Description of Work: Company did not perform any service as the need of our repair is beyond their scope of service. Very professional when called and were able to recommend other providers on Angie's list that may be able to help us. Asking for a refund since no service can be provided.

Description of Work: Leak Trackers came and sealed the leak on the roof that was around the pipe that was coming out of the air vent upstairs in the attic.

Description of Work: The problem was rain coming through a window frame during the heavy rains in May and early June. Terry quickly determined the cause of the leaks and remedied the problem. I have had no leaks since then but we have not had heavy rains since then either.

Description of Work: Bought a $225 deal on Angie's list to have window leak sealed plus a roof flashing leak taken care of. They addressed the roof leak, but when it came to the window, they said they could not fix it unless they did a lot of other work. If they didn't do the other work, they would be unable to warranty their work because it wasn't done correctly. The estimate for the additional work was a few thousand dollars to address cracks in the brick work before the window could be addressed. I understand the desire to do the work correctly, but it felt like a lot of upselling. | |I will say that the gentleman who own Leak Trackers knew a lot about water intrusion in the home. I ended up caulking the flashing around the window myself and it has not leaked since. I realize that this is not a permanent fix, but I was also unwilling to pay several thousand dollars to have a window leak addressed. I could replace several windows and a lot of masonry for that kind of $. | |At the end of the day I got a roof leak fixed for $225 which is pretty pricey.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $300 worth of masonry work and due to additional work I asked for there was an extra cost of $500.

Description of Work: Reset bricks and grout, added sealant and shims where needed in the front and side of my house where house has settled . Very knowledgeable , would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: Detected and searched for sources of water leak. We have appeared to have identified and repaired several. There response was quick and work was efficient--no messing around. They stayed very busy the entire day. We will find out in the next heavy rain if everything holds up. But we have a 5 year warranty on the work.
