Very well-on an ongoing contract/visit schedule.

The service technician was so thorough that I don't think we will ever see another ant. He treated the house, attic, garage and the yard. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. We would not hesitate to call for service again.

Very well. Their service was considerably less expensive than another company. They offer a guarantee on the treatment, but have not had to have them come back since I haven't seen anymore carpenter ants since the treatment.

I called and explained my problem. They were kind enough to re-arrange some things so they could come and help me. They arrived on time and within 2 hours of initial call. Thankfully there were no active termites and no treatment was needed. All this for no charge. I so appreciate the professionalism and honestly of this company. I would highly recommend their services.

It went well, William showed up and was quick to put down bait and spray around the house for general pest treatment. Very friendly and punctual, would hire again.

They were recommended by Angie's List. The price is for the whole year, with them coming out every quarter.

Real Deal. They didn't charge over the price but I did buy there yearly plan. I want the mice and snakes gone. It was great. After the guy was there for a minute he was very helpful and gave good advice.

I requested service via Angie's List late in the day on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Metro Guard that very same evening after 6pm to schedule service, and surprised again when they said they would be happy to come out the next day. The pest control tech, Robert Fernandez, showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled, and got right to work. He was very personable, yet professional, during his entire visit. While I did indeed have rodent problems outside in the backyard, Robert explained that the droppings in the garage were from lizards and not rodents. He was very thorough, checking all throughout the house and attic for potential pest problems and providing the service I paid for. Very pleased!

The work was done well, and would use again. However, the firm didn't do a good job of receiving the order (via Angie's List and then dispatching service---had to call a couple of times to get service dispatched.

This review will be more of a reflection of Angie's list than the contractor. This was my first time using Angie's list and will probably be my last unless there is more of an investment in the technology. I was able to purchase a service from this company that doesn't even service my area. My confirmation email from Angie's list stated that the contractor would contact me to arrange a time for the appt. and 3 days went by before I decided to call myself. The woman that answered the phone was extremely professional and did a wonderful job explaining what the process was. I was told that Angie's list stopped sending notifications so if the employee there responsible for logging in to see if there were any requests is gone or doesn't have time to log in, those new customers are neglected. There is no direct # to call to speak with someone to request a refund so now after waiting 3 days to be told that I am unable to have services rendered, I have to wait for a reply from Angie's list with my refund details. I will write another review with how that process went.

They did pretty good, they came around on the day they described and they were very thorough with their services. I have no complaints. I would give them straight ?A?s? because they gave me a good price. I didn?t have any problems with them anymore. They have been providing service for me for about 5 years. It?s just the usually spraying for those critters.

He spent 4 hours treating in and outside of house. Hasn't been too long but so far so good. We also received a $100 off Offered by the company. Unless any issues arise, I would use again

Nice enough young man. Recently I have seen only one adult roach. I plan to contact another company. Not sure if I will use Angie's List since it cost me. I felt like I had to pay so I wouldn't lose the money I already paid up front.

I called at 8:00 am and was able to schedule an appointment for noon that same day. The gentleman answering the phone was very polite and professional and was able to answer all of my questions before I purchased the offer. The scheduling of the appointment was very easy. I arrived home at about 11:50 am, and the technician was already there waiting for me. He was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. He explained to me where the rodents were likely getting in and gave me advice on how to block their access to the house in the future. He set two bait boxes, and time will tell how long it takes for my unwanted visitors to cease to be a problem. He also sprayed outside and inside the house. No one really wants to deal with a pest/rodent issue, but these folks make it as easy and painless as possible. A+ experience.

Overall we did not have lot of problems or anything with them. What I wanted done basically they performed. I think one person did the work.

I ended up paying $300 because of the extra service. I didn't meet them in person. I would not use them in the future.

The service was completed in a short period of time. I paid the extra fee of 50.00 to dust the attic, and that was done quickly as well. Be aware of what your paying for, as certain insects are classified differently by this company and the treatment may or may not be covered by them. For example I requested them to re-treat the home due to ants that were in the house, but that isn't covered under the 50.00 general Angie's list promotion. Basically find out what's treated and what's not. Would not recommend, the price may be good but keep in mind your not getting a lot.

Service went well. Technician did a survey of our property, suggested course of action, and so far seems to have helped tremendously with our problem.
