Great, Manni, Reggie, Chris and Alex worked hard, were polite and never even umped a wall awesome.

Reggie and Michael arrived on time and completed the move in professional manner. Reggie was slowed when he fell in to an poorly secured man hole cover. Despite the injury he completed the move.

From the 1st contact, Mighty Movers did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy, the online confirmation went smoothly. Using the Angie's List deal was no problem, and there were no unexpected costs. The movers were punctual and extremely professional -- moving very quickly and efficiently in the heat! I will definitely use them again with future needs. It made moving day a breeze!!

After I bought the Big Deal, I contact Andrew asking him whether he can move our piano. He said he will check with his partner about the tools. Since we need to move within a week, I ask him to get back to me as soon as possible. He did not call me at the time he promised. I called him again the next day, he said he will get back to me that afternoon, but again he did not call me. I had to call another moving company to complete the job.

Manny, Michael and Ronnie did an excellent job. Took excellent care of our antique furniture as well as regular furniture. Communicated well with us during entire move. Manny went above and beyond getting the refrigerator in place. All 3 guys were a pleasure to work with.

Luis & Micheal called before coming out, then knocked and surveyed. Michael set up the grill and tested all connections. Luis set up the grill and kegerator. They were both courteous and helpful. Michael gave tips to enhance my grilling experience. Thank you to Andrew in the office for flexibility and responsiveness.
