I cannot recommend Terry and his crew enough! Terry returned my call within minutes and made an appointment for the next day. He and two other men arrived right on time and within a half hour had figured out a troublesome leak issue. We had seen evidence of water dripping down the window blinds of one window, but the window was well-caulked and the source was not obvious. We previously had called a professional roofer to take a look, and he found nothing, shrugged his shoulders and took off. By contrast, Terry listened carefully to our description of the problem, and he and his crew looked at the windows and roof and gutters and climbed into the attic to check things out there. They found the slightest of problems -- three shingles that had been nailed too close to the edge so that in wind and rain they could be lifted to create a small leak. That's all it was! They repaired the shingle issue and sealed the area. Problem solved! And for only $100. No giving up until they found the problem, and no selling up once they did. Terry was punctual, professional and effective. The experience could not have been more positive. I recommend these guys highly.

I own a townhouse with a flat roof. The leaks had persisted off and on over time. By the time I found Terry, I had already spent a lot of money, time and aggravasion with other roofers, consultants, EIFs contractors, infrared inspections, etc. I could tell that Terry and his team were more well rounded than a traditional roofer. He was eager to get to the source of the problem rather than simply put another layer of roofing material on and disappear. Based on past experiences, I was very skeptical and almost pushed him to his limits during the initial negotiations. Fortunately, he remained patient, provided some references and proceeded with the work. Terry and his crew were prompt, professional and overall good people. Several months later.....I am leak free and anticipate hiring Leak Trackers to repair the interior damage that was caused by historical leaks. The services were not cheap but, it was cheaper than therapy that may have been needed had the leaks continued

I used them to track down some leaks went through every nook and cranny. They drew up an estimate which ended up being a few grand. They want to reseal the whole house up. I did not have a need for it at the time. I did ask them to replace one of the whirly birds on my roof. They are fine. They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. They provided me with information. They have very good communication. They did exactly what I expected them to do. I got exactly what I was looking for and I did not want any more than that. The price to come out and look was fine. They were very responsive and the little work that I had them do while they were here was good. They were very professional.

Guys were on time, thorough and a joy to work with. Spent all day in the cold caulking.

He found a lot of leaks in my roofer.

They came as they said they would. They worked on the areas that they said would. Along the way, as he saw areas that he could improve, he checked with me for approval. He painted the wood in the front porch a lighter color than it originally was. This small detail was a large improvement. Also he noted that the wood here was separated from the stucco. He sealed it up; this porch looks so much better. Painting the chimney cap to match the house was another example of the extra steps he took. I was very happy with the work done. At the very end, they cleaned the sidewalk with a power water washer. The sidewalks look better than I have ever seen them look.

Though the estimate was prepared before the holidays, work was tentatively scheduled for the week of 7 January. Talking to Terry C, the owner of Leak Trackers the week before, the best two days to perform this work was selected. It was appreciated that Terry was willing to do the work when weather would best allow door replacement since the entire door jam had to be removed and replaced and the new door would have to be painted and that shouln't be done in freezing temps. One problem we never anticipated was that the alarm system sensor in the existing door jam would need to be replaced as well. Terry was able to find a good substitute that worked fine, even though the alarm company told me that my old system was obsolete and I should move to a system with wireless sensors. The sensor Terry found has worked fine without any issues the past three weeks between the time the door was replaced and when writing this review and his willingness to go out of his way to solve this problem within his original price was much appreciated. Terry found interior and exterior paint that very closely matched the existing colors. The laundry room vents and brick masonry cracks were also replaced on this and one follow-on day. The cracks in the brick were filled with closely matching red color and it is hard to find the areas of masonry and brick that were cracked. All work was done in a very satisfactory manner. As when working with Leak Trackers in one job in the past, they arrived on time, stood behind their commitments and Terry applied his and his crews full attention to the work at my house during the time they were here, rather than splitting their attention between this and other jobs.

Leak Trackers assessed the issue and resealed around the roof line/window areas (cleaning out old caulking/sealant and replacing it), and removed the unsightly mortar repair a previous contractor had applied so that it looks like new! A sealant was also applied to the exterior brick. The crew was punctual and attentive to detail - the work is also guaranteed with a 5 year warranty against further leaks.

