Leak Trackers

The leak Tracker team arrived when promised and did a fantastic job. The price provided to accomplish the work was also quite fair and reasonable.

Leak Trackers was not used for these repairs.

.The only good thing I can say about this Angie's List "Deal" is that I LOST $149.00 to learn that Leak Trackers is a company that I do NOT want to do business with.

These guys are great. Terry has extensive knowledge of construction and how water does what it does (hence the name Leak Trackers). He and his people are excellent technicians/artisans and experts in repairing issues with mortar and making them undetectable. I've used them on a small job and now on a big job and will unquestionably use them whenever I can. Two thumbs up and highly recommend them!

Terry and his team are fantastic. Very nice, very professional, and very informative. Terry came out and diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote up-front, and had his team out the next week and got the job done in about four hours. The timing was perfect, as there was an epic storm last night, and guess what? No leaks! I would recommend Leak Trackers to anyone who has waterproofing or leak concerns and wants to get the job done RIGHT.

He and his team replaced and filled several grouts cracks. I would use them again.

The pricing could have been a little better, and there were some scheduling issues early in the project. However, everything turned out well aside from that. They showed on time, were courteous and friendly, and did a good job with the repairs.

Leak Trackers showed up when promised, looked over what we needed to have done (fill in mortar on cracks around window and garage door) and then proceeded to repair the mortar and fix the caulking and sealant problems which were likely the cause of the mortar problems in the first place. First rate service. Thanks!

Work was completed as expected. Work went so great, I am using them again for a different project.

Great!!! Call and arrived earlier than scheduled and went right to work inspecting and sealing the entire perimeter of the house. Everyone was very nice and explained everything being done.

I purchased an Angie's List special - $300 worth of work for $150. His helper repaired the crack in 15 minutes while the contact person spent his time looking for other issues and trying to sell me on buying a $13000 repair package (that included a $4000 discount). Turned that "deal" down. Like my old Grandpappy used to say, " I might have been born at night but it wasn't last night..." Kinda makes me cautious about Angie's List specials......

It was a negative experience overall, and I won't be working with them.

They seemed very capable and did an excellent job with the tuckpointing. However, I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the brick repair. Specifically, they used a quick-setting cement that doesn't match the original cement which makes the wall look bad. Furthermore, he gave an estimate for some additional services that ended up being much too high partly because he bid on sealing several windows when, in reality, this wasn't necessary since the windows are brand new.

I called them and they showed up within the hour to my house with all appropriate equipment and staff. They were very polite and informative. They searched my hot and dark attic for the source of the leak then proceeded to fix the area on the roof. I watched fix the roof with caulk and fix some exhaust vents with a hammer on the roof that had been installed incorrectly. I felt that they did a great job, but I didn't feel as the repair work was worth the amount I was charged. BUT I have also not ever had roof work done and am not sure what it should cost. So far I have not had any leaks (it hasn't rained much either). I appreciated their work, proffessionalism, and punctuality. They were done in less than 2 hours.

The service went well. They did all 3 services for me. I paid an additional fee to have them do some extra brick work on the back side of the house. I was very pleased that they could match up the new grout with the grout in the other bricks. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. A crew of four came out and completed the service in about 3-4 hours. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Great work, and pointed out some areas in need of repair to avoid future water damage/leakage.

He had two helpers who were young that needed lots of directions. . All in all the finished job looks good. I had bought a $149 coupon for two hours work valued at $300. But It took more time and he asked for $300 more. Thought it was a little high, especially him having two helpers.

Great job. Friendly and knowledgable, on time, and was flexible to my time table and need to have an early appointment and still get to work on time. Would use them again and again.

The owner was on vacation at that time, and could not make the deal.

We had no issues and were very impressed with the job they did. They matched the mortar perfectly. Scheduling was fine. They even called us to see if they could come out sooner. There were no additional costs involved.

I had bad cracks and broken bricks in one exterior wall due to past foundation problems and some minor issues with missing mortar in other areas. Terry and his son came out and we did a walk around. Terry found loose bricks that I hadn't noticed. Being a leak expert, he also pointed out a lot of areas where we could have potential moisture problems where windows met brick and he even found window trim that didn't have any caulking at all. I decided to have all the work done. Terry matched the old mortar like an artist. He even went over some mortar of patches that were done a couple of years ago during a re-model. Now, even the old repair matches the original mortar! If I hadn't seen the cracks and broken bricks before he applied his talents, I'd never be able to spot the fixes. The price for all the repairs was not cheap but it was worth every penny.
