Description of Work: Services were performed, however not the services for which I had contacted this company. My problem entailed bricks that had fallen off my chimney. This company did come out but upon review of what my problem was, they were not able to take care of it. This was out of scope of their normal work. What they did do was fill in some mortar that was missing in places around my porch,etc. They were here for over an hour. Due to what they stated was incorrect building of my chimney from the get go, they would charge app. 3,000 to 4,000 to correct problem and stated we would be better off finding another company who specialized in this type of work. Description of Work: They did leak detection by crawling around in a very tight spaces on our low roof. They found leaking around a attic fan and quickly sealed, caulked area. I also had about 6 sprawling bricks on my fireplace that they treated and refaced and painted to match. This work was done with Angie's list coupon.

Description of Work: I had purchased a deal on masonry ($150 for $300 worth of repairs). I got a phone call the same day, as a crew was in my vicinity. Masonry on a couple of small retaining walls was crumbling and some stones were threatening to tumble out. The foreman offered to repair the worst places to show me the quality of their work and to cover the deal I had purchased. He gave me an estimate for the rest of the masonry work - which came to approximately $1,200. The "sample" looked good, so I agreed. Additionally, they inspected the perimeter of the house for possible problems, and found that the insulation around the windows had cracked. I received an estimate for the work they thought was needed. I am considering using their services again, but I need to get a few estimates from companies performing similar work before I commit to the $4,000 repairs.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly on time. They fixed the small area of stonework that had come dislodged in my pool area. They have 3 workers that stay for one hour so the ad is a bit misleading...you think someone will be there for 3 hours and that is not the case. You also need to be organized as they arrive promptly and are ready to go to work right away.

Description of Work: They repaired some masonry connected to my house flower beds and showed me other leaks and repaired them for me. They were on-time, courteous and professional. The repairs seemed somewhat expensive for what was done. Other than that I was very pleased.

Description of Work: They talked me into having my windows looked at to be replaced, which I did not want to do. When I called them to come back and do the work I initially hired them to do they charged me $3000.00 and wanted cash or check only! Stating that the $450.00 in the Angie's deal was used up on the first day when they looked at the windows and sealed a few areas. I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: Nice appearance. only time will tell if the product prevents future leaks. |One of the issues I have with vendors on Angie's List is this: They sell a certain amount of time for a price - for example, 3 hours for $300 - They they show up with 3 men and say you get three men for 1 hour, not 1 man for 3 hours. If the project is in a confined space and only one man can work at a time, that's bad.

Description of Work: They provided a tuck pointing service for bricks that had separated and needed remortering. Simply said, this is THE most value out of any special promotion that I have ever participated in. The provider was fair, effecient, timely and very good at their job, in addition to the fact that their service is a uniquely creative solution to this problem. Highly recommend!
