Description of Work: Cory did a wonderful job of explaining his service offerings. I had four windows sealed and some cracks in the masonry repaired. That same day, we experienced heavy rains and for the first time in months the windows didn't leak! I plan on having Leak Trackers seal all of my windows as my budget allows.

Thank you for such a prompt review. However, a "B" for price is a bit discouraging considering the job was repairing damaged brick done to the garage from a vehicle running/backing into it. I see the invoice was for $480 - $320 for the coupon purchased on Angie's List + $50 for material per the fine print in the coupon which made your out of pocket a total of $210. Had there been any more damage done it could have easily cost more. -Amanda

Description of Work: Very through and Terry does a good job. They take a little longer but you can tell the work is superior. They replaced the flashing on a balcony and textures and repainted a wall that was impacted by the leak. I had this balcony done several years ago and you can tell how better is was done this time.

Description of Work: Bought the "deal" of "$149 for $300" worth of work, hoping to get my chimney sealed. Little did I know, the company would not let me off with only $300 worth of work; they were somehow able to find $1200 worth of leaks on the roof, when I only wanted the chimney repaired. The owner then blamed ME for wasting his and his crew's time. Sorry pal, I didn't force you to bring 4 guys to a small job. | |The owner was extremely unprofessional, and [literally] flashed a wad of money in my face, telling me I needed to "stack more chips" so I could afford his services. | |First of all, it's not about having the money... it's about being aware of what you're paying for, and not being manipulated by some teaser deal. Second, I would never use this company again due to their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the client.

When we were doing the coupons we arrive at your location early morning. I had five people on the clock while we were discussing what you needed it is not unusual to find additional work that goes beyond the $300 credit The coupon covers.after explaining to you three times what needed doing and why the coupon wouldn't cover everything again as the 5 are standing waiting for you to pull the trigger on what we were doing I concurr tensions did rise a bit because I felt you didn't appreciate a fair rate and how a 5 man crew could do a volume of work in a short amount of time. However I agree with you in that I would never consider working for you again either. We both whole heartedly agree I'm not a good fit for your needs. Can't say I'm sorry tho because we don't do sub-standard work and it seemed to me that's who you expected.

Description of Work: They charged $100.00/hr for unskilled labor to get the ?$300.00?? price they claim. The supervisor (who left after ten minutes) couldn't seem to get a grasp on the job and left it to me to explain and followup. They repaired two bricks with cement in the hour and a half the two labors were here. At $100.00 x 2 x 1.5 gets their $300.00s worth of work for $149.99. Not worth $50.00. A real rip-off.

Well aren't you just a joy. For your information normally we charge 112.50 per man hour. For the coupon you said we provided 3 man hours that's normal. I evidently was there for my health I don't require any compensation for my time right? Then in reguards to our confusion the crew was quite capable and not at all confused then to imply I left because I was not capable of understanding. Wow your a piece of work. My mama warned me about people like you. Thankfully your kind are a very small percentage of the people we encounter on this platform. Next time do me a favor instead of purchasing a coupon buy yourself a clue. You need one badly.
