We had an invasion of rodents into our attic and MetroGuard helped get rid of them. The bait took time, but it did work. While he was here, he also sprayed the baseboards and now I don't have a ton of spiders making a mess!

Used the $79 special on AL. The poison baits don't seem to be as effective as actual traps. A better investment would be to use a company that closes up all entry points, utilizes traps then checks/clears away the caught rodents regularly.

Purchased deal on Angie's List and received an email same day. I never got a call from the provider, after 3 or 4 days, I had to call them. When I called, I spoke with a gentleman and told him that I purchased an Angie'slist Deal several days ago and needed to get on the schedule. He told me that I had to speak with someone else and was transferred. A woman answered the phone (I believe she said her name was Michelle). I said that I purchased an Angie'slist deal and wanted to get on the schedule. I then asked her how she was. She said, "I'm fine, how is next Tuesday?" I almost said there her, "Oh, I am good too, but thanks for not asking". I know it's just a friendly gesture, but still. Anyway, Tuesday came around and Henry arrived right on time. I told him of the problems I am seeing the in house and he suggested a couple of add on packages, but suggested that I could save a lot of money by signing up for their annual service for $500/ year instead. I told him that I needed to ask my husband about that first, but authorized him to perform the work outlined in the Deal and added an additional "Dusting" of the attic. He told me that if I contacted the office within a couple of weeks, they might be able to credit the additional service into the annual service. Ultimately, we did sign up for the annual service. Henry came back out to perform the remainder of the service that the annual service allotted us. Again, Henry was professional and super nice. Final thought, I haven't seen any pest running around, so I suppose the service is working. Customer service from Henry was absolutely wonderful and I hope that he remains to be my service technician. The office staff might need some customer service training. I know asking how the customer is doing is just a simple thing to do, but that's just it. It's a simple thing to do that could go miles in customer service satisfaction (this is the only reason they didn't get A's across the board).

I didn't care for the service. They were nice when they came. They did everything but it wasn't as effective as the other pest control services that I've used. I would not use them again. They were very timely. I had bugs afterwards. It was a one-time shot thing to see whether I liked them and I didn't like them as much as somebody I have used before. The provider was nice. The stuff didn't work as well.

Ordered the coupon for service on line but never heard from Metro Guard. Waited a week and called Metro Guard direct but never received a return phone call. Call Angie's List and asked for a credit be returned to my credit card which was accomplished. Called a local pest control service and got a call back with 3hrs. Thanks

I bought a $55 big deal for this service. We had to have them back out one time, but other than that it was fine. I think their pricing was good. It has not been too bad since, and we were having infestations. To not have to had them back would have been good. The guy was a little weird, just not great. Maybe he was overly friendly -- just a little off.

It was good. They did what they said they would do. They came out when it was scheduled. I didn't pay anything extra. It was an excellent price for what they did. My wife didn't think it seemed to last quite as long as the first time we had it done.

Good service - just make sure you buy the correct package. We purchased a $55 pest treatment. When we confirmed the appointment, we specifically noted that we had problems with ants. When the technician arrived, he noted that ants were not covered in the package we bought. He completed the spray, noting that it might help with the ant problem but most likely not. It didn't. When we contacted Metro about the treatment package, they offered a return visit for ant treatment at the incremental charge for the additional services. Very fair. Technician came on Saturday 12/5/15 and completed the treatment. Quality was good - no insects since initial visit and ants have disappeared since the follow up. Technicians were timely, polite and professional. If the person confirming the appointment would have notified us at the time that we didn't purchase the right package and changed it to the correct one, this would have been straight A's all the way down on the survey/scorecard.

Sprayed inside house for bugs. Left rodent traps in attic and outside of house. Very thorough, friendly and professional.

Called them back to return under warranty. Still have rats. Called back again, but warranty expired from originating date. I liked them, but need to find another provider for the roof rats in my attic :(

Service was fine, it was easy to schedule and they showed up when promised. The technician tried to sell us on a year-long plan but weren't uncomfortably aggressive about it. We asked them if they could spray/remove some spider eggs found on the garage door, which they declined to do, I think because the level of service we purchased was quite low. Overall, would recommend and use this company again.
