Unfortunately, Terry has no business acumen. He did the consult, which was simply him telling me what he thought the problem was. He said it would be $12000 to fix what sounds like $2500 worth of work. I asked him to put everything in writing, and he responded with a very vague quote. After further questions on the vague quote, it was quite clear he had no basis for the $12000 bid. He got very snappy and rude and did it all via email. Before you deal with Terry and his biz, please look elsewhere. I have no doubt he knows his stuff, but he's grossly overpriced. Biggest waste of $85 I've experienced in a long time.

Catherine, his daughter, was in touch with me pretty quickly. Better than that, Terry contacted me and explained his solution - as the job didn't appear to be done correctly the first time. He said he'd be at my home around noon and was. He quickly repaired the mortar and it now looks as though there never was an issue! Overall, we are tremendously satisfied!

Sad or not, the repairs recommended would NOT have fixed the problem. It was the chimney cap, which this contractor insisted was NOT the issue. $2700 was the estimate, and it wouldn't have solved the issue.

It went great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It went fine. They did good quality work.

Handed me a bid for $11,300.00. to seal cracks in grout and re-caulk windows with his polyurethane product. $11,300......wow.

They were very prompt and got the job done, very pleasant people. Very, Very, Very Expensive and they did not honor or mention the Senior Discount., that made me very unhappy. He said he did some small work on upstairs windows, 1 hour instead of the senior discount - $670??????? Have since had a price to seal windows with the same product and the same warranty for $25 per window. I feel maybe I got ripped off for a lot of money.

It has been several months since they seal a lot of cracks and even today it is very difficult to see where they repaired. could not be happier with the service they provided. Highly recommend them.

Great! Terry and his staff provided very reasonable service and honest work. After assessing the roof, his expertise was right on point in assessing where the potential problem was located, before even receiving prior knowledge of the situation. I met members of his family owned/operated business and could quickly see how things were able to run so smoothly in customer service and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend him again.

I'm very happy with the services provided by Leak Detectors. They arrived promptly and the repairs were done thoroughly and professionally.

They did a very good job filling 30 years worth of cracks in brickwork. They used high quality products and were able to match the color of existing grout. We are very satisfied with the job done, but they unfortunately trampled a number of small plants and bushes.

I bought those special on Angie (prepaid service). Angie should not offer this anymore. This is a ripoff. It is not clear what is the $500 worth of work. Too subjective. The provider can work just a little bit and say that it is $500! And since it is already prepaid, there is nothing for me to do. At the first call to schedule the work, the provider just asked what kind of work. He did not ask to see how big is the work, just said that the work is about 1 hr. When I no longer need brick work, I cannot get a refund. They proposed windows cleaning in place. I agreed. They came with 3 persons. 1 person actually clean the windows, 1 person standing around, 1 person spray water . They work for 1 hr cleaning 10 windows. Not worth the money!!

Bought the big deal - $168 for $300 Credit Toward Masonry, Chimney, or Tuckpointing Service. I was able scheduled with them couple days after. Good price, promptly answer any question I have before and during the appointment. They did a good job!

It was great. They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. I have had this problem for a long time. Many different contractors have tried fixing the problem without success.

Great--they came on time and worked hard all day, finishing up the following day.

A crew of at least 4 people showed up and immediately went to work. They had a 40 foot ladder they had to use to reach the very top of my chimney to secure some loose boards. Some of the crew simultaneously went to work on cracks I had in the brick mortar above my front entrance and by one of the garage doors. They filled it in with a caulk-like substance (using a caulk gun) and then covered the material with a special mixture of sand that was comprised of at least 4 different colors of granules. The end result was a perfect match with my existing mortar. The repair is indistinguishable from the existing mortar. I am happy with the end result. The crew was very personable.

It was a great engagement! The guys were friendly, professional, and quick.

THEY IDENTIFIED THE CRACKS AND ADVISED ME HOW THEY WOULD FIX THEM - THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB BY FIRST FILLING THE HOLES, ETC AND THEY DID A SPECIAL DIRT TO COVER AND MATCH THE OTHER MORTER

I called Terry for a quote to repair the corner of my garage with the brick damage at the foundation line with cracks in the mortar. He came to the house the day I called and provided a complete quote with Angie's list discount that was the same as final price. Completed the work that afternoon before it rained. Looks great and structurally sound. Will definitely call again and gave his contact information to a friend who needed other repairs.

They made appointment quickly after my calling and arrived on time with a crew of five and the owner. Immediately diagnosed the extent of the spalling issue. Removed bad bricks, following to end of water damage and did a very neat and professional job of replacing bricks and caulking. Also caulked flashing and parts of chimney that needed it. Cleaned up thoroughly.

Terry and his team were honest and forthcoming, did not try to take advantage of an opportunity to charge a higher price than would be fair for the work and recommended we contact a mason. We have since called him for a roof repair and were satisfied with the work.

Terry and his team are very professional. They arrived on-time and remained with the job (more than ten days) until it was completed, in spite of frequent rain showers. The quality of the work is superior. We purchased our home last year and clearly had a number of sealing / leak issues which needed to be addressed. The repair of the upstairs balcony and replacement of the defective EIFS window framing were necessary to stem ongoing water damage. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to use Terry in the future.

Everything is holding and meeting expectations.

The team from Leak Tracketres descended on the house en masse and made great work of the time I purchased for this deal. It was well worth the cost and will have them back to complete additional work.

I have a border of stone around my patio that had come loose. I bought the coupon since they advertise that they do stone resetting. I didn't know if this was something they could do, but asked by phone and was told they would have to see it. It's 30 linear feet of 12 inch wide stone. From the minute he arrived he starting making excuses for why this was such a big job and then quoted me 15,000. $15,000! I told him that wasn't something I was interested in and I'd just take a refund. 20 minutes of yapping about how difficult that would be and I let him repair some window caulking, that surprisingly he had identified within a minute of arriving. It had separated from the factory painted window over the last 12 years and there was an 1/8 gap in some places. His repair was a total of 6 windows and he smeared the product a 1/2" up onto the facing of the factory finish. My fault, I should have just insisted on a refund just based the bad vibe.

Very smoothly. The repair work on the grout and foundation corner looks good. The guys were polite and friendly.