I called Leak Trackers to fix a leak in my skylight. Terry came over early the next morning before the scheduled rain hit and fixed the leak. He also checked my windows, soffits, and the roof. There were several places on the roof that needed attention and he corrected the problems. Leak Trackers is professional, pleasant, skilled and knowledgeable. I will use the company again.

Three men came to the house to inspect roof for wind and hail damage. I had two areas in my house that were leaking and I wanted a second opinion to what the insurance company had told me. They were thorough and seemed knowledgeable about roofs. They took pictures of areas on the roof that were causing problems.

Terry C (owner of Leaktrackers) estimated and took two 6 hrs days to complete this job. I appreciated that he stayed with his crew members almost throughout the job, directing and supervising their effort. Terry was very professional and took time in explaining what materials and methods he would (and did) use and explain why they were superior to the original building of the house. Much care was taken to provide a color-matched masonry filler that I could hardly tell where it was by sight after application and can tell by feel will provide a flexible and, most important to me, a long lasting water-tight seal. Terry gives a two year warranty on leaks not reappearing once he fixes them. The painting and texturing of the kitchen areas were similarly well done in a careful dropcloth-covering-everything manner. Leaktrackers will be my first choice for a home repair company in the future.

They replaced exhaust vent covers with much better ones, sealed around them and touched up bad mortar in the area. The repair looks good. It hasn't rained, so I don't know if the leak is fixed.

Terry and his crew arrived on time. They knew what the problem was right away and fixed the leak for me. He did a whole house evaluation and found numerous issues that he recommended we repair. He gave me a full report and was very easy to talk to... no pressure at all. I wish that I would have used his company to do an inspection before we purchased the home... but, it's too late for that. I would recommend them.

I believe that Terry did a fine job and made me feel secure in knowing that he found lots of places in the bricks where cracks were that I had not even noticed. He had two young men helping him and they were respectful and efficient in working together and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would recommend and use Leak Trackers again.

Good. Terry came in with his crew and did a thorough inspection. Seems to be very knowledgeable on the subject. Point out and gave recommendations on some of the areas that needs repair. I am not sure if I use him again, because the quote that he gave for the actual work performed is very high. Other than that, I am satisfied with the inspection that he did.

I had a coupon for a $39 leak Leak Analysis on my house since I had a leak in the corner of my kitchen. Terry came out on June 18 and wrote up a analysis and gave me the price for it. It was a very extensive analysis and identified things I didn't even know could be a problem. At the time I could not afford to do all the repairs Several personal things happened that kept me from making any repairs, but Terry and I stayed in touch. I finally had the money to at least get the roof repaired so I called Terry and got on his schedule. Terry was here when he said he would be. He and his crew had the roof repairs done in a couple of hours. He went above and beyond in the repairs. He found a place where the squirrels had been chewing a hole in side of my house right below the roof line and fixed that as well. He showed me the lead pipes and the places the squirrels had chewed holes in them. He replaced those with pipes made of materials the squirrels don't like to chew on. Terry, his daughter and his crew where professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They are customer service oriented and friendly. I would recommend Terry to anyone. As soon as I have the rest of the money saved up I will have Terry back out to fix the other items he had on his Leak Assessment.

They came at 7am like they said they would. They finished in a few hours, and everything looked great! Next rain we had, I heard nothing from the fireplace which was great!

They did an incredible job. You can't even tell a difference in mortar color. They found problems we didn't even know we had yet so it saved us money down the road. It hasn't rained yet since it's middle of summer in Texas but we don't expect any problems. These guys were very professional and treated our house like their own. They are very conscientious. They were late the day they showed up for the estimate but that stuff can happen when visiting multiple sites in a day. We totally recommend Leak Trackers to anyone with leaks due to mortar issues. The repairs appear to be effective--a few rainstorms have occurred since then and all seems good. Terry did mention that he would take care of some electric issues at my mom's house across the street, but he didn't follow up on these items so I had to call an electrician.

He always backs his work. He fixed a leak one day and then it started to leak so he came back promptly and fixed it without charging me more money. I could not recommend him enough. He is wonderful. He only uses top quality materials.

It was fantastic. They were really good. He knew exactly what to do. It looks so good you can’t even tell it was replaced. It looks very nice. He was very friendly. He said he would come at 8 o-clock and he was here at 8 and ready to start work. It was very professionally. He made sure I was satisfied before I made the payment.
