They were great. They did the inspection and walked me through step by step of what they had done. They recommended some repairs but we didn’t go with them at the time.

They were awesome - if I didn't know where the cracks were I would never be able to see the repair. The color was such a perfect match! They were very punctual and so friendly - I would definitely use their services again.

It was good. They charge us a little bit more and want a lot more money for other stuff and wanted done. We ended up stopping the $225 that they recommend and we have a lot more stuff done. We mainly had large gas spilled in the outside masonry that has been cracked for a while and large services that we have told them. The masonry is expensive and pricy because it has special trade and it is hard to get a good price on their specialty services. So, when I saw $225 as a big deal to get what I need to have done.

This was a deal - $150 for $300 worth of services. Thank heaven I didn't pay full price. I was impressed from the start - they came out as soon as I requested service. They were half an hour late - not terrible. But for "$300", they used caulk (not mortar) to fix a 4" strip of mortar that had fallen out. However, the superficial work looks nice - they covered the entire surface with a thin coating of caulk and sand to make it all match. I do not feel that I received $300 worth of service, but the end result looks very nice.

They worked hard and had a great eye for the details, I could not be more satisfied, they saw stuff that I did not see.

Used the big deal to see if they could find a leak in one of the bathrooms. They checked out the exterior of my home and found a whole lot if issues. He gave me estimates (can't remember the exact amount) that I thought were too high. I really just wanted the leak in the bathroom repaired and thought that maybe the flashing around the roof vents was where the leak was occurring so I had them replace two of them. It took about a half hour and cost $400.

Terry and his crew finished a liitle before noon. The work looked great and I wrote him a check for 1520.00. The only problem I have is that the coupon was for 225.00 for 4 hours work. The coupon said the 4 hours of work would normally be 360.00. They actually worked about 4 hours and 10 minutes. There were 3 men so that would equal 12 hours of work. With the 225.00 coupon and the 1520.00 I ended up paying 1745.00. That comes out to 436.25 per hour or 145.21 per hour per man. I supplied the brick and I do not think the mortar they used was particularly expensive. Also in the zone with the crack between the stones there was a brick missing at the top where animals can get into our attic. This was not fixed. Even at the normal rate of 360.00 for 4 hours x 3 men the total would be 1080.00. i am not sure what the other 665.00 was for. These gentlemen were very professional, courteous and polite and their work is good. I do wish they had replaced that one brick and had not charged so much. I would use them in the future if I could afford them.

Terry Clyde arrived on time, and gave a sales presentation about his services. I advised I was only interested in getting the roof repaired for the BIG DEAL price He continued to describe the multiple services they offered, flashed some brochure around and asked if he could look around and identify any areas of concern. About an hour later he comes back with a bid for $7560 - really?? I only wanted the roof fixed. I looked over his estimate and agreed yes, those areas do need work, but I do not want it done now. I said please fix the roof and that is all I need. This is where is gets tricky and is totally my fault for saying YES. I am writing this review as a caution to others. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU AGREE TO ANYTHING MR CLYDE IS OFFERING. When I said I only wanted the roof fixed, no other services, Mr Terry Clyde offered this sob story about how they drove so far, all the way from Richardson (which I don't consider that far, I drive it every day) for only $39 fee and they had families to feed, this young man with him has four children. You wouldn't want them to go hungry now? I am sure he meant it in a "funny" way but it did not sit well with me afterwards. At this point, I felt harrassed and pinned in, and I stupidly agreed to move forward with the one of the least expensive items on the estimate which was still $2400. Terry Clyde and his helper worked about 4 hours, and they were done. I asked to see what they had completed during the four hours and he gave me a brief 10-minute review in the yard, pointing here and there, hawking his special product water-leakage that no one else has access to. Then started in again about all the other services they offer. By that time, I just wanted him to leave and get out of my sight. I do not think I received $2400 of value for the work that was done. I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances. It is my opinion that Terry Clyde is all showmanship and minimal delivery.

They did the job, and I was pleased with what they did. They came out within a week of me purchasing the big deal. There were no additional charges for the service.

The men showed up on time and worked through the time contracted. Since three men came, it was a total of approximately 1.25 hours of work. I am very pleased with how the front of my house looks. There were several cracks next to the windows due to settlement which were unsightly. It is impossible to differentiate the repair from the original mortar. It looks amazing. The time only covered the front of my house and I was given a proposal for the remainder which was just over $2000. The coupon is intended to give you an introduction to their work, which I must admit- is impressive. Although I had not intended to spend $2000 on the mortar of my house, I will seriously be thinking about having them finish the rest of the house.

In stead of actually checking for leaks in roof, windows and walls. They simply gave me an estimate for over $9000 for resealing the entire roof, windows and doors. My house was built in 2007. They quoted for services I absolutely didn't need. Total waste of money.

It went REALLY well - I am VERY satisfied, and would recommend Terry and crew to anyone.

Terry and his assistant removed loose and failing mortar to repair cracks that were showing in the stone facade on the front of our home. They came the morning after I called, were early and got right to work. The match of the new mortar to the existing one was spot on! Terry was very professional and explained the work performed.

Terry showed up promptly to start the job, Fixing and repairing loose bricks and structural cracks around home as well as cast stone repair. Mortar color matched great. He was professional as well as just being an over all great guy! I would highly recommend Terry to anyone and will use him in the future if the need arises

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was awesome. They repaired everything and I didn't have to tell them what to do. They went along all the brick and looked at it and repaired what they needed to repair. What they couldn't repair, they explained why and what I needed to do to fix it. I didn't spend any additional.

