Leak Trackers

Description of Work: Terry of Leak Trackers and his two man crew arrived on time and very soon after my initial call. They immediately saw the problems and determined best course of action. They provided the quick and inexpensive path to fix the problem and the smartest, best long term fix. Terry followed up a number of days after our visit. While I did not use their services due to the builder taking care of the repairs I would recommend Leak Trackers.

Description of Work: Checked roof for wind and hail damage and for leaks

Description of Work: I called and spoke with Terry explaining our rain leak issue which appeared to come from an upstairs bath window, he described his process and provided an initial estimate, and agreed they would come out first thing the next morning. Terry and his crew arrived as agreed on time. After an inspection of the window and leak damage downstairs, they evaluated the surrounding wall and found where a shoddy patch had been done in the mortar years ago, which was a likely rainwater access area, too. We negotiated a final price for a thorough repair and they got right to work. The job looks great...still waiting for a significant rain to test for leaks before I repair the interior damage.

Description of Work: High pressure sales pitch to fix the roof for over 10K! Subsequent estimates from other contractors were no where near that much. They showed up at 6:30 am instead of 7:00. Normally coming early is great but not when it's first thing in the morning.

Description of Work: Very smart about the business of finding and solving leaks. Very punctual and personable, and I believe dedicated to solving the problems. Our issue is more involved with a poor flashing job and we may seek to have the roof replace as a solution. The only downside was the bid was expensive due to the amount of work needing to be done. However, my guess is he would hold his team accountable to solve the leaks once you purchased his services.

Description of Work: I BOUGHT THE DEAL ON ANGIE'S LIST FOR THE 60 POINT INSPECTION FOR $39.00. MR CLYDE AND HIS HELPER CHECKED THE ROOF AND ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. I HAD IN THE PAST A LEAK WHEN A BAD STORM BLOWING FROM A CERTAIN DIRECTION SEEMED TO BLOW THE RAIN IN ALTHOUGH THE ROOF IS ONLY 5 YRS. OLD. MR CLYDE SHOWED ME ALL THE THINGS WINDOWS,GUTTERS ROOF CAPS ETC THAT I NEEDED TO ADDRESS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. HE SAID THAT THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM A FLASHING OVER THE FRONT ENTRY WAY WHICH HE CAULKED AND SAID THAT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEM. HE CHARGED ME NOTHING FOR DOING THE CAULKING. HE SEEMED TO KNOW HIS BUSINESS VERY WELL
