They were early but called ahead to ask if it was okay. Great team of 2. Moved everything with care and were careful to place boxes & furniture exactly where needed.

Mighty Movers did a mighty good job from initial booking to the final delivery. Booking was easy and I liked how up-front they were with the pricing and truck/gas fee, and they did an excellent job of confirming the appointment. Steve and Louis, the mighty two-man team, were great to work with and very efficient (very steady work pace). What they did: Move large items and pre-packed boxes from 3B 2-story house in Garland to 4B 2-story house in Richardson; about 8 miles. Heavy items of note included a very heavy washer & dryer (about 275lb each), leather sleeper sofa, diningroom table, and treadmill. Pricing: NOTE that my price included a $99 Groupon special for "2 hours and 26' Truck" , plus payment for the additional time over 2 hrs. Note they are very fair about rounding to the 1/2 hour (not hour rounding)! We also left a good sized tip (not in price shown) as based on what would have been the actual cost of the move without the Groupon. Quality of Service: I particularly enjoyed Louis' pride in working for Mighty Movers and being moving professional (with the perk as he put it of getting paid to work out). To me it appeared that these guys were properly trained in lifting techniques, which I appreciate. Steve and Louis were very careful throughout the loading, driving, and unloading. NO wall damage in either house. Some of our items like the treadmill (which they gave me time to partially dis-assemble to allow moving) were extremenly heavy upwards of 300lbs, and were on the 2nd floor of both houses. These were moved without issue. Issue: We did have one issue with a custom leather loveseat + full sleeper. This was in an upstairs room and very heavy+bulky. Steve wisely removed the legs due to the very tight fit through the door. Unfortunately, despite best efforts, the front bottom edge of got scraped squeezing through the door (luckily not too visible). In hindsight, the edges should have all been wrapped with the film/plastic to protect the leather. I will say Steve and Louis were VERY appologetic and it was obvious they pride themselves on having a perfect record. Steve made sure to note the issue in the paperwork. I submitted a claim, and Nick made sure to personally handle it. This took longer than expected (holidays etc.) but it all worked out, which was never a concern. FYI, the issue was fixed by an amazing leather repair specialist called "Strictly Leather" (Armando out of Carrollton TX). So no points off because of the professional way they handled and took responsibility to get things back the way they were. Conclusion: I can definitely recommend Mighty Movers, and I'm actually planning to use them again to move a large garage.

Mighty Movers sent a team of three guys, all of whom were quite professional and clean-cut. More importantly, they were extremely quick! The drive across town actually took more time than the move. They also had us keep all of the drawers in several dressers, etc, and wrapped them, making the packing process quicker for us as well. They were on time and the move came in under the estimate (it was completed more quickly than anticipated as well). I'd highly recommend that anyone use them. They did a great job with our move.

They were about 15 minutes early and did a great job getting us moved in the time allotted. They brought all the equipment they might need to take apart furniture and disconnect appliances. They made sure to ask exactly where we wanted the furniture placed, in the new home, so that we would not have to move it again on our own. They were very courteous and respectful.

They called to say they were on their way (about 30 minutes out). They arrived, moved my stuff into the moving truck, and unloaded it at my new place. The whole thing took about 90 minutes. No complaints.

What professionals! These guys got my move done in 3.5 hours start to finish! The 3 man team was able to pack up the prepackaged boxes and furniture, get it loaded in the truck, drive it through terrible I-35E traffic, and unload it in the new house in 3.5 hours. These guys worked hard to move 2 full bedrooms of furniture, a guest room bed, lots of living room furniture, a small workbench and gear in the garage, kitchen table with 6 chairs and a heavy washer and dryer out of a 2 story condo. I ran out of time on packing some items, so I they had more clutter to deal with during the move than they normally see but they were able to get everything in the truck. When they were done, one of the guys said this usually is done in 3 hours or less but one of them wasnt feeling great that day. I was expecting about 5 hours minimum, so these guys exceeded my expectations and were done much earlier even though one of them was not feeling great. They did a great job! I couldnt have done it without them! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!