He arrived on time. He was very pleasant and informative. He was Excellent and a true artist with this fix. I can not tell where the cracks even were located!!

I recently purchased a house that has a stone two story entryway that ties into the brick of the house. The mortar joint had crumbled at that junction and needed to be repaired to keep water out. We also had 3 cracks in our brick over a patio. Terry and Crowe arrived on time. They quickly assessed the scope of the work and began work in a timely fashion. The color match of the mortar is outstanding. Terry did a geat job of explaining why and how the mortar had failed and what it would take to fix. He also tooke the time to educate me on what other items needed to be done around the exterior of my house to seal it off from the elements, such as caulking around the windows, trim pieces at the roof line etc. He provided me with a price but went out of his way to advise me how I could do it myself if I chose to. Outstanding value received for the price. I would recommend Terry and his crew to all my neighbors and friends. Thanks guys, it was great meeting you.

A local plumbing company badly damaged my exterior wall while repairing pipes. I spoke to several contractors, but Terry at Leak Trackers was the ONLY one who was honest and told me that the brick was custom and couldn't be matched. While others had offered to fix the problem at extremely high prices without telling me that it wouldn't be an exact match, Terry found an alternative at a fair price and, since I am out of town, sent photos and was available by phone with complete details, an honest assessment, and a real concern for my property and for my satisfaction with his work. He is by far the best contractor I've ever worked with - his work is excellent, he is extremely professional, and he is highly ethical. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.

Terry came out and reviewed my problem areas where I was getting water penetration. He pointed out several problem areas and told me they were an easy fix just caulking was required but you had to make sure the right caulk was used and old material properly removed. While I appreciated his knowledge and careful inspection his quote to actually perform the fixes seemed very high. I was told it would take a day and he and a helper would perform the tasks. His bid was over $2,000.

The job was very well done. The team was punctual and did a great job. The price was very high. $2200 for 7 hours of work seemed like a lot but the overall quality of work was good.

Very satisfied with the work done. Terry was able to get more work done during the 4 hours than I thought was possible. The color match is great, he even mixed a couple different colors because of the variations in my current mortar. Would definitely recommend to others.

They did a great job. They did it on a holiday weekend, I think that it was on a Sunday. They did not charge me extra, in fact they charged me less, so I was pleased. He did give me a discount that I was not expecting. They got the job done in a timely manner. I thought that it was a good price. I would use them again.

Terry arrived on time, I showed him what was to be done and he got started. I sat and worked inside while he worked outside. I saw him walking around different parts of the house, and wondered what he was doing, since I had only neede the one crack done outside. I found out later that he swept the entire house, and repaired a bunch of cracks that we didn't know about! He finished in about 3 1/2 hours, and took the last 1/2 hour to show me around and answer all my questions. The results were amazing! I wish I had taken pictures of the cracks before they were repaired, since you would never know they were there unless you look very close! Terry was very forthcoming about all his work, and even told me where I could get some of the heavy-duty polyurethane caulk he used for some of the repairs. I would highly recommend Terry's company to anyone, and already have to a friend that has moved close by.

This is a review of a company called Leak Trackers:Terry (owner) the of Leak Trackers came out to my house and quoted me the following: Fix window leaking - 11@ 120 + 1 @ 180 = $1,500 Fix misc. leaking issues around house - 8 @ 160 = $1,280 Paint house - $6,000. If I paid cash and in 3 payments- he would discount to $8,000. 1st week of Jan - Terry called me to follow up on status of HOA approval. I asked him at that time if my windows had been fixed per the quote because we had rain in the forecast for the week. He informed me that the trimming of windows would fix the leaks. This statement had me wondering why I was being charged $1,500 for fixing leaking windows. The next day, I called and asked for a quote breaking down cost. He was very upset and started yelling at me because I request an itemized quote. Then he told me that he was looking for way out of this deal. He then called me back and apologized stating that he was caught off guard and he was offended that I didn't trust him. At this point he emailed me this quote : Fix window leaking 11@ 120 + 1 @ 180 = $1,500 fix misc. leaking issues around house 8 @ 160 = $1,280 Add vinyl strips = $600 add flashing = $250 trim Material = $800 trim Entire house = $1,800 Prep and Paint exterior house = $3,000 Total cost = $9,230 Still discounted down to $8,000 due to cash payments. The beginning of the next week I called to tell him that I was going to give him his way out of this deal. That I would feel better just ending the contract. I asked him to pick up the material from my house and asked him to do a true up for the work that he had completed and to see if there was a refund for anything not used. He informed me that he was in the hole financially for the work that he had completed. That he had 60 hours involved and he charges $80 per hour. I reminded him that the week before he told me he charges $40 per hour but he was giving me a discount at $20 per hour. Then he told me that he doesn't work by the hour. He had also purchased the trim at $600 that he was now having to stock and sell (so he will be paid for this material twice). He offered to give me back $200 from the 1st payment I had given to him. Once I told him that I would be posting this review online, he offered me a $300 refund. The only work that I can see that he completed was adding vinyl strips - $600 Adding flashing - $250 For a total cost of $850. 1st Payment - $2,000 refund - ($300) Total payment - $1,700 I believe that I was over charged by a minimum of $850 based on Terry's quote he provided me. I know that I should have required a written itemized quote from the start but the real issue was the customer service that I received after asking for it.
