Description of Work: Showed up I thought to service but only to tell me if services I may need to be order uk come back n spray properly. So I paid for him to tell me that in person. Never to be recommended.

Description of Work: Set rat bait boxes by were my dog was digging. Helped set a moth trap in the pantry. I refused pest control spraying around foundation and porch but service provider didn't listen and sprayed anyways. Now sparrows and wrens I had been feeding on the front porch and walkway are gone. Coincidence? Also still have my dog obsessed there is something under the air conditioner and in landscape timbers. Don't think my pest problem is gone.

Description of Work: I used Metro Guard about a year ago for general pest service and to put out rat bait boxes. I was really happy with their service and never sensed they were making the problem worse than it was to up-sell anything. I've used them a few times since then and will continue to in the future. |

Description of Work: I had to email a couple of times to schedule the appointment after purchasing it on Angie's list. The service itself went okay. The technician who came in explained their plans. Unfortunately, their plans were not too great. The basic plan covered almost nothing and cost a lot. | |I noticed sugar ants and tons of spiders within a couple of weeks of the treatment. I won't use them again as whatever they treated with doesn't seem to take. Maybe you'd have better luck.
