It well well. I had a big job and couldn't pay for everything at once, so we will do a little work each year until its all finished. The parts they did do look seamless.

It went great!! They did what they said they would do in the time they said and for the price the quoted me. I highly recommend the to everyone. At first I was not sure about how the windows were supposed to seal and they made another trip to my home to show me and explain without any additional charge and were very nice and understanding. The workers were fast efficient & worked very hard. The boss & supervisor were very knowledgeable & polite. They took the time to explain in laymen's terms what needed to be done, what could be done & why. The receipts were also very detailed & explanatory. I was more than impressed, I was FLOORED by their knowledge, honesty, integrity & enthusiasm for their jobs. The boss was around & remembered when our house was built almost 20 years ago & in fact did some warranty repairs for the Builder. This knowledge gave him insight into our roof leak & how to fix it, which they did. We've had a LOT of rain since & NO LEAKS! After dealing with this problem off and on for almost 20 years, it's such a weight off to finally have it resolved! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any masonry, or leak repairs!!!

Guys got there earlier than expected. Very professional. Gave good sound advice. Have used them in the past and will do so in the future

Terry and his crew are awesome! He had a team of 4 and they worked for 4 hours to complete the job. I did sign up for his deal, but even if we had paid full price, it would have been more than fair. Terry called me immediately after I signed up and scheduled a time to come. He even came a day early to be sure he would have what was needed to complete the job. He came earlier than expected the next day to do the work. First they went up, took pictures that showed us what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Terry has wide knowledge regarding the best products for the job. It's good and rare to find subcontractors that really think things through. But he is also very smart. He ripped out the faulty work that had been done previously, rebuilt our cricket and filled in missing mortar using his own special mixture. He even did the extra work of repairing other mortar that had fallen out on the side of the house. The mortar matched perfectly! It hasn't rained yet, but I feel sure that the problem is fixed. I also feel sure that if it isn't, he will come back again. We have another roof problem, and I will definitely get him to work on that as well. He also took a look at another problem on another house related to a leak, and had a great idea to cosmetically fix what the other workers had done. Genius! I am very, very pleased with the work that he did.

Inspection went well. Was given an estimate for whole house remediation plan.

They thoroughly explained the work needed, helped prioritize, and then made suggestions for saving $$. They were able to do all the work in one day. Arrived early and worked their tails off in the heat of a hot summer day. Very pleased with the quality, price, and peace of mind that it's all complete.

Terry was an honest professional who exceeding my expectations. I was in a bind to get a repair done before closing on a house purchase but he was able to step up on a very tight schedule; completed his work with pride! I would not hesitate to use him again and again as I know the house will require upkeep or repair in the years to come.

Very good I think as the mortar and sealing looks good but only time will tell on the quality and durability of the work.

They showed up promptly and fully explained all work that would be performed and let me know of the evaluation of the house as we went.

I do know the cost, but I’m embarrassed to say it because I know it’s a lot. The thing is, I’ve read all of the reviews and they’ve got a ton of reviews on Angie’s List site and most of them are good. The only thing they get marked down on is cost. My only point of comparison is the other people who came out, all wanted to replace my windows, which would have been even more costly. He knew how to fix them and he guaranteed his work. So, I said, “hey, “if it’s less than replacing the windows, I’ll go for it!” I can tell you that everybody else on Angie’s List site thinks he’s expensive, but I don’t have any plan comparison. Nobody else would give me an estimate just for fixing the windows, they wanted to replace them. It was more than I wanted to pay, but you never want to pay to fix windows. Their windows are leaking, this is not something that you want to pay for. He’s kind of a Texas good old boy, so his professionalism is not the same as with some other companies you do business with, but I don’t have any complaints. He was just a good old boy, not a suit and tie guy. At this point I would use them again, we’ll wait and see if the windows leak again, but assuming that they don’t then, yea!

Leak Trackers pointed out a number of issues with my house and estimate on fixing them. I will have another review when and if I can afford to have the work done.

They did a great job, very responsive, and came out when they said they would, and the bill was relatively reasonable.

Their masonry guy did a great job of matching the mortar color and used a special epoxy in addition to repair the cracks and reinstall the coping stones to avoid future cracking. Was really impressed with the quality of the job and the attention to detail of the mason.

Job turned out well. I'm not familiar with cost for masonry repairs. But I wonder if it was worth 2000.00. And I was told I could only write a check instead of out it on my credit card.

I will never use them again. For the time, he came, he start bringing his stuff. I think he start timing when he parked the car, but by the time he he take all his instruments and put it together, and his machinery, I said wait a minute I still have an half hour and I said I seen you from the window, you were just standing against the tree and smoking cigarettes. I don't pay you for break. Especially if it's only 2 hours. Unprofessional too. I don't expect from my boss to have every 2 hours break. Then I asked him how much he would charge me, because he was done, I pinpointed that your time is not up yet. He said I don't get paid by hour, and I said you made an agreement with Angie's List. And he said that will cost you $300.00. His attitude and professionalism and he acted like he was my boss and I am not customer. His attitude how he talked to me back, and when I asked him something he was very negative and argumentative.

They did an awesome job. They did a really nice job.

Work was done in a timely fashion but he is very expensive for the work produced. He repaired brick cracks but you can easily tell where he repaired it - just blew some brick dust on the caulking to make it match. Does not look like it matched very well, rather sloppy. He did seal some leaks we were having, that part of the job went well. They were done in 4 hrs and charged us $1600.

Since this is the first time I been associated with this type of work, I am putting my trust in Angie's List review and their ability to weed out unsavory contractors and elected to a major portions of the work done. All in all I am happy with the work

Perfect! They called in route, arrived on time, accomplished the work quickly and efficiently and we are going to have them back to do some other projects!

Leak Trackers came out using the Angie's list discount and repaired the section of the house that the coupon would cover. They also gave us a fair estimate to repair the rest and we are deciding whether will do it ourselves or not. If we decide to have it done by a professional we will definitely use Leak Trackers as they did a great job and were easy to deal with.

It was fine. There were no additional charges. The quality of their work was good.

They came out and I show them what needed to be worked on. He explain to me what had to be done in a nice and polite way. They did an outstanding job. I would hire Leak Trackers again. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on mortar, brick and stone.
