Description of Work: The Work was completed very well.

Description of Work: This group fixed a front brick wall that supports my flower bed it's about 2 1/2 feet tall. There was a vertical crack running from top to bottom. In one instance it looked very good in the other instance several bricks were left protruding. Even though it is fixed technically it's not as esthetically pleasing as I'd like.

Description of Work: Very pleased with Leak Trackers! Very nice, very professional. Found all the spots we thought needed attending and pointed out others we had missed. We will for sure use them again. Thanks!

Description of Work: My chimney was fixed and I had to trust their comments. I didn't climb the roof, I could only see the results from the ground.

Description of Work: I needed the mailbox holes sealed as well as cracks filled and missing mortar replaced on the house. Some were done, but not all. They came, got right to work and then left without further discussion of what could be finished. Never discussed doing more for an additional fee, which I would have been willing to pay for a complete job. I was happy with the part that they did finish, but disappointed at what was left undone. They did not let me know that they were done/leaving, but simply left. It just wasn't as professional as I am used to.

Description of Work: They repaired some cracks we had in our stone exterior grouting. They did a very good job. They repaired some other joints that had leaked that I was not aware of.

Description of Work: Fantastic! He gave me an overview of current needs to address in the future but addressed a major brickwork problem on my 2nd story leak by a window. I was really impressed by his knowledge & work ethics. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: I purchased the deal in order to get some repairs to some masonry around my pool. Upon inspection, we agreed with the contractor that the work envisioned was not appropriate, so they did nothing. Contractor was honest and I appreciate their being forthright. Much more extensive work by a pool company will probably be required; the services that leak Trackers would have provided would not have helped in the long run.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list Big Deal. They did some of the repairs, and tracked a leak for me. The work (mortar repair) looks good. I had other work that was needed, but felt their price was a little high...another $300. They are very good at finding the cause of leaks, and their mortar work looks good. I just didn't have another $300 to spend at that time.

Description of Work: Deal should clearly say that what it would it cover for $300 service. Company offered to bring-in 3 contractors at $100 an hour. That means I can get only one hour of work from them. I really needed one person to come over and help instead. Company said they don't work like. It would have been nice if the deal had mentioned this clearly so that there is no confusion at the time of purchase.
