Description of Work: We have been using Metro Guard for our quarterly pest control service for 10 years. They are attentive, reliable and personable. They have very flexible scheduling and can be present on short notice. They also provide free service between quarterly applications if pests show up during that time. The only service they didn't provide was dealing with a squirrel who had gnawed into our siding, however they referred us to someone who dealt with it skillfully.

Description of Work: Sprayed for bugs. They were good to work with once we were in touch with them. However, in my initial purchase I requested they call me to schedule an appointment, which they never did. Instead, they sent an email through the site for me to call them.

Description of Work: They showed up and said the service I already paid for would be ineffective they wanted another 139 dollars told him I wanted to get quotes from other providers he seemed a little upset about that but he did perform the treatment and it was totally ineffective

Description of Work: As says pest control.. We have roaches.. Ubiquidus roaches..the spray was for $55 .. BUT on arrival it was $285 for the roaches!! |I left a message prior to the appt. Regarding if we needed to cover food /dishes etc for the roach spray. No one responded. No response to me meant all is well since many roach sprays do not requite special prep. |EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. |Called the owner and told him his add is misleading. |I have 28 rentals and could have used him slot but I felt the presentation was deceptive. |

I am sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding your pest service. Our $55.00 treatment does cover most roaches as it says in the offer. Unfortunately you had a bad infestation of German roaches, which would require a completely different treatment. I have already contacted our Angie’s List representative to change the offer so that it more clearly states that German roaches are the only roach not covered. I know that we provided the $55.00 treatment already. If you would like us to apply the $55.00 towards the roach treatment, we’d be glad to do so.
